I have been wearing crossbody bags since before they were cool. :) The majority of what I have though, is typically a good quality nylon or fabric, but I really love a good leather bag. So, I've been on the hunt, wanting one that wasn't a mini key/lipstick holder. I have a full sized wallet and everything I found I'd have to manipulate the wallet just to get it into the bag. A no go. But this size was just right. The flap makes it easy to get in and out, an outside back pocket, and interior full pocket in addition to the smaller interior zip. Fits everything comfortably, plus has the additional expansion functionality should I need it. The pleasant surprise though, was the coloring. It doesn't really show very well on the website, but it's actually 2 tones of red. The flap is a bright, true red and the rest is a slightly deeper ruby red. It really looks fantastic! Love that! My only qualm is the zippers, although they look really stylish, they make a lot of noise when you walk around. :P

I want to give this bag 5 stars. It's the perfect size, the leather is soft, the strap is adjustable enough to wear on your shoulder or as a longer crossbody, and there are various pockets to keep everything organized. The problem is with the snap that closes the main compartment. If the bag isn't completely filled, the small snap won't connect and it's difficult to keep closed. I find if I'm using the bag, I put everything I want to keep in one of the zip compartments because I'm afraid the snap will come undone and the contents of my bag will spill out. If your bag is full, you shouldn't have a problem. Otherwise, this may not be the bag for you.

This is the perfect bag for the fall/winter time. I got the bag in a wine color and I love it. I think the bag would go with every outfit. This bag carries a lot of things. The bag even carries a small hair brush. I love how many pockets the bag provides especially in the front and the exterior backside. The zipper keeps everything secure from fall out. The leather is butter soft and I love it.

This bag is gorgeous! Beautiful supple leather, fun zippers all around and lots of pockets!

I loved this purse in the Pink Stripe & almost kept it. Here's why I didn't: 1) It was heavy without anything in it & I carry a lot of stuff 2) I wanted a "run around with kids" purse & the leather was comparable to my Marc Jacobs bags - not a bad thing, by any stretch, but I didn't want something I would worry about in a puddle of pool water at the club or on the ground at the zoo.

I love this bag! This is the first bag that I have ever spent a lot on and I must say that it was worth it. It looks really nice and good quality. I can tell that it will last me a long time. It is so roomy that I don't even need to expand the zippers to fit my stuff. The zippers do make noise when you walk but I think it's a really cute sound. I bought the black one to be practical but I wish I had gotten the pink one... The black one is still nice though.

I really love this purse. It's just the right size - holds a lot when the side zipper is open, but doesn't feel bulky. The adjustable strap is very comfortable on my shoulder. I love the color and the leather is beautiful. I've paid a lot more for purses and haven't been nearly as satisfied.

My sister received this bag (different colors) for her birthday a few years ago, so I was delighted to see Fossil was still selling it! This is the PERFECT every day bag. I commute into the city every day for work, and I can pack a planner, Kindle, lunch, wallet and a bunch of other little goodies. Not too big, not too small- it's the perfect size, and a handful of hidden compartments make it easy to stash a bunch of stuff. It was worth every penny.

I am loving this bag. Just got it and am super impressed with the quality of the leather, the size - pretty much everything... except that the zippers jingle-jangle and I'm worried it's going to drive me nuts. Maybe I'll just find some pretty tape and see if that helps. Really though, this is basically my dream bag. Super happy.

I like this purse because it's just the right size, not too big, not too small. Has plenty of pockets to keep organized and easy access to the things I want to grab right away.

This is the perfect handbag! Not too big to be comfortable on your body, but big enough for the essentials of a standard clutch wallet, cosmetic bag, small hairbrush, checkbook, phone, and yes, a Kindle or iPad mini. I searched forever for a slip pocket on the outside that can hold an iPhone quickly and safely. The leather is smooth and well-finished. Zippers look classy and work smoothly. Love the zipper flap; in a pinch you can stuff an item you wouldn't usually carry. Love Fossil.

This is a very nice handbag. It fits close to the body which I like and is very roomy. It is wide but narrow in depth. The leather is soft and good quality. I am 5'6" and 145 pounds and this purse is just about too large for my frame, so if you are a very petite woman, this handbag might be too large. I bought this purse to take the pressure off one shoulder after an injury. The cross body design makes it much for comfortable. This purse will also be great for travel, the zipper and cross body give good security and it holds a lot. It would easily hold the small iPad or the Kindle.

Love this bag. Soft, quality leather and it is the perfect size for my things. I purchased the raisin/black two tone color before it was discontinued (I purchased the bone/black first, but exchanged it because it was too light of a color). It has been several years since I have found a Fossil bag that I really liked. I was a dedicated Fossil person until I couldn't find I style that "fit" me (I loved the Key-per line a bunch), and this bag has made me return!

So in love with this bag. It's the perfect size. Can be worn across body or regular. Ample room and more than needed pockets. The leather is soft and I'm impressed with the quality of the zippers and stitching. I get many compliments on it.

I was looking for the perfect crossbody bag. Many of them are too small to be convenient. I ordered both sizes to compare and was having difficulty making a decision until I was able to easily put my iPad into the larger one, without being bulky. Love it, great quality and pretty color with lots of storage pockets!

This is a great bag. The cross body strap is very comfortable and the bag itself is made of good quality leather. The only downside so far is that it is a little smaller than I expected and I had to downsize the contents of my purse (which isn't necessarily a bad thing). It does fit all the necessities i.e. wallet, chapstick, keys, phone, etc.
