One boot is perfect the other is like a half size bigger. I could wear two pair of winter socks one foot and one summer sock on the other. Disappointed...

I've been wearing this boot for 7 years and it proved to be a great boot. I'm a welder and they were durable and comfortable as I go thru 2 or 3 pairs a year. However, the last pair I purchased were not so great. Looks like the manufacturing has gone from Vietnam to Bangladesh and they seem to be a half size larger. I wear a 10.5EE and the last pair I bought just flop around on my foot to the point they make my feet hurt. I keep all my old boots and comparing each, it seems that the only difference is country of manufacturing. I'm truly disappointed

Comfortable once you break them in only down side is the durability only 3 weeks in and the steel is showing from the toe

I am on my third pair of these boots, and as an ag equipment mechanic i am hard on boots. That being said all three have lost the orange rubber off the front of the sole within 90 days. They stretch most than most boots and because of that i have gone down a size so they arent so loose once broke in. Probably the most annoying thing with my size 13 feet is that the movement of the u-turn area it eats the heels out of my socks if they are kept pulled up high. All that being said they wear well, the cushion is good, and i will buy another pair.

Boots feel alot more stiff on the top of my feet. Makes it very sore even though I wear the boots every day. Still look great. Miss the colored seams though

Less than 30 days in the field. While clearing some dead brush off the side of the tracks I had a twig puncture completely through the side of a boot.

I bought these new April 2021. As far as comfort they are 5 stars. This is my 3rd ATS sole/insole boot and it can't be matched. As far as durability goes, 2-3 stars. I am a loyal avid Ariat customer and have at home, work, and at home dress Ariats so I decided to get their work brand boot. I was excited to have the ATS insole like my dress boots and after 9 months the insole is wore out and the steel toe has cut the side of the boot on the inside big toe area where it transitions from steel to non-steel on both boots. I work in Construction as an inspector, spending all day on development sites and or asphalt. I often saddle soap and mink oil them to keep them conditioned and waterproof. I see reviews of users on pipelines and welders and that is heavy duty work. I feel as though my work would be medium-heavy duty in comparison so it baffles me that some reviews get years of heavy duty work and yet after 9 months mine are showing this much wear. I would wonder if it's a inconsistency of quality control. I would love to say these are years old but this is just 9 months wear causing a split at the steel toe. Disappointed.

only thing that im disappointed in is that they dont offer toe caps like red wings do. i love the pair i have but when the steel toe starts showing its time for new boots cause they leak.. have had boots bout at year if that, took awhile to break them in but alot better than red wings any day... only other thing is and my other co workers on the rig will say same thing they do leak after awhile. they are comfortable once broke in before they hurt no matter what u do. they are good boots but only last till they start leaking. there aint much u can to fix the leather over the steel toe once it starts coming apart unless u know someone to fix it..... Ariat needs to make caps for square toe boots.... if they did then ud be suprised how long these boots will last for some

I have had these for about 6 months now and although they are comfortable, they don't hold up well to wearing them all the time. I have almost wore the sole out already. I wear them often, yes, but for $200, you would think they would be more durable, especially calling it a work boot.

Just got the boots. Great pair of shoes, very comfortable. My only problem with these boots is that one must have beenmade slightly different to the other. The left boot isEXTREMELY difficult toget on. Once Istruggle with shoe horns etc and get it on it is fine. I can only hope it gives a little and I can get it on easier in the future. I bought these while in Texas on vacation and only tried on the right boot (my mistake) although I did check that they were both the same size etc. I don't have this same issue with other boots I have purchased. Otherwise I would return for an exchange.

Bought these with some help from my girlfriend. At first they were very comfortable. Wore them at work and everywhere else. After two monthsi hadto switchout thefoot bedsandat three months the inside oftheheelwore out and was pretty much gone. The place where i got them switched them out, i actually got a different pair since i no longer need steel toes. Good boot, but id look else where first, Great brand however

I got the boots for christmas. And when I got home on the first day of work the threads at the bottom of the boot wereit starts to go up the shaftstartedtocomeout. SoIpushed the threads backin and hadtoput super glue to hold then in. I have had them for about to 2 1/2 weeks now and have no more problems with them. I do like them a lot and thy don't hurt my feet and mine broke in in about 2 weeks. But to have them for one day and the threads start to come out can put a sour taste in your mouth.

Do NOT wear these boots around any type of moisture. 10 minutes in the rain and your feet are wet all day. The band that rests on top of the foot can be a bit hard to break in, causing the first 4 ish weeks of wearing to be pretty frustrating. The leather tears very easily, especially on the toe. Make sure your socks are either knee high or you're tucking your jeans into your boots because that exposed under-hide finish on the neck will rub you raw on your calves. Soles are pretty comfortable. Love the look of them. Overall not very satisfied with these boots (2nd time Ariat customer).

I got this boot thinking it would be an upgrade from the sierra wide steel toes. It's been uncomfortable since I got it. It hasn't really felt like it's fully broken in like my other ariat work boots I have had in the past. Also the quality isn't good either the decoration stitching came out too after about a month and a half. Also one of the steel toes is noticeably shorter in height so my big toe is just about touching the steel toe constantly on one side as well

Owned several pair of ariat non-steel toe and always love them. Thought I would try a pair of their work boots. These do not have any wiggle room in the toes. It is like the steel is too narrow. Kills the top of my toes to the point of bruising them under my nail

I bought these boots in October 2021 and loved them. They were comfortable and offered great support. However the soles on both started coming off after about 6 months and had completely fallen off by August 2022. I'm a land surveyor that does mainly house layouts, so most of my usage was on dirt, asphalt and concrete- not too terribly rough terrain. I was really disappointed with the sole durability (or lack thereof) because they are extremely comfortable, grip is good, and, aside from the sole, held up great. I'd give 5 stars otherwise

Been wearing these for over a month to work and they still haven't gotten broken in. I have old Justin's and other ariat boots that didn't take this long to break in. At the end of the day my feet are killing me. The leather is also soft almost like suede, so the toes are getting torn up worse than other boots I have had. Wish I had got another pair of Justin's or a different pair of ariats.
