Good spring jacket for April showers. I was looking for a jacket that wasn't as formal as a trench coat that also wasn't overly sporty. Love that it's a deep red too and isn't your typical black or khaki. It's on the thin side, but it also runs very large so you can layer underneath. I am 5'2, 115 lbs, and an XS is still a size too big. Sleeves are a tad long too, but folding it up is fine. Wish it came with an internal drawstring cord at the waist because it's A-line shaped.

I bought this jacket in a last minute rush before a trip and have LOVED it! It's super lightweight and has pockets in all the right places. It's a really cute color and stands out from all of the other rain coats I see people wearing. Big enough to wear a sweater under but doesn't look like a trash bag.

A terrific and versatile jacket. Perfect for travel since it's waterproof and stylish. Gently shaped, but not excessively so. I am 5'3" and weigh 113. The small fits perfectly with just enough room for a light fleece if I needed one. Love that the hood tucks into the collar.

I've only worn this a couple of time so I may update this review later. But my initial thoughts are that I'm very happy with this jacket. I got the black in both medium and large. I'm 5'8" and 150lbs. The medium was a bit too snug in the shoulder area so I kept the large. It's roomy enough to wear over a sweater but has a chic cut and shape. It really keeps the rain out. I don't love the hood and I wish I could remove it but it might come in handy at some point.

So glad I found Marmot. The jacket fits just right. I'm 5'9" 145 lbs and its always a struggle to find a jacket that fits that gives me the proper sleeve length. Marmot hits the mark each time.

Great rain coat that is considerably more functional and stylish then any coat I could find. Love the navy!!

I am 5’7” and wear a 40DD bra and the XL fit great. I have it in black, and it looks cool, and nicely tailored for work. I could even fit a fleece underneath for when temps are in the 40s. By itself it’s ideal for 50s temps. Good coverage over the back hips.

A very nice, comfortable, lightweight but warm jacket. Very well tailored, stylish. Upscale Casual and not sloppy. The steel onyx color exceeded expectations. Was going to purchase my usual blue but decided in the grey. It’s a cool grey with bluish cast. Perfect. Like the cut of the sleeve which protects hands from elements (not the “thumb hole”). Very happy with this purchase. Glad I did not pass over this jacket.

Love this coat! I'm taking a vacation in Nova Scotia, and the weather is likely to be a little bit drizzly. So I was looking for something good quality, stylish, and light weights to take with me. This fits the bill. It's very flattering, and waterproof as I've already worn it in a local rain storm.

I'm 5'5" tall, 138 lbs, 38 (36D)-32-40, size 10. The Medium fit and looked amazing on me, but I couldn't sit down or move my arms, so I sized up to a Large. It looks too large on me, but at least I can move my arms and sit down and layer a sweater underneath. I love the nightshade (purple) color. I love the streamlined look of the coat and shaping. NO Velcro! I wish the hood was a bit smaller, because there's no way to adjust it back off your face. If you snug it around your face, it comes over your eyes, so I'll have to play with how that fits. I like that the coat covers my butt. I hope it really is waterproof. I'm in Florida, so I need a waterproof coat that will keep me cool and not sweat.

This is a really nice jacket. It is fitted nicely so it looks a little dressier than some other ones I looked at. It is also a little thicker and will hold up in a deluge!

Bought this jacket a few weeks ago and I LOVE IT! The material is soft, but waterproof and the fit is "perfect Marmot". I am a curvy girl and love the way Marmot understands that with their women's clothing!

I am 180 lbs and 5'7", 36DDD, the XL fits me perfect with a little extra room to wear thicker clothing. Love this jacket! It is very flattering and I get a lot of compliments! Excellent quality!

This is a great slightly-fitted rainproof coat, mid-weight, with functional yet fashionable touches, like the angled sleeves and the kick pleat in back. The dark orange is just right, and the hood is perfect for me too. I am very pleased with it.

Wonderful fabric.. a little dressy for a rain jacket.

This jacket is exactly what I wanted. It's very functional and great in inclement weather. But also very chic with beautiful details on the sleeves, hood and hem. The fit is great, it's light but warm.

This jacket is so chic. Classic without being stuffy and old fashioned. It fits true to size, unless you love wearing sweaters and thick sweatshirts, then go up a size. I’m 5ft 11in, I bought a size small, sleeve length awesome and coverage from front to back, fits perfectly and the hood fits just fine. I needed a rain jacket that was not too sporty and would be able to wear at all kinds of functions, whether a day of errands or a night out to dinner, this is what I was exactly looking for!

Nice Quality Medium tight in shoulders but fits elsewhere

I'm 5'5'', 135 lbs, usually wear a size S top. But for jackets I always size up to M to make sure I can layer with ease underneath. I chose this jacket in search of a longer length (but not full trench) rain shell or jacket. While the outermost layer is not Gore-Tex, like a lot of rain and snow shells, it does it's job keeping your layers underneath dry. However, the jacket itself will get wet. The morning after a wet, muddy hike the brim of the hood was still soaked in places. Many have a problem with the size of the hood but it is perfect for using with a ball cap or a stocking hat underneath, which is what I'm wearing on a rainy day anyway. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a reasonable priced longer rain jacket, without upgrading entirely to a pricey rain or snow shell.

I purchased this jacket after trying on an earlier model from a friend. So happy for the purchase! Perfect weight, great for layering, love the longer tail in back and sleeve features! Especially love the separate neck vs hood. Would love a strip of fabric to cover the exterior zipper.

An attractive jacket, and unusual in that the collar lies nicely in lapels when open at the neck. The hood is stowable. It has some waist shape. I have a 40 inch bust and hips and found this was roomy enough to wear another light jacket underneath, but appeared too wide in the hips for me. I would prefer more length.

Awesome spring jacket! If it was just a tad thicker it’s would Be perfect! Love how stylish it is! I agree with other reviews that the hood is a little large would be nice if there was a way to tighten it. Kind of falls in front of your eyes
