Literally and figuratively. Great rock 'n' roll style! I normally wear a women's 9.5W or a 10M. Based on reviews, bought size 9. Even with thick socks, the sneakers almost slid off my feet with each step. Went with women's 8.5--which I realized is the same size as my Converse All-Stars. So if you own a pair of those, let that be your guide. Mine came with removable foam insoles--super comfy!

This are amazing.!!!! They are better than the pictures!! I thought the flowers where printed, turns out they are sewn. Im in love with these tennis shoes. Do consider going a half a size down, they do run a little large. Usually I wear 11 and ordered 10.5 and it’s a perfect fit!

I tried 3 different sizes, regular size, half size smaller and a whole size smaller and they were all too big and too wide - and I don’t even have a narrow foot. I like the style and wish they had worked.

Love these shoes. Followed the reviews and ordered a full size smaller and they fit perfectly. I’m usually a women’s 11, I ordered 10. I was wearing no show socks so that’s probably the only reason they were a little uncomfortable on the the top of my foot after wearing them for the first time for 4 hours. I got the ones with the blue floral pattern on the sides and they are so cool. Absolutely love them!

I wear a size 8 and ordered a size 8 previously but were too big so I sent them back. I ordered a size 7 1/2 and they fit fine. I could have even used a size 7! They are stylish looking and comfortable but please order at least a 1/2 size down because they are long! I have wide feet and the medium width was fine for my foot.

Wore these for the FIRST time in DISNEY WORLD! And they were AMAZING! Not a SINGLE Blister! So comfy! And so cute! Many people said they ran a full size bigger. I would say a half size. I normally wear 7 and bought a 7 and while I could have done a 6.5 these are fine! Love them so much!

The Adidas Originals Superstars are so cute! I wanted a stylish pair of white sneakers that I could dress up or dress down. These superstars exactly do that! I can wear with skinny jeans and a blazer, or even my yoga pants. I would recommend going a size down. I'm a true 6.5, but I went down to a size 6, and they feel just right.

LOVE these! I went a 1/2 size down and they fit perfect. Wear an 8 women's and purchased a 7 1/2 women's. Got so many compliments on them that I lost count and I have only wore them twice. I got the Superstar, white with red night stripes but its is more like a faded purple color which actually goes well with many other colors. I had people stop me and say they loved my outfit (mostly my shoes). One person said they were a "statement item". They are super comfortable and cute...win!

Cute shoe that I wanted to love. Unfortunately I have a high instep, and the toe box was too flat -- pushed down on my toes too much. Weird sizing.

I have had at least one pair of theses for 20 years. I now have 5 in various colors. They continue to be a great classic causal sneaker look that I can wear for hours and hours on my feet. Fit remains consistent through the years. I think they run true to size but are roomy for the size. So if you like a shoe to hug every curve order smaller, if you like a shoe that doesn’t feel claustrophobic after hours walking around, stay with your size.

I ordered the white Adidas Superstars and loved them so much I ordered the exact same shoe in black...and it’s a full size (if not more) smaller! See picture. Labels are the same. Exchanging for a size up in hopes they fit. Very strange.

I am only writing this review because of all the other size discrepancies I noticed on the few reviews I read, and I hoped this may help someone. I traditionally wear a Nike sneaker in a size 91/2. I do have a somewhat wide foot, but do not have to buy a wide shoe, although all shoes are not comfortable in the width dept.-so I just will choose another pair when that comes up. in Adidas original superstars, I am an 8. so I go from a 9 1/2 in a Nike, to an 8 in this shoe. they are that much different in scale. the 8 fits great, in length, and in width. i hope this helps someone!

Amazing, but Definitely Size Down! I read the reviews before buying these shoes and decided to buy a size 8. I normally wear a 9, and the 8 fit perfectly and accommodated my orthotics. They are so cute!

I typically wear an 8 or 8.5 and ordered these in a 7.5 and the fit was perfect. I love Adidas and the superstars have always been a personal favorite. My two children, girl age 6 and boy age 4, also have them. Go with everything, highly recommend.

I wear between a 6 and 7 in sneakers. I have a 6 in these and they are perfect. They have taken some "breaking in" time - they felt like blocks the first couple of days I wore them but they are coming around to feeling better with more wear. I get lots of compliments for all ages - teens to elderly! I would call these fashion sneakers - they are not comfortable enough for me personally to run or workout in. I enjoy them for shopping and running errands around town.

These are adorable! Just like the ones I used to have. Hoped to get all white (out of stock) but love the black and white. I wear an 8 but after reading the reviews ordered a 7.5. Perfect fit!! A whole size down would have been too little; I can wear with or without socks. They look tiny! Can’t go wrong here.

Adidas has a real problem with consistent sizing. Here is proof that even their own size chart is inconsistent. For the Japanese size of a size 4.5 is the same as the Japanese size of a 6 but other country sizes are different than the 4.5. My daughter wore a 4.5 and when we tried to replace it I bought 3 pairs to find the right size - all 3 guesses were wrong. Turns out that her 4.5 is actually the same size at the size 6 now, (need to bend the shoe to really see this). So, we're going to try to size 7! From a 4.5 to a 7. Very frustrating. We just bought her Filas in a size 7 so maybe they are trying to get consistent (previously this shoe ran very small). Also, the quality is not as good on the exact same shoe we bought a year ago - now the shoes have plastic tounges instead of the previous mesh so they will retain more sweat and smell. Why change the design? Very disappointing.

I have incredibly weak ankles and these are the only shoes I can wear right now. If you need orthopedic shoes, consider these instead.

Finally was able to get these…other reviews were correct, you need to size down, I’m an 8 1/2-9 and I bought the 8 and they are a perfect fit! So happy I got them, super comfortable!

Can't go wrong with this classic style. It will literally never be out of style. They're very comfy and my 8 month pregnant self is very happy about buying them.

I originally ordered a size 10 which is my regular size. I returned them because I was walking out of them..too big. Ordered a size 9 and 9.5. The 9.5 were perfect!

I think these kicks are dope! I’m a bride to be and bought them for my bachelorette party but I love them so much I wear them for just the fun of it! Must haves in closet. Comfy and always fresh.

Love doesn’t even describe these shoes!! The flower detailing really jazzed up the shoes to my kind of style. I figure if these are good enough for FLOTUS to wear around Texas, they are good enough for me to wear around my neighborhood. These shoes are awesome!

Based on reviews I ordered a full size smaller than the size 9 I always wear. The size 8 fit perfectly! Be sure to order a full size down from what you normally wear and you’ll be happy
