I've worn these Ryka water exercise shoes for 20 years and have always been satisfied. This pair seems a little too narrow, so I'm hoping they stretch out to be more comfortable. Without having to wear my orthotics in the water, a medium has always fit well. BTW: This gray color is not as cute as the black/multi color pair though.

So much more supportive for my feet than typical water shoes for my Splash Dancing class. Also better grip on the pool bottom. Love the color. Take more time to air dry than other shoes.

This water shoe is pretty and well made. It feels light on my feet. However, I probably ordered the wrong size. Because it only came in medium width, I went up a half size to 9.5 The shoe is a little big/loose on my foot. The medium width is plenty generous for those who take a wide in other kinds of shoes.

Heel fits perfectly but rest of shoe is very wide and long; bought a 7.5 (wear 8 in sports shoes); have almost 2 in of extra room in the toe end; provides good support for water aerobics

Love the shoe, same fit and arch as a non water Ryka. I went all day wearing them during a hike at the beach and rain Forrest in Mexico. When we walked across a shallow slow moving river I got a lot of sand in them. I rinsed and pounded them together and there is still sand in them. But overall I loved to be able to wear tennis shoes with this much support.

I haven't tried them in the water yet, but I love how they fit!

They are not as comfortable as I thought but they are great water shoes. My 7medium was bigger on me than normal Ryka shoes. So these shoes do run a little big. The soles of my shoes were not a gripping as I liked so still be careful. I love ryka been buying ryka for over 6 years now my feet does not except any other shoe. I recommend them to every woman I meet. I normally buy the Devotion series, my latest being the Devotion X shoe.

I have been buying the Hydrosport shoes for about 10 years and I have always been happy with them, but like all things they continue to change over the years. Over the last 5 years they have become progressively narrow and I now have to get the size 11 to cover my 91/2 size foot. I wish they would make these in wide sizes. This pair is the first ones that do not seem to be made of the usual top quality. The material seems more thin and the tongue is too low and loose in the shoe. I will reserve judgement of how long they may last. My other ones usually lasted about 9 mo to a year but I do water aerobics 4-5 days a week. These are still the best shoes I have found for support when in the water.

I like the shoe. It's light, attractive, and fun. However, it isn't as supportive as I need it to be. I'm not doing water sports; I'm wearing it to work. So, I'm keeping the shoes for shopping or whatever, but I won't be able to wear it day in/day out. I think if I were to use them for the gym, they'd be perfect.

Shoe laces are too long. Shoes do have great support. Wish I could have tried them on in person as I might have purchased one size smaller.

Great support for water aerobics! I can't imagine why the shoelaces are so long. I knotted them and stuck them under the other laces, and other reviews have mentioned the laces being too long. The color on the website for the gray shoes with the aqua soles, isn't very accurate. The stripes appear coral in the picture, but when they arrived, the stripes are bright pink.

Great show for water aerobics. Wish there was better arch support.

Love the look, size fits slightly long for a 6.5 on my feet. Thinking they might shrink slightly like my last pair size 6. In the past only whole sizes were available so when I saw the half size which I need I went for it. Hopefully these will fit and perform well.

They fit well, although I haven't used them yet. This is my 2nd pair. They last about three summers of water aerobics. Upon my recommendation, my friend bought a pair a couple of months ago. Unfortunately hers squeaks when she walks. Let's hope these don't!

Have been wearing the shoe on the beach. Sand does get in but quickly rinses out when the shoe is submerged in water. The shoe is very stable, feels like a regular fitness shoe.

So far these have been comfortable, easy to get on and off, and offer a lot of support and cushioning during water aerobics. My only complaints would be that I'd like to see them offered in wide sizes, and in a sandal style like some of the walking shoes. I like the lighter colors and there are only a few. These are expensive shoes but so far seem to be worth the price.

These are just alright. They aren't as nice as I had expected for the price. The pros are they are better quality than the cheap shoes I had for water aerobics and these have better support. The problem is my feet still slip and slide on the bottom of the pool and these shoes take forever to dry out. I think there is a better shoe out there for the price.

Fit well. Toggles tend to loosen. Liked the water shoes with fixed elastic better (Fierce).

These are very nice shoes. They are light weight and provide great support. I rated them a 4 (really 4 1/2) only because I don't like the stitching of the tongue inside the shoe . It causes the tongue to roll up a bit, so you need to reach in and flatten it before slipping your foot in. Also the laces are long and flop around. I've slipped mine inside the crisscrossed laces to keep them from flopping and getting stepped on. These are minor issue, so over all the shoes are great.

This is an excellent water shoe providing great support for walking on shore, and good drainage for swimming or wading in water. My only wish is that the canvas color would stay light grey or white when it gets wet. It turns brown when wet. Still good bright accent colors and I would definitely recommend this show overall.

These shoes are a must for my water aerobics classes. They give me great support and traction.

I like the shoes but they do run large and they leave scuff marks on the pool

Just what I expected from this product. It's exactly the support I need while I Zumba in the pool!

Bought these for my Maui trip. Wore them on my daily 5 mile walks. Shoes are hydro sport design so sand & water can get thru but will quickly dry & your feet remain cool & comfy. Overall comfortable, light weight shoe. Good purchase.

Great water shoes except for the long laces. A few season ago the shoes were made with laces that were elastic & didn't unravel . They lasted a long time & there was no danger of tripping over laces.
