I love these! True to size. The last pair I had took me from India to Morocco to Seattle and Charleston. I wear them with socks when needed. Easy to wash and wear!

First pair, and will get more. The straps are a little unusual, so it takes some getting used to (I kept pulling the wrong one and couldn't get them tightened at first). I wish there was a little longer "tail" on the end of the strap so you could loosen them a little more for slipping on/off, but otherwise really comfy. I have high arches, and these I can wear all day without pain.

At first I thought they were way too tight across the top of my foot, then I read the instructions on how to adjust them! Now they fit awesome!

I normally wear a 9 1/2 and the 10's fit better than the 9's. I have had these for a year now and wear them all the time. I wore them for a week in the boundary waters. I tightened the straps for the portages and they worked great.

Very cute but I wear a 10.5 and I ordered the 10 based on other reviews and my toes are all the way at the end of the sandal...about to hang off! I like more room so I'm sending it back for an 11. I got the green and navy plaid. So cool!

I have owned Chacos for many years and am always happy. Just recently bought a pair of the women's z/volv and these are by far my sandals yet! More formed to my foot, more comfortable heel and great traction. LOVE THEM!

Lighter, softer insole than the older classic style Chaco. I also own the Z1 and Z2 and this sandal is much lighter weight, which I like better. My legs don't get as tired wearing them. True to size, I loved the colors in this sandal, it goes with everything in my wardrobe. I think the arch support is a "tad" less beefy than the classic styles, but the footbed is more comfy to me, w/out the checkerboard raised relief that is in the older insoles, which sometimes were hard on my soft feet bottoms. :)

Love them but never got to wear them. One day after receiving these my 15 year old daughter texted me and asked if she could wear them and I never got them back. She loves these shoes!

Extremely comfortable and clearly well made with great arch support. I liked that the strap could be adjusted in pretty much any area of the sandal (by the toes, around the ankle). I wear 8.5 and the 9 fit me very well with no gapping. And, these were more attractive than I expected! Unfortunately, these are much heavier than other options, so these are going back.

I have worn Chacos for more than 10 years. All 7 pairs have been the Chaco classic design. I loved the look of the Z/Volv, but the arch support was lacking, and good arch support is perhaps the top reason I have worn Chaco sandals for so long. Although I loved the look and the pattern of the webbing, I was disappointed by the lack of support and had to return them.

This is a pretty straightforward Chaco sandal. It doesn’t have the vibram sole of my older sandal with the toe loop. (Its still going strong after 12 years of heavy wear hiking, boating shopping) But this is a good city sandal and I am very happy with it.

This is my 2nd pair of chacos z1. Still my favorite sandal. I have tried a few other type of chacos sandals and none fit like the classic. Love the print.

These are comfortable shoes that I think I will wear a lot this summer. The arch support is less than I assumed given the brand, but seems to be adequate. My feet are fairly wide and I have a high arch. I love the way the straps adjust for a custom fit.

Wore them to walk the kid and dog right out of the box. My ten year old Chico’s are in great shape but sometimes the strap rub when wet. These are lighter weight, softer and have already been in all elements! Love them. Now I need more colors!

Excellent fit, lightweight and comfortable. I have wide feet and these chacos are perfect. I have walked all over San Francisco/ many miles and no blisters no pain!

Awesome Sandals -- Only regret is that it took me so long to purchase them.

This is my second pair of Chaco's. My 1st pair is at least 8 years old and still going strong. So naturally when I wanted another pair of versatile sandals I looked for Chaco. This pair is just a touch dressier but still very comfortable. I wore them all day in NY recently in perfect comfort. Thanks Chaco for continuing to make a great product

The black/grey pattern is great. Works with both colors. The sole feels much lighter than traditional Chaco's, but I'm wearing them on weekends when I run errands, so I don't need a heavy sole.

I wear a size 12 narrow shoe. I love this shoe and am able to fit it perfectly to my narrow foot.

Excellent! Finally a pair of Chacos that are lighter weight! I have the skinny double strap Chacos that don't go around the toe, I'm not sure of the style name, and I have worn them for 2 years with a few complaints. They are heavy. The first time my husband and then 18 month old picked them up, they both commented on the weight! They have nubby soles which uncomfortably rub my feet after being pampered in socks most of the winter. It takes awhile to ease back into them! And, the buckle is bulky when I sit on the floor with my kids... it digs into my foot. Enter these! I liked them from the first moment I saw them. Streamlined, classier, and only 9 ounces?! It's true, they're great. Comfortable out of the box, softer sole, very flexible sole as opposed to the clunkier style I'm used to, and easier adjustable straps with a better buckle! My first time wearing them, I met a friend for lunch. She's a fancy shoe wearing friend, but she complimented these sandals right away! I'm a 12, and the only downside is, it's a smaller 12... my big toe almost hangs off, and there's about 3/4 inch too much shoe behind my ankle. I hate that the proportions are off, but they hit my arch at the perfect spot, so no misses there. I would say they're true to size but maybe a smidge small, by no means change what you usually order.

I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis last year and my podiatrist told me that because it is hard to put orthotics in sandals to try a sandal with a high built in arch. Chaco sandals have a very high, stiff arch that keeps the pressure off of your heels. The Z/Volv is lighter weight than the original Chacos but still has a great arch. I have had trouble with the toe strap model, so this model works better for me. I wear a size 8 in regular casual shoes and the 8 in Chacos fit perfectly. I have a few pairs of Dansko sandals, which also have a high arch, for those times when I need to dress it up a bit.

I love these sandals. It's my second pair of Chacos. My first pair, which I wore constantly 9 months out of the year for 4 years, had a worn strap, though are still wearable. The sole is extremely sturdy and offers great walking support. The strap going over the highest part of my foot had to be adjusted because it rubbed on one foot, but the box has a diagram showing how to adjust the straps by pulling on them. I love this color, too. To wash them I simply scrub them with a watered down solution of dishsoap. I've waded in wster many times and they dry beautifully.

These shoes are adjustable and very comfortable. Bought them for my 16 year old daughter who has a narrow heel and trouble wearing shoes with a back but these worked well.
