This would be a great bag, if It had more inside pockets. One big enough for my smart phone, also a zippered wall pocket. Overall size needs to be larger. I would give this purse 3 star's.

Perfect bag! I was torn between this bag and a Tory Burch bag. The material is great since it's super light. Living in Austin during a summer means lighter is better. Great bag.

I already have this in purple & wanted a more neutral & subdued color. The photos make it appear narrower than it is so I was concerned it wasn't the same purse but it is. It is light-weight and the strap is very solid. My only complaint is there is no inside zip pocket for lipstick, etc, but it is roomy enough for a Kindle & that's more important. An aside: Zappos mistakenly sent an entirely different purse which I am returning. I called & explained the mix-up & received the correct item within 36 hours. And that, my friends, is superior customer service!

Beautifully made bag. looks like it cost much more then the actual cost. I have many of these bags and all the colors are great. They have a size for every need. You do not see them around every where. I get a ton of compliments and people asking where to get the bags. Zappos has all sizes and colors!

Great bag. It is exactly as shown in the video and photo's. I got the purple and the color is even better than on the screen, it is a very deep rich purple. The weight is nice and light, yet the bag is made of quality fabric and has an expensive feel and look. I like the multiple compartments and the zippers are very nice. The reason I could not give it 5 stars was that I wish the strap was less stiff or that it was removable.

I wanted to love this bag, but i just don't. The top middle zipper gets stuck and doesn't unzip easily or smoothly. I am thinking about returning the bag after about 2 uses. I will use it a couple more times and see how I feel. Also, the strap flips around and seems to need adjusting. It's just ok. I had a Tumi bag that I used to death and wish this was it. sigh....
