I was skeptical at first, but now I'm a believer. I used to wear Rockports and Cole Haan, but not anymore. These are game changers. Keep in mind the tan color is actually more of a caramel color. I wear a 15 and got the same size, they are a bit narrow but I like my shoes that way.

Perfect "driver" shoe with jeans. Stylish and comfortable.

Great casual shoe. Got for my husband to slip on with jeans. These did not disappoint.

I normally take a 10 1/2 but ordered a 10 based upon the comments; my shoes were tight, probably because I ordered a half size smaller than I normally do. I sent the 10 shoes back and reordered a 10 1/2. The shoe was very well made and I really like the style, which is why I am trying a larger size. The 10 was also snug enough that I thought of getting a wider size; I have never needed an E, so I went with the D on the second pair. If they are too tight, I will try the E width, since I think the shoes are nice.

I have a medium to narrow width foot and find these far too tight. I wore them for half of a day without socks and developed a bad heal blister. Toe area tight. Good quality just a tight fit.

I have a narrow foot and these feel very tight. I wore them Sunday to church and then to lunch with very little walking and I developed a very painful blister on my right heel. Very disappointing given the Allen Edmonds name.

I can see why they recommend a size smaller but my big toe appears to be right where it should be; however, at the heel the shoe is loose. So, these just seem too long (maybe a 1/2 size?). Yet, I don't want them any smaller since there is zero cushion in these. I put some cushion comfort insoles in them so the fit is snug, except for the length. Considering how hard and uncomfortable the soles are, these are definitely made for outdoor use - note the picture of the soles - they are raised and very hard (but I hate it when my heel slips out when I'm outside so I'm not sure what to do with these). They are definitely not comfortable enough for just being around the house. On the flip side, as expected from this brand and at this price, the quality is very high and I can't argue with giving these points for style.

Not expected Allen Edmonds quality. Finish marginal. Very disappointed. Cleaning difficult. Don’t expect shoes to last.

This item is labeled the wrong size. It says 9 1/2, but is much longer. I compared it against other Allen-Edmond's shoes I own. Considerable difference.
