My wife loves Dooney & Bourke. For quality, appearance, comfort and this one is a great neutral color that will go with any outfit all year long. I usually purchase them for her because I can depend on each one being special. Moreover Zappos's service makes it a pleasure.

I loved this bag. I absolutely loved it. But it is so tiny that my Dooney wallet would not even fit through the opening. It was great sorrow that I had to return it. Unless all you carry in your bag is keys and tissues, it won't work. Zappos wasn't kidding about the return policy. It was on its way back the next day. This is one of the most customer friendly operations I have ever used. Thank you Zappos.

This is a great medium-small cross body bag. It has multiple pockets and is just perfect for carrying the essentials on a sightseeing trip or the weekly grocery store run. I recently used it to carry my passport, cash and cards in foreign city notorious for its pickpockets and cut-purses.I had no issues. It is handsomely constructed and comfortable to wear. I love it!

I like this purse even more than I thought I would. The neutral color goes with everything, and the materials, style, details and workmanship are superior. There is ample room in the bag, and the inside is a nice red color, with several pockets. I do not like purses and only carry one when absolutely necessary...However this purse could change me. :)

I got this for my daughter; she turned 15 and wanted the caramel colored letter carrier, which y'all had the last one I could locate anywhere. It was a hit! It's exactly what she wanted and the price was as good as anywhere else. Thanks, Zappos!

Had this bag for over three years now. Love the color and it's a good size. It's been my everyday bag. The only complaint is that the strap has a part that always pokes out. The strap is too thick for a small bag of this size. As such, I don't use it everyday now unless I want an outfit to match with it.

This is a really lovely purse! Its stylish, and the inside pockets are very convenient for keeping small things organized. Just keep in mind that if you're used to fabric purses, the leather is a tad heavier than fabric purses of the same size. For a short person like me, the strap also feels a tad long, even when set to the shortest length. The zippers are tough and sturdy, but when sticking my hand in and out of the purse I had to learn to be careful not to scratch my hand on the zippers. Other purses with "daintier" zippers do not present that same problem. Small things to get used to, but overall a great buy!

i have two older Dooney & Bourke North/South triple zip bags, and this Letter Carrier bag doesn't measure up in quality to the older bags at all, especially in workmanship and design.
