So cute! Regular Converse make my feet look like boats and feel a bit like clown shoes on me, but these aren't as bad. Now, bear in mind that the toe piece isn't as short as a traditional ballet flat. When I wear my skinny boot cut jeans, they are high enough to get hidden under the cuff and kind of look like regular Converse (I'm sure they don't when I walk and aren't trying to see it but just from looking in a mirror). But with skinnies or shorts or something, way cute. They are a little narrow. I wear an 11-12 normally, ordered an 11. I have plenty of room in the toe box, but the width is a little narrow and they were a little tight on the widest part of my foot. Having said that, they loosened up quite a bit with me just walking up and down the hall so I don't think it will be a problem. Also, the strap on the back rubs on my heel and might be a blister problem if it doesn't soften up, so just a warning on that one.

Very attractive and feminine version of the original. A bit tight in the toe area, but the pair that was a half size larger than my regular size fit perfectly.

These are so cute and great looking! I bought them to avoid having to tie heavier clunky sneakers for my exercise class at the Y. One aspect I noticed though is that on the right sneaker, it rubs slightly on the inner left inside edge of the shoe. I am using slip-on socks and pulling the sock to cover that part of my foot in hopes that the shoe will soften up in general and it won't be bothersome after awhile. In the meantime, they look great and feel all right for short trips to the grocery store.

Absolutely love these shoes! However I did have to go half a size up. I usually wear a 7 but the shoe was so tight and so uncomfortable that I dreaded wearing them. It really upset me because the store I bought them at didn't have half sizes in these and I've been waiting to get these shoes for a while. Thank goodness Zappos has half sizes and I think they're the only ones that do. They're still a little stiff and the heels rub but I'm determined to break them in. They do fit 100x's better than my original size.

Love this ballet sneaker! It's comfortable and looks really cute with all kinds of outfits. Only con is that around the instep of my foot it feels a little tight.

I normally wear a 9.5W, but can get away with a men's 7.5 or 8 in the regular Chucks. I ordered a 10 in these are they are way tight and there's no way to make the laces looser. Unfortunately I accidentally threw away the box, so these may get passed down to my sister.

Very feminine converse shoes; I had already purchased the dainty ox last year in black with a white top-cap. They fit my very long narrow feet well but look long because the vamp comes up almost to the ankle. These ballet lace slip ons fit like the dainty ox but are cut lower down on the instep so are more flattering to a long foot. I bought these in the all black -- very cute and comfortable. They do run rather long but there is no half size lower available so I will stick with the size I bought. Room for footies or low cut socks.

I'm usually a 7.5 or 8. Because of the reviews, I ordered an 8 in Charcoal. Very cute, but stick out too far past my big toe. I don't think I'll exchange for a 7.5 because they are pretty narrow and I don't want them any tighter in the toe box. For comparison, a pair of Adidas boat shoes I ordered at the same time fit perfectly in a 7.5.

So cute! Lots of compliments when I wear them. I got the red and want more colors now! They do feel a bit tighter than my normal Converse, I think they will stretch but I'm going to try a pair a 1/2 size bigger.

As many other reviews have stated: these are adorable. I ordered them in the charcoal with the intention of wearing them into autumn. Unlike standard Chucks, these run on the small size, and have a much smaller toe-box. In normal Chucks I take a 9, in these I had to order a 10.5 and they still feel a bit too snug for comfort. I'm hoping they'll stretch out and soften up over time, but I'm hesitant to order any others in this style. They're cute, but not worth the discomfort.

Really cute shoe. Have to return it. Right shoe is too small and a tad too narrow. I wear an 11, it's not unusual for me to struggle with sizes. If they had fit, I'm sure I would have had a few blisters. Shoe has very hard material in the heel.

These shoes run very small and NARROW. If you have a wide foot, take a pass on these if you are unable to order them in a wide width.

I ordered a half size bigger than my usual size because of the previous reviews but unfortunately they are too big. They are also super flat with zero arch support and the fabric on the heel is really rigid and uncomfortable.

I was excited to get these shoes because I need a streamlined, fashionable, vegan alternative to ballet flats for everyday wear for summer. (Ballet flats have ruined my toenails.) I got the all black in size 11 and found them true to size or maybe even slightly bigger length-wise, but a bit narrow. One shoe was chafing so much against the top of my foot that I started getting a blister just briefly walking around the house in them while trying them on. The shoes were also flapping against the bottom of my foot like a sandal, I think because the sole isn't very flexible. I mention all this because these shoes are really cute, but they are not adjustable at all--the laces are just for show. If you find the perfect fit, lucky you--but if not, there's not a whole lot you can do. Good luck!

Just got the Charcoal ones -- great color to wear with anything. I had to size 1/2 up from standard All Stars. Love the style, the left one seems to cut a little into my heel, but I'm sure that will break in.

These are not true to size. I wear a 7, I could not get my foot in the shoe at all, maybe an 8 will fit, but even though it is small, it is also very narrow. I do not think that I will be reordering.

Wanted to love these. They look super cute. But, the width is really narrow. I read the other reviews about the small, narrow fit and ordered a full size bigger. Still, did not work and sadly had to return.

I wanted to love these shoes as I am a Chuck wearer - have the regular sneaks in many colors. But -- these were too tight in the entire toe region and unlike the laced sneaks, you really can't change the tightness. Sadly, they go back.

These are very pretty for sneakers, but also very narrow and not true to size. I think that even if I go one size larger, the width will not fit as they are very narrow.

The worst! So uncomfortable and gave me HUGE blisters I was stupid and I wore them outside thinking they would get better and now I can't return.
