Love this shoe! Got to be honest, I scoffed at the FLEX sole when I saw - or whatever it's called, but I wore these for the first time, an entire work day (9a-5p, up and down 2 flights of stairs at least 4 times a day) after my feet were already tired/sore from some new shoes I wore all-day yesterday and my feet felt great. Didn't even want to kick them off when I got home after work! They're super cute, too. I may be nerding-out, but if anyone ever wondered how Sailor Venus could fight crime in those heels all-day, it would be because of this shoe! Okay, I'm finished. Thank you, Anne Klein!

The balanced design of these shoes is pure joy for those whose feet are wide in the front and narrow in the heel. An ankle strap is the only way I can keep a dress heel on my foot. The medium heel height is so much less damaging to the body. Be aware that the front sole is non-skid while the heel surface at the bottom is slippery on a hard floor. It's so nice to find a beautiful dress shoe that both looks and feels so good.

I am a woman who used to avoid heels at all costs. But someone recommended these shoes to me, and I can't believe I found a pair that was comfortable enough to wear all day. I wore these for two days at a conference and they were great! I received lots of compliments. The heel is high enough to be stylish, but low enough to not feel like you are falling over. I bought these in nude and black.

I sometimes fit into an 8M/B and sometimes I need an 8.5M/B. I ordered these in an 8.5 and they are so comfortable! They're only a teeny bit loose, but he ankle strap fixes that issue. I think the 8 might have been too tight on my toes. No strange rubbing or chafing anywhere and I love the padded insole. Plenty of room in the forefoot/toe area. These shoes look so stylish and flattering to the legs. I wish they had them in a dark wine color because I'd definitely order them.

This shoe is much pointier than it seems in the photos. It will crush your toes if you buy the size that actually fits your foot, and if you buy a larger size you may feel like you're walking in canoe shoes. It may work for some people but I had to return.

I have narrow heels so I am always walking out of my shoes but the ankle strap on these kitten heels are not only a necessity but they make my feet look sexy. In addition, the extra padded lining of the heel and ball areas make the shoes so comfortable I immediately bought another pair!

Pretty but small

Listen up ladies! I had a last minute invite to a formal gala. I had a little over a week to find a formal gown and shoes. I ordered a pair of silver sling backs from DSW, my go to shoe store. They arrived three days before the event. I tried them on and they were OK but made me feel my weight was shifting forward. Panic set in when I thought about being on my feet all night. I got back online in a desperate attempt to find another pair of glittery silver heels. I ordered these on Friday for the gala the next night, on my regular size 9. The next day I waited as long as I could and they hadn’t arrived yet, so I loaded my car and got ready for my hour drive to the beach for the gala. No lie, as I was pulling out, the mailman was pulling in. I grabbed the shoes and left. I got to the hotel, put on my gown and pulled out my new heels. Let me tell you, these heels fit perfect, felt like slippers and looked great with my gown. I was on my feet dancing for almost five hours, with no nylons or pantyhose, and didn’t have one blister or sore spot. True story! Highly recommend!

I love this par of shoes, they are classic and elegant, the material feel very soft and I love the color. The only issue with me is that I have a flat feet, so I had to purchase an arch support for them, once I inserted the support, they feel very comfortable...

If you don't mind, I would like to ask you not to purchase any of these is a size 8: I want them all for myself! I can wear these all day long, walk for blocks, give presentations, work with clients, and never be aware of discomfort apart from a bit of moisture as these are not completely breathable in Florida without hosiery. For the most comfort I do powder my feet with a bit of non-talc baby powder. A minor inconvenience. Anne, et al, please bring back the colors you had, and add more if you feel so inclined. I will buy them all. These are stylish and timeless. I get compliments every time I wear them. I highly recommend the Fabulist!

Great shoes! You can dress these shoes up or down. I am not a "heels" person anymore but I was amazed how long I could wear these. I wore them to a reception and a black tie wedding--- on my feet for hours and danced a long time in these and never had the inclination to take them off. I will wear them with anything now!

I NEVER wear heels ever, but had an evening wedding to go to. Took a chance on these and they were fantastic. I walked downhill on a brick path, across a meadow(!), through a parking lot, stood through cocktails and danced after dinner (REALLY danced) and my feet felt fine all night. The ankle strap really helps you feel supported in the shoe and the footbed padding is excellent. They are pointy so I sized up a half size and that definitely helped. The navy shoe was a perfect match for my dress. Love the silver detail on the heel. I loved the shoes so much that I bought the nude color to wear with other dresses.

I now have bought 6 pairs of these shoes. I am very picky about comfort and these are the best! They are very professional looking (I am a lawyer) but also very feminine. I have spent a lot more money for shoes that I didn’t like nearly as well.

Truly the best pair of heels I have ever owned! I just came back to the site to order additional pairs for the future! I was in charge of a large conference last week. Found out about these shoes when googling "most comfortable heels" and these came up on a top ten list. I wore them three straight days with no break in time. No pain. No blisters. Only compliments! When running a conference, you are, many times, truly running! I was also on stage and they needed to look great! They fulfilled all my wishes! Oh, and did I mention I have bunions. They worked with my bunions! Greatest. Shoes. Ever.

These shoes are well made and look stylish. I wore them to a wedding and was able to stay comfortable with these on my feet the whole day and evening. Love them! I usually need shoes that are slightly wider near the toes but narrow at the heels and these felt comfortable on my toes with no heel slippage.

I NEVER wear heels, and I also NEVER wear a pointed toe shoe. I needed something fancy for New Year's Eve on a cruise, and decided to give these a try. I ordered a half size up to give my toes some extra space, and so far these are the most comfortable heels I've ever worn. I've only been wearing them around the house so far, but after trying 12 other pairs of shoes I can honestly say these are the most comfortable, and I'm not even worried about all the walking I'll be doing on the ship with these shoes. Even though they are a half size larger than I normally wear, the heel's don't slip. They are perfect!

Ordered these for a wedding. They didn't need any breaking in. I first wore them on the day of the wedding and wore them all day. I was so comfortable! Wish they had a little higher heel but they worked perfectly. The ball of my foot is slightly wider because of bunions and these fit great. Love that they are leather, and the small band of gold on the heel is a subtle elegant detail. True to size!

I have had surgery on both of my feet in the past year for lifelong bunions that I’ve been working on since I was in high school. I’m 50 now. Finding a pair of heels I can wear post op that are sexy, comfortable, well made, without being ridiculous has not been an easy task. Pre-op I couldn’t wear any heels without being in agony after 20 min. Now, post op, I have zero tolerance for anything that is not comfortable long term. These shoes hit everything right. I am in love. I just wish they came in more colors.

These shoes are beautiful and are at a great price point. At Zappos' suggestion, I got them in 8.5 (am usually an 8) and they fit perfectly. Because I need them for a specific occasion, will be wearing them under a long gown and won't wear them more than once or twice, I decided not to spend extra on a similar Jewel Badgley Mischka style (Raleigh), although the Badgley Mischka has a very convenient zipper and the Fabulist has the conventional buckle ankle strap. I have been wearing the Fabulist around my house to break them in, but actually I could wear them out of the box and still be comfortable. The heel shape and height are perfect. I am well beyond the point of wearing stilettos safely (!) but don't care for the look of block heels. so this is a great solution. I am looking forward to wearing them.

Nice shoes that stay put with the wide, yet appealing ankle strap. Easy to walk in, and flexible for use with a variety of outfits.

I love the look and fit of these shoes and will likely get another color. I have a wider than normal ball of foot but a narrow heel, so the strap is great for holding shoe in postion.

I'm a big fan of Anne Klein shoes. They are well made, comfortable, and affordable. When I received these shoes and tried them on I thought the ankle strap was going to be a problem, but it wasn't. I wore these shoes to a party and my feet were comfortable for the entire night. It even snowed that night and I was able to keep my footing since the bottoms are rubbery. They have a nice heel height without being too high. Will be wearing these as often as I can. Highly recommend. Zappos ordering and shipping was great as always.

Had to buy up 1/2 size for pointed toe and it was perfect fit.

The fit felt very good once i sized up 1/2 size to accommodate pointed toe.
