I bought these boots to replace a pair of Bear Traps I had worn into the ground during the winter of 2014. The Khombu Abby are a poor replacement. While they are incredibly warm, they lack a proper tread that boots need. If all you're doing is just getting in and out of a car, they would be fine, but I live in NYC and have to walk everywhere. I take my life into my own hands every time it snows and I have to wear them. You slip and slide all over the place. Be warned, if you're a walker, choose something different.

I ordered these a full size larger because of the reviews. I am usually a size 8 in boots and I ordered a 9. They fit perfect (plus there is no option for wide, and i have wide feet so them fitting me like a glove was a delightful surprise!) They are super cute, I get compliments all the time! But they really aren't made to keep your feet warm, more for style. They aren't heavy which is nice to have to walk through 6 inches of snow daily! Although my feet stay super dry always, as soon as they are covered in snow my feet are instantly cold, even with my 2 pairs of fuzzy socks. All and all knowing what i know, I would buy these again, I love the way they fit and feel.

I have bunions, Morton's neuroma, and wear orthotics. These boots in wide width fit fine and are comfortable with the insert of the orthotic and wearing a sport sock. They look great and I am very pleased.

I've wearing these boots for 6 days short of a month and the heal in both shoes collapsed. I don't think this shoe's development took into consideration of possible a weight between 190 to 240lbs. The inner sole came loose from the shoe and split down the middle causing my feet to sink into the spaced heel area. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! If not for the defective heal, these boots are absolutely delightful and keep you feet warn and dry

These snow boots are comfy, stylish, and a GREAT price! I was searching for snow boots that didn't look so "athletic" and these are perfect! They're great for snow or in town. They look great with leggings or jeans, too. Also, I purchased an ultra thin insole for added arch support and it took care of the moderate support that the boots provide. Thanks Zappos!

These are amazing! Soft, comfortable, and oh so warm! I have trouble finding the right shoes for my wide feet, but these were perfect right out of the box! Thank you Zappos for amazing service and stocking hard to find shoes! :-)

I absolutely love these boots! I got them the day before our huge blizzard (thank you Zappos for VIP delivery!) and they were perfect. They were extremely comfortable and my feet stayed warm and dry in the 2' of snow. I typically wear a 9½ and the 10 fit perfectly.

These boys are very stylish. I bought them for my 11 year old daughter. The inside is very warm and they are made well.

These boots are just what I was looking for. Slight heel, warmth, comfort, and waterproof. I wear a 7 1/2, and I ordered an 8 so I can wear a little thicker sock.

A recent transplant from California to New York I searched forever to find a pair of boots waterproof boots that did not look like I was going to be working on a construction crew. (I am a self-admitted shoe snob!) These boots fit the ticket; super cute, waterproof, not too cumbersome and with tread that will hopefully keep me on my feet instead of my backside! I have narrow feet and usually wear a size 8. I ordered an 8 and have plenty of room even when wearing heavy socks. There is still a tad of heel slipping but that tends to be par for the course for me. Wish they came in brown, I would order another pair.

I usually wear a 6 and a half so I got a 7 in the boot and it's perfect. A little snug around the calf area so I don't know if you could get jeans tucked in. Unfortunately, it's been in the 50s and 60s here, with no snow in sight, so I haven't been able to test them out, but they are comfy, comfy, comfy!

Great fit and feel plus nice appearance. If this is rainproof as stated, I will be extremely happy. I have bony feet and slender legs and these fit with my orthotic and thicker insole.

I bought these in a 9W for my daughter. She wanted something waterproof, warm and not too clunky. These are perfect. The zipper is at an angle and makes the boot look a little more elegant. The tiny bit of visible fur at the top is a cute addition. She says they are the most comfortable of any she tried on this year.

I was determined not to start another snow season without good boots. I ordered three different styles and this is the one I kept. They are stylish and very comfty. I like the fur lining too! I was looking for zipperless boots but couldn't find any. I was happy that these would slip off and on w/o unzipping.

Hello, although I live in Houston, I decided to keep these boots for the rain. They are stylish and comfy and I bought one size up which fits perfectly and I am a 9. I hope that one day I may experience the snow and wear there as I bought them for a employment relocation in Jackson Hole that cancelled. I feel like I have something no one else has around here, which is true.

I live in Los Angeles and never need warm footwear but I was headed to Chicago in January and wanted something toasty for my toes. I liked the style in white because they looked less utilitarian than most of the fur-lined boots and had good reviews. Many of the reviews said that the boot ran small so I ordered them a half size bigger than my normal size and they seemed pretty true to size. If I had gone a full size bigger, they would have been too big - so a half size bigger seems like a good call if you plan to wear thick socks. In addition to keeping my feet nice and warm, they were extremely comfortable and cushiony. We hoofed all over the city and I felt like I was walking on marshmallows. I also received a lot of compliments on the look of the boots, some folks compared them to Go Go Boots. It did snow a little bit and the boots don't have a ton of traction of the bottom so they might not be ideal for really icy streets but good for rain and probably thick snow.

I gave a pair of these boots to my 12 year old granddaughter and to my 38 year old daughter. They both said that they loved the fit, support, style, and warmth. Both were pleased the boot fit well for their slender feet. Said they were not "slippy" when they walked in the boots. Neither one likes wearing the white though. There were no other color options and black was sold out, so I went with white. I think they look pretty cool on the younger and older recipients, but even though they are using them, it is probably more because they think they will hurt my feelings if they don't....which they wouldn't. I even offered to send them back, but each insisted "I'm good.." so I left it at that! :)

These boots are great!!! I bought them for a trip to Europe and used them every day! So comfortable, keep my feet warm, and are stylish. Super recommended. I wear a 7.5 and bought them 8, they were perfect.

Love the faux fur lined throughout the boot. Usually an 11 can be too big. It is actually quite snug but that is good for me. I have really narrow feet and 10's are too small and sometimes 11's can be too big width wise. So I am very happy with the fit. And so far very warm. I am really happy about the water proof feature. No more wet cold feet.

These are great so far - nice and warm and cozy for winter. :) We haven't had a lot of snow yet, so I can't say for sure how well they'll hold up, but they feel very sturdy and my feet are always warm in them even in 20-30 (F) degree weather. I normally wear size 8 1/2, but these guys don't come in half-sizes. I ordered the 8, and it was perfect. A little snug at first, but as expected with a leather shoe they have stretched a bit to fit. The zip is on the outside of the calf which is a bit odd to get used to but is really not a problem. If I have any kind of issue with these boots, it's that they're not quite as chic-looking as I'd like them to be. They look OK with a dress and leggings, but I kind of feel like a slightly feminine teddy bear in leg-warmers. The leg portions are much thicker than the feet, which are very fitted, and makes the boot silhouette look a little weird and top-heavy (not quite like the empty boot does in the picture). For the price, though, I think they are ideal warm winter boots which can be worn to work in a business-casual type of environment.

These boots were "ok" but not great. They didn't look bad but I think you get what you pay for with this boot. They seem to run a little big. I did return them because they seem to run a little wide.

Warm, cozy and comfortable. Construction not as strong and well done as my Khombu Cheyennes of several years ago - will just have to see if they hold up. Zappos customer service and quick shipping - as always - best ever!

Brand runs small, so I ordered a size up. It was a good decision but it was a tiny big but definitely manageable.
