I have been a devoted Ecco fan for years, including previous iterations of the Biom golf shoes, but I had to return this pair after just one round. They are advertised as having "water-repellent Hydromax and anti-stain formula", but 45 minutes of light drizzle turned these shoes into a sorry mess and left an ugly horizontal stain on the sides of both shoes. By comparison, my 1½ year old Bioms have no water stains after dozens of soggy rounds. These new Bioms look and feel the same as previous models, so I wonder if Ecco has started cutting corners on leather quality or their leather treatment process. (New Balance, these shoes also felt considerably wider than others that I have in the same size.

My husband plays golf 2-4 times a week, usually in tournaments all over the country. He purchased two pairs of this Ecco Golf BIOM Hybrid 2 golf shoe (black and white) in the past 4 months. Without a doubt they are the most comfortable golf shoes he as ever had and are completely waterproof. He raves about the comfort. However, within two months both pairs look to be at least 5 years old. Not sure if it is from chemicals in the grass, but his white shoes have an ugly purple cast and no amount of cleaning has helped. The black pair has also discolored and both toe caps have areas where the leather looks to be eaten away. My husband is a very stylish dresser on the golf course, so these shoes are now a problem. He loves how they feel, but is embarrassed that they look so dreadful.

I have worn Ecco Biom hybrids for many years. This is my 3rd pair but first experience with the boom hybrid 2. Played 18 holes 2 days in a row with these shoes straight out of the box and they felt great. I wear my hybrids to and from the course and even around the house. Once they are too worn for golf, I wear them doing yard work. I tried a different brand hybrid last year because of price but came back to the Ecco this year. Don't think I'll ever wear anything else. No slipping and never had wet feet, even in rainy weather. Treat them with mink oil a couple times per year and get several years of useful life. Zappos experience was incredible as always they delivered exceptional customer service!

I was walking around Dick's Sporting Goods with a pair of "Foot Joy" professionals when I happened upon the last one of this "Ecco" style in my size. I tried them on and they were "perfect" in every way. The size range 9-9.5 is what attracted my attention, but the comfort factor was off the charts. I described them to a friend as "like dipping lobster into butter." On the course they are super comfortable and the soft spikes leave barely a mark on the greens. I've played in the rain and with heavy dew, and they are as dry when I'm done as they were when I started. I suffer from "Neuroma" numbness and tingling on both feet and and walking 18 holes is a thing of the past, but these shoes make golfing a pleasure again. Because the sizing is based upon an accurate size rang, I am confident when purchasing them online and have just done so with a pair of oxfords for casual dress. That fit also was perfect. I don't think I'll be buying any other brand of shoe for dress, casual or sport.

Absolutely the most comfortable golf shoes I have ever owned. Lots of room in the toe box...these actually fit the shape of my feet! Will never buy another brand.

Well made leather shoe, very comfortable. I wear size 10 and the 43 fits great. Only complaint is the insole has rubber circles under the ball of the foot and heel which make sliding your foot in difficult since it pulls on your socks.

I'm 36 holes in and am still getting blisters on my heels. I golf in the morning and the wet grass has left a stain around the entire shoe, but my feet did stay dry. I could see these things happening if they were $50. For $200, you shouldn't be getting blisters because there isn't any padding on the lower part of the heel and they shouldn't stain.

These did not work for me at all. I tried them for the first time today and had a blister on my right heel within 4 holes. I realize new shoes often need breaking in ..... but I don't really expect that on athletic type golf shoes and certainly not after just 4 holes.

These shoes look sharp on the course and were wonderfully comfortable from the first time I wore them. They fit perfectly!

Husband loves these shoes! The only negative is the finish doesn't last long and polish doesn't help.

This is my second pair of Ecco golf shoes. I was very happy with the 1st pair, and just as happy with my new ones. If they can only straighten out my golf game!!!

Nirvana! I have extremely high arches and a bone spur in one foot so I need to wear orthodics, so comfortable golf shoes have always been dream vs reality. I finally decided to pay for a good pair of golf shoes and now my only regret is not doing this sooner. I wore these to the course (I never do that) and didn't even think to take them off until two hours after the round. They are just that comfortable! I wore these in the Mexico heat and my feet never felt uncomfortable, and my feet felt better than they EVER have after a long round of golf. I'm an ECCO advocate from here on out.

Bought these for my husband who has been wearing these Ecco Biom shoes for a few years. He finds them comfortable and stylish and can wear them to work, casual outings and the golf course. Nice that they come in several color options!

My owns different color of these shoes. The width is perfect for my wide feet. It is very comfy. Very happy with purchase.

This is my third pair of Ecco golf shoes, and they have never failed to meet my expectations. Wore them fresh out of the box and played 18 holes of golf with no problems or discomfort. I highly recommend ECCO Golf BIOM Hybrid 2 golf shoes.

I recently purchased these Biom 2 hybrids and I have tried them on the golf course and a driving range and I can say without hesitation that these are the best golf shoes that I have ever worn in my 45 years of playing golf. This is my first pair of hybrids and I do not miss the spikes at all. In fact the hybrids allow me to wear the shoes to the course and walk around with the comfort and convenience of a shoe. The comfort, support and flexibility are great and the wider toe area is great for stability and you don't feet that you toes are compressed together. Overall, this is a great shoe. These shoes give me the impression that this company really cares about your feet. I had known that Ecco was a great name in shoes and I will now become a regular customer of this company for golf and other shoes.

I bought these a while back and wanted to get in a few rounds before submitting a review, you know to really see how these shoes compared to all my previous pairs. By far, and simply put, the BEST. Comfortable from the first tee through the 19th hole!

I've been wearing nothing but Ecco shoes for years. Both golf & regular. There just isn't a more comfortable shoe made. I can't tell you how many of my golf friends I've convinced to try them. Now that's all they use. Simply the best right out of the box every time.

No break-in time required; absolutely the best golf shoe I've owned. Quality construction; if you walk the course rather than ride in a cart, stop shopping and buy this shoe.

These are extremely comfortable. Probably the most comfortable golf shoes that I have ever bought. I was a little concerned about how the size would be as I have small and narrow feet, but the fit was perfect (I ordered M width). They provide great traction on the course, too. I am very satisfied.

The shoes fit perfectly right out-of-the-box. I took a chance and wore them to walk 18 holes the same day I received them. They were perfectly comfortable. The insert does not have arch support but arch support is built into the shoe itself. I wear a size 11 and I am always on the line between a 44 and a 45, but I chose 44 for the shoe and it is a perfect fit.

My husband saw these online and did not like them! I ordered anyway because I knew he would like them! I was right. He loves them! They are so comfortable and he cannot wait to hit the course! Everything about these golf shoes are a positive! Especially the look!

These were a gift for my husband for Christmas. They are the second Ecco golf shoes that he has owned and will not wear anything else. He loves the way they feel, they are comfortable and they look good too. Just know that the bottom of the shoe is not spikes, it is nubby that provides good traction, but once they wear down, you cannot replace them, you will have to purchase a new pair of shoes.
