wore these shoes maybe a dozen times for casual use and they are already separating at the sole. Zappos will not stand behind the products they are selling. they suggested I contact Merrell with my issue. If you pay $110.00 for this kind of shoe you expect a quality product.

Initial fit felt fine except maybe a little more room in the toe box but maybe its just the material they're constructed with is more flexible than my regular Merrell Moab's. otherwise size felt about the same. The first real usage of these shoes was a hike from the top down of the subway in Zions National Park. They performed very well. no slippage on wet rocks unless the rocks were covered in moss, Drained water very well, and after about 10 miles of hiking with a 30lb. pack my feet feel as good as feet are going to feel after hiking 10 miles with a 30lb. pack. I would recommend these shoes.

Really nice shoe, but I couldn't find the right size. The 9 felt to big, and slipped in the heel quite a bit. I exchanged it for an 8.5, and it was way too small. Disappointing for sure, as I like to look of the shoe a lot, and it has a nice grippy sole. Much more lightweight and breathable mesh than expected though, so I think this would be better as a warm weather option. Also, would be better if it had a removable insole. I like to upgrade and you can't really do that with this shoe.

These are comfortable, lightweight shoes, but best if you have high-ish arches and not flat feet... the built-in insole is perfect for me - I normally have to use superfeet insoles in all my shoes to give them enough arch. They run a little small - try a half size up if you wear heavy socks.

These are my favorite shoes ever. I am trying to find socks that will enable me to be able to wear them in the encroaching cold weather, as I like these a lot more than the colors of the winter version of the all-out-blaze shoes. I have convinced 5-6 others to buy these shoes and everyone agrees they are the best shoes ever. A little about what I use them for... they are my every day shoe. I wear them for literally everything. To the office, to the grocery store, to the gym, to the doctor's office, to walk the dog, to do some light hiking. I literally never take them off, and never even think about wearing another pair of shoes. I don't even care if they don't happen to match what I'm wearing. I put at least 50 miles a week on these shoes and they're still in great condition after 3 months. I don't think I will ever be able to buy another brand of shoes.

These shoes are airy and cool and very comfortable to walk in (at least on city sidewalks). I am a female who sometimes buys men's shoes and almost always wear a 9 in men's sizing. However, these seem to run short and the 9.5 fit perfectly. Recommend for warm weather walking.

I have been searching for a shoe that I can wear with jeans and shorts. That I can walk around town with and go hiking with. They had to support my Fred Flintstone-like flat feet and be light and breathable. I'm not a small man so they had to withstand a pounding. These shoes have, so far, checked all the boxes. I liked them so much I ordered a second pair in case the get discontinued.

These shoes (Merrill's All Out Blaze in general) are, for me, one of the BEST shoes I've ever worn. They are comfortable, lightweight, and depending upon which model, durable. I love these shoes so much that I will buy another pair AND have been trying to convince Merrill to bring back the various models they no longer manufacture.

Excellent shoe- very comfortable and stylish. It was a little "minimalist" in terms of support and upper ruggedness for what I need. Would make a great trail runner for gravel and and light rocks.

Ordered my husband his regular size (15), and they fit. Sometimes I order him a wide width, but the 15 regular were wide enough. The mesh is high quality, and very breathable, maybe could wear with no socks.

I am a woman and am replacing my old shoes with identical shoes because I love these. My old shoe tag said 9 Mens! I usually wear a 9 Women's shoe. So this shoe must run really small. Order larger than you think you might need!

Zappos recommended that I get a 9 instead of my usual 8.5 and they were correct! This shoe is very lightweight w sturdy Vibram sole & cushioned heel. Full coverage w mesh inserts for air/water.

I own 4 pairs of Merrell Aero Sports. These are great for the gym, hiking, or casual wear. I have 2 pair in Black/Red, and now 2 pair in Slate. Very stylish and a perfect fit for my foot. I ordered the back up pairs because I don’t want to ever be without this shoe.

Best pair of shoes I have bought in years. Great for hiking or just as a casual shoe. Will be buying more Merrill shoes in the future

I have used dozens of different shoes / sandals for my kayaking trips over the past 10 years, these are my favorite. I had to go a half size smaller than I normally wear in my low cut hikers and even then I can wear them with a neoprene sock if I want to. They are extremely lightweight and comfortable. They truly feel as though you are not wearing a shoe at all but do provide good sole protection and reasonable support. One of the things I like most about them is they do a very good job keeping small rocks and shells out a downfall of many water sandal designs. They also dry very fast and so far have held up well. Definitely recommend.

I initially bought a 10.5 in these, but had to return for a 10. I still have room in the shoes, but they now fit great. Very nice, light weight shoe that is breathable. My feet have a tendency to get hot, but not in these. Love the mesh upper. The mesh is small enough to keep out debris, but open enough to feel air moving. Has good arch support as well.

These seem like they would be great light hiking shoes. The material is mesh-like, so they're kind of like sandals that look like shoes, would be good for hot weather hiking where you need your feet covered. Unfortunately I decided to return because I need a thicker sole for my plantar fasciitis. They are on the minimalist side. If it wasn't for the p.f. I would have kept them.

This show is true to size and a little wider than expected. But the extra width in the front area (toes) worked perfectly for me as I have wide feet and this shoe feels extremely comfortable. The sole is very grippy but the upper mesh does not provide adequate support for more extreme trekking or climbing. For those who want to do more difficult mountain trails I would recommend an alternative Merrell model with a sturdier upper. Also, the benefit of the mesh is not clear - it lets all kind of durt and dust in, but the ventilation is still not adequate (in hot weather) due to the sole/insole. Overall great shoe, nice looking and very comfortable, but I'd suggest the classic Blaze for mountain trails.

Great looking shoe and feels great too. That said, read the item description as this is a primarily mesh shoe. Would be good for warm weather but would not cut it as a cold weather shoe.

The mesh material is pulling away from the toe cap on the left shoe. The shoes are not the usual Merrel quality.

Fit and size are perfect, but these shoes after 3days of wear have fallen apart. The back of the shoe ripped, I had to use shoe goo and stitches to try to repair, an eyelet came out and the shoelace has broken already. I can see that these are poorly made. My husband is not hard on his shoes, and he is very disappointed in the quality.

These are perhaps the best-looking sneakers I've ever purchased, but they do not offer adequate support. I'm 34 years old, live in New York City, and for years have walked six miles per day as part of my commute. Three weeks after switching to these sneakers, I developed two stress fractures in the 2nd and 3rd metatarsals of my right foot. I've never broken a bone in my body, and since being injured I've been off my feet for 5 weeks in a giant orthopedic boot, and will not be back in sneakers for 2-4 more weeks. Be careful in these, folks. No Bueno.

Great trail shoe, not a ton of soft cushion for road running, but awesome for the trail! My second pair of the same shoe.
