I literally have owned half a dozen of these bags and have taken them around the world more time than I can count. I travel 300+ days per year so need really tough suitcases that can withstand the rigors of travel. They typically last me about 2-3 years which is remarkable given the amount of travel the endure - probably get somewhere around a thousand uses out of a bag until it just simply shows too much wear (yet is still functional) where I feel it's time to finally replace them. These are my road-warrier go to bags and will certainly buy this model again.

This wheeled duffle has enough room for an extended trip without all the weight of other brands. The wheels are exceptionally smooth, access is easy it fits easily in a compact car trunk.

We bought our first of these bags 5 1/2 years ago and it has been our go-to bag ever since! Now we have two so we each have our own for long trips. The two separate compartments are very handy. If you need a bigger bag than this, then you probably need a moving van instead of a suitcase ;)

this is my second purchase of a High Sierra wheeled duffle. First one was an At6 which lasted 8 yrs of traveling through Asia and Europe. I personally loved the two main compartments which holds a lot of clothes. Great for long trips as you don't have to worry about bringing more than one luggage. The material is very durable, great quality, and is it super lightweight. I love the extra compartments it has in the front for extra storage. one added bonus is the straps in the back in case you want to carry it as a backpack. Overall, I have search other brands and none come close to High Sierra quality and versatility. Highly recommend!!!! #sweepstakes

Verified PurchaseReview for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
This is an awesome bag! So happy I was able to find it on Zappos because it is sold out on many other sites. The newer version of this bag is too heavy for the size and this one is just right! Perfect for my son traveling to Europe for a month!

I received this luggage piece as a Christmas gift in 2015, and I absolutely love it! It's great for long trips and international trips. I took it on a 3-week round the world trip, and I was able to bring clothes for every occasion (from Hong-Kong to Egypt to Iceland), keep everything organized, and still have room for souvenirs! I think the backpack straps are SUPER helpful when going up or down stairs (especially in public transit areas where an elevator or escalator doesn't exist or is far out of the way, or in my own apartment building). The only down side is that it's hard to find space for it on trains...the luggage compartments there tend to be smaller, but I've always managed to make it work.
I've found it to be well-made and more durable that a previously owned wheeled duffel suitcase, and the frame is sturdy (if your looking for something that molds easily or collapses, this isn't it). This size is definitely on the larger end--it's not ideal for a weekend getaway--but it's been perfect for my long holidays.

I purchased this to upgrade my AT Go from 5 years ago (which is still going strong and has just enjured the TSA again . When I travel I load my cases to the max. Being from the UK I take advantage of what I can buy in the US which isn't available in the UK. My cases have stood up to many a serious beating and quite happily handle loads of 60+ lbs. Their quality is solid and I will happily buy again. I now have four cases and a back pack (6 years old) and we can shift some serious amount of get in these.

Travelled to Greece from the United States. Luggage was transferred at many points, from planes to cruise ships, to ferries, to cabs, to shuttle vans. Held up great through the whole trip. Stands up on end very well - which sets it apart from most rolling duffel luggage. The two separate main compartments were excellent for accessing different clothing or shoes - without having to fully unpack/repack. This was especially advantageous for the trip that had many stops, different lodging/hotels/cruise ship. Very happy with the purchase and looking forward to many years of using it.

I use the duffle for most of my travel that is longer than three days. It allows room for everything that I need for my trip. Being light-weight makes for easy use of the duffle.

This is a great bag. Well built but lightweight. Exactly what I was looking for in a versatile bag for travel.

the grab handles on the long top of the bag are not supported by full depth reinforcement. The reinforcement is in two pieces separate by the upper zipper. This means that the full weight of the bag is straining the zipper when the grab handles are used, and they will be used a lot. Since there is a lifetime guarantee, we will just see how well the design holds up. I note that this design flaw is present on many similar bags

Wanted a wheeled duffel for a cruise. The bag appears very high quality and sturdy, however is too big for our international airline size requirements for checked bags and is more like a suitcase than a duffel as it doesn't collapse even when empty. Unfortunately High Sierra requires the customer to pay return shipping and the cheapest return shipping I could find was $96, so I opted to keep the bag and will try to sell it locally.

Light weight, lots of room. Bought it to replace a similar bag that's been to Africa multiple times and all over Asia and Australia. The only brand for me.
