I love these shoes. The Purple Suede is gorgeous and I'm very picky about wearing the right shade of purple. They are high so I won't wear them to work but are comfortable to wear for going out.

Beautiful nude shoe - The suede is just the perfect touch. Wore mine with a long sleeved black dress, and Received so many compliments. The heel is high, but quite comfortable. A best buy!

I'm in love with these shoes! I ordered the Grey Suede and they are beautiful. I did order 1/2 size bigger than normal and I'm so glad I did. I would say they run 1/2 size small. They will look super cute with black skinny jeans! Excellent service and speedy shipping from Zappos, per usual!

I would agree with the rest of the reviews here noting the awkward walking ability needed in order to use this shoe. I personally feel that I am a pro at walking in heels since I use/wear them daily, and mine are typically 4 inches or over. This one however is at a very odd angle since there is no platform leveling out the heel with the footbed. Therefore, you are walking funny and almost hoping if not an exaggerated push off from one foot to the other to ensure you clear the one heel from the ground and get the other side grounded before you have to do it all over again. It actually reminds me of what a man looks like when walking in heels for the first time...if you've ever seen this, it is pretty funny, but overall the impression I get when trying to walk in this heel. The suede, color and overall look is gorgeous, but unfortunately, they are being returned due to the above.

I love these shoes. At first I ordered a 7 1/2 but they were too tight. So I returned and re-ordered a size 8 and they fight beautifully. Shipping was the fastest ever. Very happy with the service. These shoes look fabulous on.

Love the slender heel and sexy look without the bulky platform. I just love how perfectly sexy these heels look and go great with a LBD or pencil skirt. I wore them to a theater opening and after standing a couple hours has a slight toe pinch but the support was okay. You should be a somewhat experienced high heel girl to rock these , but beauty is pain and these are super cute shoes. I take a little Advil and just rock these awesome heels. The angle is fairly steep but worth it. Love these shoes a lot.

This is a great shoe for the price. Very classic looking and not terribly uncomfortable. Be aware of the super high heel that will make you stand very far forward and the skinny stiletto. This one is a back breaker but awesome if you can handle it. Don't buy this shoe if you aren't a pro at high heels.

These shoes had everything I was looking for. The beautiful shade of blue provided the perfect pop of color. The heel is high and thin so it does some experience. I was unsure about sizing so I purchased a 7.5 and 8. The toe runs narrow and the 7.5 cut into the ball of my foot so I went with the 8.

Beautiful color. Condition was great when I received them. However, there were specific pressure points in the shoe that I didn't realize around the outside of my toes. I'm optimistic that Steve Madden makes great shoes, and if I power through, they will stretch out. Try ordering a half a size larger and maybe this would help alleviate the issue.

These shoes are absolutely perfect, but only if you have narrow feet. The toe area was extremely tight, even after going up a size. I hate that I have to return them!

The shoes are beautiful. However, they fit kind of weird. I ordered my regular shows size, and when I got them, they feel tight around the toes and my heel doesn't6rest well in the back. But I think a 1/2 size up would have been too big. Maybe they are to narrow.

I tend to avoid Steve Madden since the shoes are often so hard with very little padding making a comfie fit hard to find. Surprisingly, these were pretty good right out of the box! There isn't enough padding for them to be an "on my feet all day" show, but they look so fierce and they don't pinch. I'm an 8 in most brands, but as I always do with SM, I went up a half size and it's perfect.

I got the Varcityy heel in blue. Size 9.5. It's an absolutely gorgeous shoe in person. True to color. I am usually between a size 9 and 9.5, and after reading reviews about this shoe seeming too tight or too small, I was worried the 9.5 would not fit, but it was perfect, not tight at all. The stiletto heel, however, is really awkward in terms of how it feels while wearing it. It is very steep, and quite uncomfortable at first. However, after trying the shoes on a few times and walking around in them, it was less bothersome. It will just take a bit of getting used to walking in them, and will definitely require more care and focus while strutting around in these! They're so gorgeous though that I believe it's worth it!

The 'Varcityy' style by Steve Madden is ultra hot...very cute The deep cut of the d'Orsay styling and the sculpted shape of the heel look awesome. This is definitely the hottest pair of shoes I've purchased so far this season. The heels are very tall... a little over 4"...but that's a requirement for me. I've had no trouble walking or standing in these heels. The toes are pointy so they started to pinch about halfway through my work day. I dangled one shoe on my toes for a few minutes then crossed my legs and dangled the other. The construction is very good and the quality of the suede and materials is good for the price.

Have to return as they just slip off my feet! Could be that my feet are too wide by the toes, so they don't get secured, but I couldn't walk in these at all

I tried these on in the 6½ and 7. They are beautiful - so gorgeous and flattering. The problem is that I am a very experienced heel-wearer and they are near impossible to walk in. The slope of the shoe combined with the very tall stiletto makes walking very awkward. You feel like the heel will clip the ground if you do not walk a certain way. I have slightly wide feet and my pinky toe bone jutted out a bit before the toe box. Not terrible, though. If I could walk in them, I would have overlooked that part. I am so sad about these! Aesthetically, they are exactly what I was looking for.

Gorgeous shoes. But feel a full size smaller than what I regularly wear. The angularity of the heel height is also more uncomfortable than I can easily bear with high heels.

Super cute but killed my feet. I wish I could return them but have already worn them. They are not very comfortable.

This shoe runs so small. I am an 8.5 and 8.5s always work for me. When I put an 8.5 on I know it's going to fit perfectly and when I tried this one on, I was almost convinced they sent me the wrong size because I could barely fit my foot into it (ugly stepsister style). Then I read the reviews (oops too late), and realized they ran small for others. Even if you order a size bigger, I agree with other reviews that its just an awkward shape. Your foot is bent in a way that it shouldn't be. It is pretty on the rack, however.

I love Steve Madden and I have a lot of shoes from Steve Madden. These shoes are cute, but very uncomfortable. As soon as I tried them on, my feet started hurting. These shoes are not comfortable at all. I am very disappointed because I like them, but I cannot even walk in them. My feet were hurting so much that I took them off right away and I have narrow feet.

I never write reviews but I had to for this shoe. I had given up on Steve Madden a long time ago bc I think they're cheaply made and I'd rather spend more on a pair of shoes and get better quality. I had eyeballed a pair of Loubies that look similar, but wasn't willing to buy them. I had a job interview and thought these would be perfect for the suit I bought. They ARE pretty. But they are the most painful shoes I have ever worn in my life. I actually joked to my interviewers that they were not walking shoes, they were just for sitting. They are AWFUL! I got the job, so it's fine. I LOOKED great. But the shoes are pretty non-wearable. And I ordered up half a size bc I know Steve Madden is a cheap shoe and may run small, and it was STILL super narrow. If you are planning on doing more than sitting and looking good, don't buy these. I wish I could send them back bc I'll never wear them again.

These shoes don't just "run small" as the reviews suggest. They are completely misshapen to the normal proportions of someone's foot, even when sizing up, which I did by a half size. The previous review mentions how the pinky toe bone didn't quite fit in the shoe- my experience with that was extreme- it looked like I was wearing shoes two sizes too small. If they had fit, the blisters would have been unbearable in a matter of minutes as the suede is low quality, rough and oddly discolored at the seams (I bought the nude). Aside from the fit issues, the quality overall was poor. These are not pricey shoes by any stretch of the imagination.
