First off the bottom photo of the model is a misrepresentation of the bag. The bag is very slouchy and soft. It is shown stiff and this bag hangs and slouches beautifully. This bag is truly the most amazing Coach bag I have owned in years. It seems like Coach has really stepped up and are going back to their roots. I have the black one and seriously folks, the leather on this bag reminds me of an old, well loved and well worn leather jacket. The hardware is called Burnished Amber, one of Coach's newest variations and it is a wonderful cross between antique brass and gunmetal. The bag is the ideal size for all my essentials, hangs beautifully and Coach finally got the memo to make the cross body straps a tad bit longer so it will hang nicely on normal size girls. I am absolutely obsessed with this bag! Get it...why are you still reading this...buy this bag!

Fabulous bag. I am always carrying way too much and this bag is the perfect size. Soft, well made, not nearly as boxy as the pics show (not boxy at all). Hangs very nicely cross-body, and I am pretty petite. Love it!

Love this bag! It is soft and slouchy and very comfortable on the shoulder. This is a well made Coach bag that will last for years. The strap is adjustable and the bag is easy to get in and out of. I can find everything I need and there is plenty of room. Used a gift card to help defray the cost of this bag but I've had other Coach bags before and they are well worth the money. Also, Zappos customer service is top notch. Thank you!

Love this purse! Handle length is adjustable and rests nicely on the shoulder! It's a larger size bag but holds what you need!

Great purse. Beautiful leather, classic lines. Strap can be attached as shown, or doubled up - both look great!
