Very comfortable! My feet feel great after walking in these shoes. These shoes help alleviate some of my leg pain as well. If you have never worn minimal footwear before, consider reading "Whole Body Barefoot" by Katy Bowman first -- this book will prepare you to wear minimal footwear in a healthy manner.

I bought these to replace the original Alitza Five Finger shoes that I had worn so much I had put holes in 3 toes and almost worn through the soles! I was a bit skeptical of how the loops would look, but I was surprised to discover that I really like how they look on my foot. I found the fit on these a bit wonky. I ordered the same size as my previous Alitzas, but because of the changes, they don't fit nearly as well and feel too big. My old ones were a bit tricky to get on, but once on, fit just perfectly like a glove. They were almost unnoticeable they fit so well! These are a bit easier to slip on because of the design of the loops which stay in a foot shape. There is very little elastic on the loops, which means that the fit is not nearly as custom, and they gap a little on my foot, which leads to some uncomfortable rubbing if I wear them to walk more than 3 miles. The fabric is a bit heavier and hotter than the original Alitzas. The biggest disappointment, by far, is the funny boxy-shaped toes. I thought perhaps it was just because they had a cardboard foot-form in them when I bought them, but it really is just how they are constructed. There is so much extra fabric in the toes that I could easily have toes twice the size and still fit them in. It makes the fit feel sloppy, but what disappoints me more is that they look clunky, not like a smooth, dressy, ballet-slipper fit. I wear these shoes for everything in the summer, from walking, to yardwork, to running errands, and even church. I would recommend these shoes for anyone looking for a cute minimalist shoe, but I cannot give them 5 stars because of the weird shaped toes and sloppy fit. I have attached a photo that shoes my old Altizas compared with the Altiza Loop. Notice how ridiculously baggy the toes are on the Alitza Loop shoe. They look very sloppy!

I have had several pairs of FiveFIngers and I love these because they are much easier to get on. I like that they feel more like barefoot walking but with more protection than being barefoot.

I bought these to replace my Sprint Five Fingers. I like them, although they are more low profile and less support than the Sprints. I bought a 39 as an 8.5. The sizing chart on line is off.

This was the third pair of Fivefingers (two other styles) that I have tried on and did not like. I could not believe how comfortable these were right out of the box. Someone else wrote the same thing, but it is true. I have had them on since they have arrived six hours ago. I have walked on concrete, gravel and dirt with them on and love how great they feel on any surface. I have had serious issues with one of my toes and these shoes seem to be alleviating the pain that almost every other shoe hasn't been able to accomplish. I highly recommend them, I will never go barefoot again now that I have these shoes; it is better than barefoot!

I love this shoe! These shoes are so unbelievably comfortable that I wear them all the time. I can kick box with them, I can go hiking or even wear them to walk around work all day! I have even worn them on the treadmill and elliptical and my feet were super happy! Thank you Vibram for making such an incredibly cute and comfortable shoe!

Great pair of FiveFingers. They are comfy, don't rub in any weird spots, and look really cool. They have a lot less structure on the bottom than some other FiveFingers - I'd say they are similar to the original Sprints, which I love!

I just replaced this pair of shoes and began to wonder just how long they lasted. I checked my order history and found I purchased them in Dec. 2017. It's now June 2021, so I wore them for 3.5 years! They're actually still in decent shape, just a little stretched for wear and washing.

8 years ago I was prepared to have knee surgery. I had just had back surgery. My son, a Marine, said he trains in the Vibram Five Finger shoes daily and insisted I try them. I was extremely skeptical because I have high arches and have, or I should say had, a hard thud step. I bought my first pair and within 3 months I had no more back or knee pain and I did not have the knee surgery after all. This style of shoe, in my humble opinion, forces you to reevaluate your walk/stride. Due to the minimalist style I was no longer able to walk with a hard thud and over these past few years have become quite as a church mouse when I walk. Why these are so comfortable even without any arch support has always puzzled me but I try not to look a gift horse in the mouth. This particular style, the Alitza Loop, is just as comfortable as my other 20 pairs/styles but with a nice added dress up look. I used to wear the kangaroo skin pair for dress up with pants but these have now taken their place. I would not be caught dead in a dress, however, if I were to lose my mind and wear one I would definitely find these to be perfect for a dress as well. Vibram Five Fingers have saved my life. Yes, some are considered ugly to some critics and the company gets slammed often, however, they changed my life for the better. I am 55 years old and I no longer worry about what others think so I wear the "ugly" ones with pride as well.

I LOVE these Alitza Loop VFFs!!! Since the fabric is synthetic, they are most comfortable worn with socks but for a dressy occasion I would just deal with sweaty feet! My ONLY negative comment is that the cardboard labels were cut off and the little clear stickers that are normally of the inner soul of each shoe were stuck to the outside of the box SO even though they look new they were at least tried on by someone.

I wear a European Size 39 and ordered these shoes in a 39- it was a perfect fit! If you are looking to go “barefoot” running or walking then these are a great option.

I love these shoes. This is the most comfortable pair of vibrams I have tried. They slip on and off easily but are secure enough with the straps to be used for running.

I absolutely love these. I have 3 pairs. I can see where if your toes are a little long they wouldn't work. But for me they work great. Workout, walking, running. So comfortable and cool for the summer months. Machine wash gentle and the shine up just like new.

i wanted summer shoes that could get wet. the vibrams are extremely comfortable; rare light-weight footwear with no straps that shrink and harden when wet.

I have Morton's Neuroma & bunions, and I love to go to a Barre class and also do yoga -- this shoe give me stability and the little extra cushioning I was hoping for to continue my practice.

I just love these shoes so much. They are so comfortable; I can walk in them for miles. I wish the soles weren't yellow because they get visibly dirty quickly. But that's my own quibble. I'm about to purchase another pair in another color.

These shoes are awesome! They take a bit of practice to learn to put on but well with it. They are quickly becoming a favorite. Zappos is great to work with to...free postage to and fro!

I love this shoe, I wear it when I walk. It looks as cute as a shoe with the toes visible can! I have been transitioning to barefoot walking for years, so it works excellent for me.

As a last resort I decided to try FiveFingers. With a bunion and hammertoe, I was developing sores and was quite uncomfortable. After reading reviews I decided on this model. My size ended up being a full size less than I expected, but once I got the right size, they are great! I wear Danskos to work, but these are a nice relief in the evenings and weekends.

These are incredibly comfortable! The sole feels a bit more supportive compared to the regular Alitza shoe. They arrived in great shape from the seller.

These are classic examples of why I have been through at least 8 pair of Five Fingers - amazing happiness to my feet! Right out of the box they were a dream. Comfy and soft, and ready to wear for the day. The style is the cutest yet - great for hanging out or running around. I love this style for work travel - comfy and light for packing!

Honestly I don’t know how they fit. My toes are not completely straight and the straps made it impossible for me to get my toes into the toe pockets. I wear toe socks and really wanted these to work to help with my Mortons Neuroma. Kind of cute. I was planning to wear them around the house.

I really wanted to start working out in these 5 finger shoes. I love the look of the shoe. They were really hard to get on, it took me several tries. I have a wide foot and not many shoes are made with a wide width. Once I finally got my toes in, the little toe was really hurting so I knew they wouldn't work for me, they are cute though.
