Love the style, but toe box is too narrow

Wanted to love these. I have had two other On Cloud pairs, which fit beautifully and were outstanding for running. These, although they fit well and had a nice springy feel to them, had the unfortunate defect of the tongue being rough and rubbing my leg. Also, color choice is quite plain and boring, especially for this price range. It actually makes them look cheap when they are anything but. Not that garish neon would be desirable - just something a little more appealing and stylish-looking would be nice. That, and fixing the tongue issue, would make these an excellent pair of running shoes.

If you are a narrow width, these sneakers are for you. I usually wear an 11 or 11.5 narrow depending upon the brand. When I put the 11 B's on they were nice and snug in the midfoot and heel. I did not keep them because I need cushioning under my toes in the shoe. These don't really have any other than the very cushioned sole.

These shoes are ok. I narrowed my search down using a natural performance shoe support type. Unfortunately, these are not for a natural gait. There is a very high arch support. So much so I had to replace the insole with a flat one, and there is still high arch support. This shoe is good as a strictly running shoe, but I wanted to use it as an all around workout shoe. Unfortunately, due to the high arch support, it does not work well for lifting. It is very light weight and definitely a good looking and comfortable shoe. Unfortunately though it does not work well for me.

I have two Cloudsurfers which are great, but they CHANGED THE STYLE on this one and I don't like it. The tongue of the is part of the shoe, you need a shoehorn to get it on. The toe is too narrow and the shoe hurts my feel. I wished I had sent it back but I have worn it several times so probable will give it to the thrift store.

The design of the tongue is flawed. It rides too high and wore a raw spot where the instep of my foot meets my lower leg. It's a shame, because I liked everything else about the shoe.

These are extremely tight across the entire top on the foot. I’ve been using the same shoe brand for about two years now and this is the first time I’ve had an issue with these shoes. This is a complete disappointment in the brand for such pricey shoes.

These are not neutral. My hips started hurting after 30 minutes. What started out feeling comfy with spring quickly became an overall issue. They may say neutral, but they're definitely not. I returned them.

Sizing on this shoe line seems way off...over a full size too small & very tight. Not even close to size I wear in all different types of shoes. After two tries in two different styles of this brand, I’m out.

I went up a half size but I usually do in running shoes. They fit like a glove and I have a narrow heel and a duck shape front foot, wider. I bought medium width.

Amazingly comfortable from the first time I put them on. I have a fused ankle and need to make sure I have good support for walking and these shoes definitely provide that!

The fit and feel are exactly what I was hoping for. A little disappointed I didn’t receive the extra strings to change out as an option but none the less still an awesome fit.

Such a comfortable shoe!!! They put my feet at ease, and look forward to actually wearing shoes!

These shoes are very comfortable and I love that they don't look super wide like some running shoes can.

Had a hard time finding a running shoe that felt soft on sole. This shoe has support in places I haven't felt before. So thinking that's what I need for better running performance. Time will tell.

Wow!! Although the width feels a little narrow these shoes are super comfortable. It really feels like you are walking on air!!! I can’t wait to see how they do on a long walk!

I wore my normal size unlike the x , where I had to go up half a size. Love these shoes!

Wide toe box but normal mid and back foot FINALLY!!!! Weightless and wide toe box works for those with Morton’s neuroma, inflamed nerve between toes that makes it miserable to walk miles. These are comfortable, don’t rub heel and out of the box I walked 4 miles no issues. Done with foot pads, these arw great alone. Want another pair! Excellent investment I read about on the review site The Strategist. Another great recommendation.

These would fit a normal foot fine, I need a wide toe box and these were a bit narrow for me, si I returned them. If you have normal width feet these well feel great. Light with good support.

This is my second pair of Ons. Great style and comfort. Love the coral and navy I have now. I always get compliments. I think On needs to offer true wide sneakers for us bunion-challenged runners. Actually I’ve had two bunionectomies but I still like my shoes wider. I can run in these though and wear all day without pain so they’re not as narrow as say regular NB or Nike. Recommend!

Such a comfortable shoe! After years of working retail and then over a decade of being a teacher, my feet give me big problems. This brand was recommended to me by a woman I workout with who has flat feet like me. I love these shoes. I have done long hikes in them. I have worked in my class in them. My feet never hurt after a day of wearing them. Do your feet a favor—buy the shoes!

This shoe model Cloud Surfer has been the best running one for me, either for short or long runs. The color is not their best one but overall satisfaction is the best!

I was looking for a comfortable sneaker for gym and power walks. These are very comfortable. I had to return them for. Half a size up. I wish they came in a better selection of colors. I don’t love the peach but that’s all that was in my size.
