i purchased these shoes earlier this year and have literally worn nothing but them since. i have a delightful combination of plantar fasciitis and hyperhydrosis which means excrutiating pain + feet that pour sweat all day every day. these shoes were so incredibly comfortable from minute 1 - absolutely no breaking-in period - and i still can't figure out why no sweat - it doesn't soak into the shoe? All i can say is that these shoes are BY FAR the most comfortable things i have *ever* had on my suffering dogs. No doubt purchasing another pair. 10 stars

Excellent arch support for a flip flop. I have plantar fasciitis and recently achilles reconstruction surgery, FitFlops make my feet happy. Even my orthopedic surgeon recommended them.

Love them. Lots of compliments and feel great. I did have to return them for a size smaller than my regular size.

I was very disappointed when I tried these on after hearing and reading such great reviews about the brand. I didn’t feel any arch support, the footbed is hard and uncomfortable, and the the top area is so large my foot kept sliding forward and hitting the post. Very uncomfortable. I returned these and have been wearing the Vionic Amber, which has fantastic arch support and a comfy foot bed.

This is the second pair of Fit Flop Novy that I have ordered. I really like these shoes. They are supportive and comfortable, especially for flip flops. I have plantar fasciitis and other feet problems and these shoes are very comfortable for me. I have problems finding shoes I can wear, especially sandals. I also like the style. They are casual, but also look good with a casual dress or pants. I may decide to order another pair.

These shoes are very pretty! They are not quite as comfortable as the “Super Glitz”because the strap hits a little differently. I am keeping them in hopes that I can break them in.

These fit flops were just not as comfortable in the arch area as the other styles of fit flops that I have. I also thought that the navy color was a little dark for what I wanted as they almost look black. Thank you, Zappos, for making returns so easy.

I usually wear an 8 1/2 wide in a shoe but FitFlops do not come in wide widths - ugh! My first pair I bought size 9 and while ok I did develop a callus on large toe. This time I ordered an 8 and found it much better in comfort and support. I appreciate the arch support and love the the glittery stone decorations on front! FitFlops will be my go-to sandal for the future - of course, in my correct size.

I really like these I wear a size 8 but I wear Size 7 in Fit Flops I got the Nude color and it is a very soft champaine color I now own 8 pairs of Fit Flops I had plantar fasciatis and these are the only kind of flip flops I trust to wear.

I have had several foot surgeries in the past on my right foot and have had trouble finding a pair of comfortable flip flops....I love these shoes so much and wear them everyday around the house, the support is amazing and I no longer am experiencing constant foot pain...These are remarkable shoes. I normally wear a size 8 1/2 but found that size 8 fits perfectly and believe that and 8 1/2 or 9 would have been to large. If you have foot pain then buy these shoes it will be the best investment you can make for your feet...Monica.

Good looking sandal and comfortable however it runs about a size too large. Unfortunately since the strap didn't stretch, my wide foot doesn't slide into the shoe enough so all the excess shoe is in the front.

Not sure why everyone thinks there is great arch support with this shoe. There is none. The slightly elevated heel is good compared to flat flip flops. The sizing is massively off. I wear a 9.5 to 10 normally and I am swimming in the size 9 but the 8.5 would be too small. In the 9 my heel is at the back of the shoe but there is over an inch beyond my toe. It is as though the thong is set too far back on the shoe. They are so loose they are difficult to walk in and my foot feels unstable.

I have a lot of FlipFlops and love them. This is an older style (Classic) but it goes with everything and is a "go to" style for me. I finally figured out that FitFlops run about a size larger on me. I normally wear a size 9 but I order a size 8 in FitFlops and they fit perfectly. The 9 is too wide and long and just look clunky. I like the cushy sole of FitFlops for my sensitive feet that otherwise feel every pebble.

I have extremely high arches so FitFlops are perfect. I wish they had a wee bit more arch support, but they're not bad at all. I've owned four pair of these and wear them most of all during the summer. Even better when you can catch them on sale! :)

Fit Flops are just the best! This particular black sandal is good with so many outfits, and although it's black, it still feels summery. If you've never worn Fit Flops, one thing to know is that they don't actually "flip flop." Since the straps hit high on the foot, they're held in place and don't make that sloppy-sounding flip-flop noise, which I hate.

I had the exact navy Fitflop for several years, and it was my favorite of all my fitflops! Our puppy decided one of them was pretty special too! I missed wearing them so much, that I checked into ordering another pair. Evidently everyone likes them and my size was out of stock. I watched for at least a month before my size returned and I'm so happy with them the second time around!!! They are so comfortable and the navy goes with so many things! I'm tempted to order them in red now. Zappos is a great company to order from too. Thanks! Happy Fitflop Zappos customer...

These are just "old favorites". The style has been around for a while but it is really a go-to style. They are comfortable and just a good basic FitFlop. I have bought them several time---same style! Crazy but they work!

This is my 2nd pair of these shoes. I love Fitflops but they are usually too wide. These fit. I sized down a size.

I love these shoes and have 2 in the Novy and 2 in Nude which Zappos no longer has. I am so glad that I found the FitFlops. My feet are a little wider in the toe area and these are a great fit. Esther

I haven’t worn these yet but tried them on and they seem to have decent arch support. The material feels soft and like they will be very comfortable. I also bought a pair for my mom for Mother’s Day, so hope she likes them.

Very pleased overall.

I usually wear a size seven shoe. The size I purchased was a six and it fit perfect. So, I would say they run large.
