Usually wear a size 5 but in these needed a 5 1/2.

The shoe felt very tight, especially across the ball of my foot. The laces could not be loosened enough. Then the toy he of the shoe didn’t close because one side was attached, it couldn’t be centered.

For me, I need a softer shoe with fabric on the sides.

I just want to own a pair of ON’s that are 100% comfortable! I’ve tried these shoes in two different sizes in the Cloudsurfer. I’m a true 8.5. The 8.5 is too small. The 9’s are a little too big in the width. However they also hurt my ankle (both front and back). The tongue is asymmetrical and rubs. Also the heel/ankle area is stiff so that rubs too. I’m now realizing that all the resell of ON’s on secondhand platforms have the heel/ankle area worn in to where there is a hole in both shoes. Is this a thing? I still have Newtons that have over 75 miles on them and they don’t have holes in the heel/ankle area. I’m not sure what kind of engineering the Swiss have but I hope they’re not getting paid the big bucks. I’m returning…again.

The tongue for this shoe is designed to come up asymmetrically into the front of the ankle. I cannot imagine wearing them for any amount of time without discomfort from this feature.

Great shoe. Just a tad too small for me. I usually wear an 8.5 but tip of my toes hit the front of the shoe. Would recommend size up half size. Very lightweight.

Not a good shoe to run in way too heavy!! You will feel the weight straight away and it caused me anterior tibial stress/pain. I typically practice in the nike vaporflys and the show weight difference is wild.

These fit true to size but the tongue is cut weird and at an angle so it stick up and rubs on my ankle. With low cut socks it hits the front of my ankle, on the skin. So this is why I am returning them.

Had to try several sizes before I got the right fit. I normally wear a 7.5 but in this particular shoe, needed an 8.5, don't know why but it ran very short.

Felt smaller than all the others I tired even though I got them all in the same size. Felt tight Nice shoe though

The tongue on this shoe is part of the side wall. It is very firm and irritated the top part of my ankle. I really like the looks of the shoe but they weren’t comfortable.

I love the color but not liking the tongue. One side is attached and dug into my ankle. I wear a 9 in most athletic sneakers and these wear tight with light socks my toes pinched at the edge. I will return and try another style from this brand but will try 9.5

Usually, I fit a size 10.0 and often, a 10.5 is better, but I might buy a 10.0, because it fits well enough and looks better. I'm surprised that this size 10.0 is clearly too short! Cute style, but clunkier than it looked in the online picture - as if it's a basketball shoe. This shoe also has distinctly raised areas on the soles that are clearly in the wrong places for my feet. This is quite unusual for me. I'm returning them.

This is my favorite shoe from On. I believe I have 5 pairs! I buy them every 6 months because I put so many running and walking miles on my shoes. Although these shoes look great, they are quite a bit shorter than the last version of Cloudsurfers. I had to return them. My size wasn’t available so I had to order direct from On. The new size arrived today. The size is good! I can’t speak to the comfort yet as I haven’t worn them in a walk or run yet but I am able to say these shoes run at least a half size smaller than the previous Cloudsurfers.

I wanted to like this shoes, even exchanged them for 1/2 size larger but my arch is so high I could not get my foot in because of the "no give" built in tongue. I will try another style of ON but it will be a shoe that has the old fashion, movable tongue.

I have a wide foot and high arch. The width was good. The problem was it was to tight for my arch, getting my foot in and out as well as to tight across the top of my foot.

for me these ran small, but I do have a wide foot.

Way too narrow and tight, so cute though. My other on clouds fit great! Maybe order up a 1/2 size.

Cute shoe but there is no support. I would need an insert to even consider keeping. I needed them for work shoes but they won't make it for the long hours on my feet.

These run a half size small as I've found all On shoes do. I love the color and the look, but the way the tongue is constructed asymetrical made it dig into my upper foot/ ankle strangely. I wanted to like these but I'm returning.

It was too narrow in the middle, not at the toes. Also, I don't care for the long tongue that gently stabs my ankle if I don't cover it with socks.

Shoe looked nice but was too narrow. I am usually a 6.5M but this was tight at the front and sides of the shoe.

I love ON shoes, and I bought these to replace a pair in my active rotation. This is the first time I purchased this style, and after a handful of runs, I can confirm that something doesn’t work for me. They make my toes go numb (I ordered 1/2 size up, as usual, they are not too tight), but my other pairs do not. I think it is how the sole forces me to land. I felt myself trying to land differently (and awkwardly) to get feeling back in my toes. They look great, fit well, but I will not be running again in these. ?

I loved the shoe....but the sole only lasted about 3 months before the rubber wore away (making a horizontal break in the hollow cushioning of the sole). I'm 110lb female who walks a few (3-4) times a week...thought they'd wear better & longer.
