I wish I cold review the Tumi Alpha 2 Expandable Organizer Laptop Brief, however, Zappos managed to send me a used briefcase with the correct tags. The briefcase they send didn't even come with the shoulder strap. Really Zappos? Your warehouse needs to do better quality control before returning items to the shelf that are shipped back for RETURN.

I've owned this bag for a little over two years and logged many miles of heavy use/travel, simply stated: it's worth every penny. While durable and functional, it's effortless to organize (pockets done right) and by far the easiest of laptop bags to handle (size not too small not too big). Put through the wringer it maintains its form and function. Use: as an IT Consultant

Great looking bag. Wish it was actually usable. It is not only too big i.e. the depth makes this look like a small carry on; it is also HEAVY. How does ballistic nylon get so heavy? Too heavy to even think about carrying this everyday even without anything in it. This should be a stroller - not a bag. One needs a caddy to take this along. Have to return. Cannot get over how something made of ballistic nylon can be this heavy when empty! Baffled!
