EXCELLENT CHOICE FOR A POPULAR STYLE OF BOOTS!!! These boot socks rock! For all the ladies out there, you may want to take time to read and hear this review. As a guy, I first started wearing glossy Hunters in college, and got tons of attention from the ladies; the guys, very little and a lot of stares. I wore my my Hunter's with style and confidence, and that's what I strongly recommend to anyone who wants to wear something new and different to get noticed. After some time, I noticed Hunter boot socks were popular among the ladies, and had to get a pair for myself. Plus, I live through really cold winters (were talking sometimes 30 below zero), so its really important to take care of my feet. After all, I don't want to have frostbite or get my my toes really cold. So I stepped it up a notch, and decided to compliment my Hunter's with a white pair of boot socks. The Hunter's in the pics also came from Zaps. Now, I feel ready for the cold, or any kind of weather, and for the people who stare at them, who cares. Its better to take care of yourself (and your feet) first before anything else. Be you, stay confident in what you wear, and ***rock the style***!!!

This product should be called "boot liner" rather than "socks". It provides enough room inside to wear regular, or even thick, socks. I think it is the intent; and it works great: the liner makes the rubber boots suitable for winter temperatures in the Mid-Atlantic states.

I ordered the tall original Hunter boots in a size 9. Depending on the shoe I can wear a 9, 9.5, or 10. I got the boot socks in large (there was no medium size available) and the socks were still quite roomy. Once you have the boots on with them, they don't feel baggy at all. There is room enough for another pair of socks, but I didn't need the extra pair. I wore the boots out in a few inches of snow with regular knee socks & found my feet to be freezing cold after only 20 minutes. So when I came inside from the cold I ordered two pairs of boot socks after reading the other reviews. Black & pink. They're right! The day after I got them in the mail, NYC had a blizzard, then 8 degree weather with a -15 degree wind chill (January 2018). The socks are fabulous! I was out shoveling & my feet got only slightly chilly, but nowhere near like wearing just regular knee socks. They are definitely worth the price. Also they are a densely packed fleece, not a fluffy, thin fleece.

These socks are perfect for winterizing your Hunter boots. They are soft and very warm, even during Chicago's coldest days. I have small feet (size 6) so I thought the general size M/L would be too big, but it fits totally fine.

Bought these for my daughter for her new Hunter boots. She loves them! I know it seems like a steep price for socks, but they really transform the rain boot into a winter boot and look very stylish as well. I bought her the smaller size (5-7) even though her boots are a size 8. This was a good call, as the socks are perfect. Her foot is a 7.5, so the socks have helped make the boots fit more comfortably. I recommend them and am patiently waiting for other colors to be re-stocked.

At $30/pair, I hesitated buying these for a while. I finally caved and am so glad I did. As other reviews note, these are a liner and not just a sock - you could wear them alone but I find they're better with a thin sock. I live in NYC and commute daily...walking in all weather. I love my Hunter boots because they protect me from the NYC slushy messes post-snow and keep my feet totally dry in the rain. With these socks inside them, I can now wear the boots all winter! My feet stay toasty and dry. These are worth the investment.

They are a boot liner not a sock. You can wear socks also. Plenty of room. I'm a size 8. And ordered a medium(5-7). Fit perfect with a little extra room.

These socks are lovely and warm. I will say that since my shoe size is 8.5, this sock is on the big side. I've been wearing socks underneath the fleece socks to take up a little more space in the boot. But overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.
