Sturdy and stylish, but runs a tad small! If every so often you have to go a half-size larger when shopping for shoes in a store, then please make sure you do the same thing with this shoe. My new rule of thumb is this: If only 60% of Zappos reviews say a shoe is true to size and 25% say that the shoe is a half-size too small then I will automatically order a half-size larger. Other than this small sizing issue, I love this shoe. I'm about to go on a vacation with extensive walking and wanted something sturdy but stylish. This gray is the PERFECT shade of neutral for a variety of clothing colors even with the light shade of turquoise.

Arch support is so large and good it makes the shoe size smaller. Manufacturer of support and manufacturer of shoe did not get together on this one. So order a 1/2 size up or wider and you'll have the perfect hiking/walking sandal.

These shoes are super comfortable. I have problem feet--I've had bunion and hammertoe surgery on both. I cannot walk barefoot without being in a lot of pain. These shoes are heavenly. They're light but the sole is strong, and there's arch support for those of us with flat feet.

I just love these shoes, which I ordered half a size larger due to previous comments. My true size never would have fit. They have good arch support and surprisingly good heel support, and they are so darn cute! They are my go-to black casual shoes.

These shoes were just as I imagined, having purchased Jambus before. They are cute, comfortable and a bit dressier than my others so good with skirts and pants.

A very comfortable, well made shoe. My one complaint is that the leather straps are a little stiff. I think wear and toughening up my soft winter feet will help though.

These shoes are awesome and sexy, especially the skin colored ones. They are so comfortable I could run, hike or whatever in them. I used the heck out of them this year but they are still in good shape for next year. I bought a half size bigger so I could insert an orthotic inside the heal. Still looks great. So comfy. Love these shoes.

Just received the Charly shoes and they are very cute and comfy. I typically wear a 7.5 or an 8, so after reading other reviews decided to order an 8. i have a narrow foot so while the 8 gives me plenty of room for my toes and the 7.5 would probably have been too short, the heels are a tad loose. I put band aids on my heels and walked around the carpeted house in them; the band aids seemed to do the trick. Since I need them for a trip this weekeend that will include lots of walking and it's doubtful I will find any other shoes that won't have the same problem, guess I will keep them and pack a supply of band aids.

I love these shoes. I have very uncooperative feet, and so I approach shoes with the expectation of being somewhat disappointed as to their comfort. These shoes did not disappoint. They felt really good the first time on my feet, and I wear them as often as I can.

I was a bit nervous about ordering my usual size, having read reviews recommending to size up, but I wanted that red! So I ordered in my real size but requested Wide vs. Medium. They are perfect. My feet aren't that wide, but I think a Medium would've been too narrow. I put them on immediately and walked a half mile to test them. They were very comfortable. The only issue was a tiny bit of rubbing at the back of one heel. It wasn't enough to raise a blister, and it hasn't bothered me since (and I walk a lot). Best of all, my feet don't seem to sweat in them, and there's no odor. They've become my go-to summer shoe, and I've gotten many compliments. Much cuter than my Keens. I love them!

I really like these shoes! They fit well, look nice with skirts and jeans, and are super comfortable. They are totally worth the price. I ordered the Jambu Charley in oatmeal but received them in red. Initially I was disappointed because I was not looking forward to having to go to UPS or USPS to return them for the correct color. However, when I called Zappos about the order their customer service, as always, was excellent. They offered to send UPS to come to my house to pick up the incorrect pair and they went ahead and initiated the exchange order so I would receive the correct pair on the same day as UPS picks up the exchange. This is great customer service, and they were also so nice about it!

Love! These are so comfortable and fit my 'extra' wide foot really well. I found my new favorite brand!

These are very comfortable and I am so happy I bought them. I usually wear an 8 in everything, but ordered up 1/2 size as per other reviews and they are perfect. I wore them an entire day right out of the box. I want to order another color!

I really wanted to like this shoe, but unfortunately it rubbed the back of my heel badly and I knew it would cause a blister. Otherwise, a really cute shoe!

Beautiful sporty shoe! It does run a bit small as I often wear a 7 - but ordered a 7.5 and its still a little tight in certain spots - though I'm sure it will "give' a bit with wear. Seems to have great support!

I absolutely love my grey pair. I have overheard people talk to one another about these sandals saying how cute they are. I wear them with skinny jeans and capri pants. I ordered this pair in grey and brown in the same size. The grey fit perfectly, but the brown ones were way too big. I returned them.

These are very cute, have good support but my foot is on the narrow side of life and most mediums just don't fit well. Just a bit too wide in the heel for me and I returned. I rate them for all their good qualities.

I needed something comfy but stylish for work. I stand on my feet all day. These are the perfect fit. They are true to size and I get compliments every time I wear them.

Charley is a great shoe for this summer! I find it to be very comfortable, and the arch support is great for my feet (low arch). I am thrilled to find this company, and look forward to a summer of happy feet!

I did not listen to the excellent reviews for this shoe. It runs very narrow. I have to return for this reason. Shoe is cute and comfortable. Be sure to order a wide.
