These shoes seriously "fixed" my feet just in time for a Disney World vacation! A little over a month before the trip I got my first ever case of plantar fasciitis and metatarsalgia. Desperate, I tried these even though my previous encounter with chacos was an uncomfortable one. The ones I had tried had an overly aggressive arch along with toe and heel pinching. THIS model was everything my feet needed support wise while they healed and strengthened for my trip. I wore them as house slippers and even in the shower. Amazed that after a 10 mile day at WDW my feet did not ache at all. Best $ I've ever spent and I hope chaco keeps these around!

I agree with all the reviewers who say these Chacos "solve" the problems that some of us may have had with the Classic fits (yampas and unaweeps). And the sizing is a little tricky. I'm a 7.5-8 in most shoes, but a 7 in other Chacos with a bit of toe room. With these I still take a 7 but my toes have just enough extra space. So yeah, try a couple different sizes. I vacillated with what color to buy. I tried the Orb, Linked Diamonds, and Hop Scotch. I have somewhat pale skin so the Orb just washed me out and made my legs look ashy (I think they would look lovely on someone with darker skin tones). The Linked Diamonds have pinkish hues and looked fine, but I just didn't care for the pink footbed. But the Hop Scotch is beautiful! It's a bit more muted in real life than on screen and compliments my skin tone so well! I feel like it would be a universal color for most people. My only concern is about the quality. Being priced at almost the same as the super durable models, I would expect these to be just as great, and I'm certainly hoping for that. But only time will tell if this nice, cushy footbed will stand up to the rigors of daily wear, hiking, wading through water, and chasing my kids all over the place. If so, I have found the perfect sandal.

I love these new, softer, noticeably-lighter Chacos! They do run small though. I usually take a 9 Wide in women's sizes (9 1/2 when available) and I needed a 10 in these, which fit like a 9 or 9 1/2. All my other Chaco "Z-strap" style sandals are wide, but I was able to fit into these even though they are a "regular" width. The heel strap is shorter than in the other, original, Z-strap style sandals (Yampa, Unaweep) but, for me, that worked out great because normally the heel strap is too loose and I end up having to cinch it up by sewing a pinch of the fabric to take up the extra slack. In these, I don't have to and couldn't even if I wanted to because of the rubber logo patch that is there, in the way. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE! A seriously awesome footbed, but that single strap design is just horrible. Each step pulls the single strap around heel, which then strangles your toe until it turns purple. If you want a sandal that amputates your toe, this is the sandal for you. Otherwise, AVOID AT ALL COST.

After trying a couple pair of Teva's and finding them to feel too "slippery" for my summer hiking needs I returned them and tried this pair of Chaco's. LOVE these sandals - but please realize that I am not a SERIOUS hiker! I am fairly active, and enjoy many outdoor sports and hiking is more of a hobby than a lifestyle. These sandals allowed me to climb, and navigate over very rocky and root filled paths with ease. My feet were comfortable after all day hikes. The arch support was terrific! I also had NO TROUBLE with the buckles on the side, I thought I might feel some chaffing where the straps were sewn near the buckles. I was fine after 3 days of hiking all day and being in and out of water. I would recommend these to a friend, along with Zappos!!

I love these so much! I purchased a variety of Birks, Clarks, other styles of Chacos, and Vionics and nothing was nearly as comfortable as these. I wear them daily for long walks. They run a hair big - I'm normally a 10.5-11 and the 10s in these fit just fine. The 11s were fine for length, but the straps couldn't be tightened down enough to hold them on my feet without rubbing.

I love these shoes!! I bought them because I wanted them for water shoes that I could wear on a short hike or around town. The first day they arrived I took my dog on a 3 mile walk around my neighborhood. They fit wonderful, they were comfortable through out the whole walk and no blisters! I would order these again!

I love these sandals and I totally understand hiking in them because they stay on your feet. They choke my toe after wearing them for an hour, so I have to loosen them up from time to time. The arch support is excellent too. The ridges on the bottom were a bit uncomfortable at first, but my feet have gotten used to them and they’re my go-to sandal. I usually wear Keen Rose sandals, but these definitely breathe better.

This was my first pair of Chacos. I had heard great reviews and had several people recommend them. I bought a pair for me and one for both of my girls. These are seriously the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn! We go to theme parks a lot and walk all day. There are times when we need to wear shoes that can get wet and these were perfect for that. I wore them for the first time to the park and walked about 5 miles in them. No aching feet or blisters at all and I didn’t break them in first. That’s unheard of for me. When people say they are worth every penny ... they aren’t lying!!

This is hands down the perfect Chaco! I tried out several pairs, including the classic one strap, two strap without toe loop, and even children's sizes, but kept running into issues. Some hit my foot in the wrong areas, others were too heavy, and still others had a rough footbed which irritated after wear. This pair is perfection! All I loved in style of the others, but with a softer and more comfortable (yet still sturdy!) footbed, and an overall lighter shoe. I'm typically a 7 in most brands and while I struggled to find a good fit in other Chaco models, the 7 in this one fit like a dream. I purchased in Pink Fleck and love the subtle grayish pink hue - not overly pink and will go with most outfits. The only learning curve I had was how to tighten with the toe loop. So happy and appreciative of Zappos amazing service which allowed me to try a few pairs until I finally found the one that worked!!

These sandals are awesome. Important fit fact that isn't totally clear in the product description. The straps run through the footbed and are all completely adjustable. I have bunions and always struggle with finding comfortable sandals and usually have to just live in flip flops all summer long. But these are so comfortable, rugged and very stylish for outdoor adventure shoes :) Totally recommend them. I only wish that they came in half sizes.

These are fantasti! I had tried the classic Chaco and they weren't comfortable. The arch was too high and they were very heavy. These are perfect. The arch is just right and they are much lighter weight. There is no break in period.

I bought these sandals about a year and a half ago. I normally wear a size 8, but the 8s were too narrow and tight in the straps. ( I do have a slightly wide foot.)If they have a 8.5 or 8W They would probably fit. The store only had whole sizes so I ended up getting a size 9 and the straps work better and they're not too long. These Chacos have a cushier foot bed and they're lighter weight, which is very nice. The arch support is smaller than the other Chaco sandals, but still good enough for someone who needs good arch support. Overall I love them! I would definitely buy these again.

I originally purchased the Cloud in the single strap style. I found the Cloud had an uncomfortably high arch, high heel risers, were too narrow, and the size I ordered (10) was too big. I returned those and ordered the Volv x2 in a 9. The fit on these is much better. The Volv has a softer sole, and a flatter arch. These also seem wider and the risers are more comfortable. I've worn them every day since I got them, in all kinds of terrain and weather, and they are awesome.

These are my first pair of Chaco's. I really like the lightweight of this style and the look of the double straps. They are very comfortable and so far I like them very much.

Cute and lightweight, but too much effort to put on and adjust all those straps. The big toe straps also pulled too tight after a few minutes of wearing. Have returned them.

Love the style, but found it hard to fit the straps properly, since there are 2 narrow straps, not one wider strap. That's why I liked the style! Tried size 8 and my toes were too close to the edge. Size 9 was too long. Also, I have a high instep, so didn't have much extra strap to play with in either size. A problem I had with both sizes is also that the heel strap was too loose and not adjustable.

My first pair of Chacos, I expected great comfort as well as look. I'm mostly a size 7-1/2, & found the 7 was much better fit than the 8. I have a bit wider toe span than normal. Annoyance with this style: constantly needing to adjust the straps for comfort before putting them back on. Also, the foot-bed texture bothers the slightly bigger of my feet, while not the smaller foot--so each wear requires initial fussing for comfort. Taking off & putting on is commitment, not comfort. I recommend a Chaco style that doesn't need constant adjustment. These are attractive sandals to wear, & I hope their quality will also be worth the cost.

Love these so far. I bought them for a long walking trip to wear in addition to my sneakers. They are cute and very adjustable with good support. The double strap takes a little getting used to but I watched the “how to loosen and tighten” video on Chaco’s website and that helped.

I love my new chaco’s. They hug my feet. I can use them for my daily walk plus they are great with casual wear. I have always wore keens but have wanted to try these and am very satisfied.

Love these! Very comfortable and a perfect fit. I’ve had Chacos before (same style twice - single wide strap - they last for years unless your puppy chews them up!) I like this style even more. Highly recommend!

These Chacos are perfect! I would highly recommend going to a store and trying on all the different varieties if you’re unfamiliar, as the sizing can be tricky. This particular model is their lightest one with a less intense arch than some of the others that they sell. I ordered mine for a weekend of camping and kayaking, but I’ve since worn them for casual stuff with black jeans and a jean jacket. I thought people would think they’re too clunky or outdoorsy looking for casual wear, but I got a ton of compliments!

love these Chacos!!!..They did feel a little tight, I think I would get a 1/2 size bigger next time.

I am new to Chacos and I love the ability to micro adjust the fit around my bunion... The soles are very cushioned but provide nice support.
