I think I love these shoes. They are the most comfortable dress shoes I've ever worn, at least as comfortable at my Nike running shoes. Stylish, comfortable, with a tread that seems like it will last forever, these may be some of my favorite shoes ever. They also run true to size -- I ordered a 12 and they fit perfectly. Making me a fan of Clarks, no question.

I just received these shoes and I am wearing them after walking several blocks in Manhattan to work. They are fantastic - comfortable and with the solid grip on the ground I am looking for. I tend to look for office-worthy shoes (like wingtips) but that have grip and cushion because of the walking I do in all kinds of weather. These are just what I was looking for. Absolutely perfect.

These have the longest lasting sole I have ever worn on a dress shoe. I wear through soles quick. Don't even mention those crepe soles, they last a few weeks for me. Hard soles last ok, but they're hard so I have been looking for a lug sole. Found these a year ago and I have worn them usually 4 days a week even walking at lunch time and they have quite a bit of life left in them. Very pleased... and yes they're comfortable too. I am not crazy about the wing tip style so if they offered this sole on more shoes I'd be pleased.

A comfortable, sturdy and well-made shoe. Only negative is the fat round laces that came with them. They simply would not stay tied. I immediately replaced them with thinner waxed laces and now all is well.

A rugged and well constructed, stylish shoe. Roomy enough for thick socks. I've had mine for almost a week. The the third day I wore them, they were very comfortable. The first two days softened them up. Please note that the front and back are much darker in color. I didn't notice the front and back are almost black.

Great long lasting Shoe. I ware them in industrial situtations 5 days a week.

These are the most comfortable wing tip shoes you will ever find. Clarks has been making them for the last few years. I would highly recommend them. I have had two in the past and kept coming back. I just started with a new pair from this year. Still as well built as the ones in the past.

Love them! The style & fit are great!

Gorgeous shoes, love the dark accents on toe and heel. Very grippy lug soles, which is an added bonus. This is a dressy casual shoe, so great with jeans and khakis. Very comfortable right out of the box - not too stiff.

They do run big; I wear an 11.5 in just about anything, but sized down to 11 in this. Fit perfectly and, although kind of stiff right out of the box, pretty comfy. I'm sure they'll break in nicely. Well crafted for the money, mine are labeled made in Bangladesh.

Well...so far, so good. I was turned off by the Vibram soles but these things look dressy enough for blazer and dress pants and casual enough for good jeans. I'm walking around Paris with them and they're pretty great looking and comfy. I was in them all day yesterday and did get two small blisters. Resting today. Tomorrow will be another test of these shoes. Lots of walking and standing planned. Hoping for the best.

I have been wearing these shoes for a week and have to say that they are very comfortable. I went to a Clarks to try them on before I purchased them but Clarks does not carry them in their store. I went out on a limb and purchased them from Zappos not know how they would fit or feel. It was not too much of a limb since Zappos has an awesome policy about returning shoes or products. These are now my favorite work shoes. I have worn them every day and they have not failed to impress me. The size and width is correct or what I expect in a shoe. I would and will buy these again one day when I wear them out.

Review Text: These are very very nice shoes, great styling with the mix of wing tip and lug sole! I bought them for my hubby for Christmas and he loves them! He says they are so comfortable right out of the box and that he likes how the sole sticks out a little past the leather of the shoe so that it decreases scuffing. Clarks do not disappoint, they are a high quality shoe!

I bought the dark tan leather Montacute Wing. Most beautiful type of shoes I've ever owned. They are just as pictured. Beautifully crafted and rustic look. They look great with dress casual or jeans. When I first tried them on they felt a little big so I placed some insoles from a pair of Florsheims inside. Wow are they comfortable. Almost as comfortable as sneakers. Also, they are a nice and sturdy weight which is what I wanted. Great shoe and great price.
