Well, I absolutely love them! I haven't bothered to heat them in the oven to have them conform to my feet (the directions are on a small cardboard tag inside the box) because they are so comfortable as they are right out of the box. For those of you who, like me, wear half sizes, order DOWN. Because they don't offer half sizes, and I couldn't find this info on line, I ordered an 8 and a 9. The 8 fits perfectly and the 9 are clearly too big. (Thank you, Zappos, for the free and easy returns!) They fit snugly in a good way so they won't take as much effort to walk in as some flip-flops and they are very shock-absorbing and supportive. Buy and enjoy!

I wish I could have gotten these in a size 6 but they only had size 5 available. It will take me a while to break in but oh the support they give your feet!!! I have plantar fascistic and I have to have support. These are wonderful for that!

i love these sandals the footbed feels great and gives a lot of support but the straps are too tight on my foot

This is my second pair of these flip-flops. I highly recommend them. Perhaps not the most stylish. But certainly the most comfortable. I got my girlfriend a pair and she loves them as well.

I have very high arches and I am unable to wear flat sandals. I have 4 pairs of these Montrail Molokai sandals because they provide excellent arch supports and are very cushiony and comfortable to walk in as well. I wear these sandals all day all summer long.

I LOVE these flip flops! I thought I was going to have to stop wearing flip flops forever until I found these on Zappo's. I bought them solely based on it's reviews, and I'm very happy with them--I actually have 3 pairs. I'm looking to get a pair for my husband to try as well, now that he has started to develop plantar fasciitis.

I absolutely love these! I, like another reviewer did not heat and confirm them to my feet as I tend to pronate and these are so very comfortable but don't allow me to walk on the inside of my foot. By far one of the best sandles I have ever had. I do wish they made some that could be work apparel. I also agree that if you are a half size, order down.

Very comfortable. I have Morton's Neuroma and have a very hard time finding comfortable shoes. I can wear these all day.

Love, love, love these flips. Great cushion for those like myself with the aging foot. I normally wear a 7.5 women's shoe and went with reviews to go up a size to an 8. I feel I could have went up or down. I, personally, like a looser fit and an 8 was perfect. It's personal preference in how you want them to fit. Overall, best flip ever!

This is my second pair, and my third summer of wearing them almost non-stop! I wear orthotics in regular shoes, and I feel the same support in these flip flops as I do in my orthotics. Fabulous arch support, and a deep heel cup for support and help with balance. They are extremely comfortable and cushiony. I have a wide foot so sometimes flip flops are too narrow. These are great for me. I recommended them to a friend who had hip surgery, and she was thrilled. It gave her support and made her less wobbly. Love them.

Montrail Molokini II is amazing! Super support & comfort. Urban hiking dream - can walk for miles! Get them year after year. Normally an 8.5; the 8 fits perfectly. Highly recommend. My year round go to shoe! Love the shoe. Love Zappos!

I have had several pairs of this sandal; they are great. My physical therapist advised my to try a different brand for better structure.

I'm (like many) an avid flip-flopper. Over the years though, the flat flip-flops have led to some achy feet so I wanted a more supportive flip. These fit the bit. They support my arches comparable to a Birkenstock. The putting a flip flop in the oven bit was weird but strangely satisfying. It's fun to see your footprint perfectly in the shoe! The colors are fun, but these aren't winning any style awards. They're big and somewhat clunky. But for that extra support, that's kind of a trade off. I have really wide feet and saw these seem to fit wide- they fit my feet perfect (as someone who the "women's" version of flip flops tend to be too narrow to fit, this rocks (I'm looking at you, tiny women's Rainbows) I love em! Fit great, comfy. The only negative I could warn about is the ill-placed sticker material on the inside. You know, that little sticker (that doesn't come off, by the way) that shows the size? It's on the inside of both straps and is a slick material. It rubs. Bad. It took a week of wearing to adjust to and they're great now but at first ow!

I have plantar fasciitis and was looking for something with good arch support to replace my Vionic sandals. These sandals are it! They are really comfortable and have great arch support. First thing I did after trying them on was to order another pair.

Great flip flops! Sturdy and supportive, I can wear them all day. This is my second pair, the first pair are still going strong, but I wanted a more neutral color.

Bought 2 pair last year - 2 pair this year. They aren't very feminine looking - but the comfort makes up for it. This year I purchased the Black/Grill and I thought it was 2 different shades of black - it isn't - the stripe is gray. I'll keep them anyway but would have preferred all black. Zappos Customer Service still the best!

These are great sandals. I have worn these for over five years, starting after I developed plantar fasciitis. They are comfortable and customizable (because you heat them in the oven and form them to your foot). The only problem that I have had over the years is that the sizing has been variable. I usually wear a size 9-9½ shoe. For my arch, I usually need the 10 in these sandals. Sometimes, the manufacturer must change up the mold or the straps because I get a pair of 10 and they are way too large. At that point, I just replace them with a size 9 (thank you, Zappos, for your easy returns).

I got another pair after buying the first one over 3 years ago. Once I had it mounded to the shape of my feet, the Montrail Molokini is very comfortable. This pair of shoes are perfect for my broad feet and provided good arch support. It is also great for the beach because of the wide base. Helps to protect the fret from rocks. I leave it I. The sun and rain outside my house. The layers of the flip flop is beginning to come apart but after more than 3 years, it is a good deal.

This is my second pair of these shoes. I love them. Very comfortable, fit my feet well and fun. I have wider than average feet and ordered my normal size. If you have narrow feet, these may not work for you unless they come in a narrow width.

I have the original Molokini. I wear 8 1/2 or 9, so ordered a 9. I had to return the originals for size 8, which are perfect. I decided to get a new pair. Now the model is Molokini II. I ordered an 8 and can't even get them on my feet! The straps are way too tight. Will have to return. Poor quality control, I fear.

These are very comfortable and the heat forming option is a big help to my fussy feet. They are true to size. The size 9 fit perfect and that is my usual size. They arrived very quickly. I sent back the back up size 8 that I had ordered and it was very quick and easy to do. I love Zappos!

Love this sandal! Bought it to replace an original Montrail Molokini that I'd had for many years. Excellent arch support and all over high quality shoe, not like most flimsier flip-flops which hurt my feet after wearing a couple hours. Like it so much I'm going to order another color after I finish this review. I agree with reviews that say order a size down. I normally wear size 8.5 and in this shoe I take a 7.

I think these shoes are about a half size bigger than sizing and fit a narrow foot like mine. they offer good arch support and are nice and cushy. This is my third pair in 2 years.

I got this flip flop @ 3 years ago, from Zappos. I ordered them, because you heat them in the oven, then stand on them, to mold to you foot. They have been awesome! The sole is still perfect & the leather is perfect but that they finally don't feel as comfortable, just because I have worn them almost every day since then. I ordered a new pair & they are perfect!
