I am a beginner to yoga and found myself constantly slipping around due to sweaty palms and feet. My yoga instructor suggested this mat and it's been a night and day difference! I love this mat!

I bought this product because although I always practice on my trusty Manduka Pro, I wanted something a bit lighter for travel, festivals, and outdoor practice. This mat is EXACTLY what I was looking for! First off, I feel good about the materials and company I am supporting with this mat. It is also nice not to have to sacrifice quality because of the eco-friendly materials/construction. This is a tough mat that can handle anywhere my practice takes me. That being said, it's also beautiful! Overall, I was HIGHLY recommend this mat!

Bought this as needed a new mat. My old mats over time (1 year plus) started loosing there original grip/non-slippness. My old mat was a Liforme and a Lululemon. Manduka is perfect and I love it.

I bought my Manduka Eko Lite Yoga Mat about a month ago, and I love it. It is the right thickness for me, and it isn't slippery like my old mat was. I also love the midnight blue color that I chose. All in all, I'm very pleased. I will be using this mat for many years.

I've been looking for a map that would work for hot yoga with the slipping and grip. This may is perfect for that and it's very easy to clean.

The Eko Lite Yoga Matt has great coloring. Has padding for support, but the most important for me is that I am not sliding. Great grip! For me I am now focused on my poses and less on falling! My yoga instructor Amber recommended your brand and had let me borrow her Manduka Matt. The only con is it has a rubber smell that is very strong to me. I have asked other people in my class if they smell my Matt and they have not smelled my Matt. I am hoping with time it will disappear.

The mat is Super light and "fluffy". At the Studio where I go to, I think they are using the PRO edition, but I like the Eko better. It doesn't slip at all. I bought the eko Super light one too, for when I travel. It fits in the carry-on luggage and it's perfect on any surface. Extra points for the company and their efforts on sustainability.

The marbled blue and grey make my mat unique and I look forward to seeing that design every time I roll out my mat < 3

So lite and easy to pack and take on travels anywhere! Love the feel and grip of the mat, new favorite travel item that I won't leave without!

Best mat I have ever used, you don't know what you are missing out on until you try it.

I bought my yoga mat after using a blanket for months, and I have to say that is such a lovely mat. It's perfect for vinyasa flow, core exercise, and soft yoga:) I love it so very much!!!

I finally broke down and bought a new yoga mat, Eko Lite 4mm, even though I adored my elephant-adorned old faithful. I read an article about the PVCs in yoga mats, and while I am hardly an environmental crusader, common sense says that having PVCs in my face every time I do yoga (vinyasa flow) might not be the best idea. So I figured that was my cue to purchase a new mat. I was skeptical of this mat: the price was high and I have a serious shoulder injury. Well, color me amazed!! This mat transformed my practice. I no longer have to grip the mat for dear life because it gets so sweaty and slippery. It is substantial, yet I can feel the floor, and I am much more grounded. It has literally made my practice almost pain free. Thank you, Manduka!!

So far I have enjoyed my EKO Lite Yoga Mat. For me, the most important aspect is that it grips just like my original EKO mat. The Lite is, in fact, lighter and easier to carry around a/or travel with. The only critique I have with the mat being lighter is it does have a tendency to wrinkle while I practice. However, this is not a deal-breaker and I would buy the EKO Lite again.

I really LOVE my new mat! I especially love the DESIGN - SO pretty! It makes me smile every time I unroll it for yoga class.

The only regret I have is that I waited so long to get a Manduka mat. I had heard from many yoga teachers (including the beloved Yoga With Adriene) that Manduka mats are worth the price. And wow, they were not kidding! My feet do not slip and I love the material. I am SO IN LOVE!!! The color is kick-butt too.

Love the look of this mat, but love the FEEL even more! It is instantly grippy and does not require any "breaking in". I've had it for about a month so far and it is still holding up really great. I go to hot yoga and this mat works SO DANG GOOD. If you're considering it and value look, feel, and grippiness (even when you're hot and sweaty!) this is the mat for you.

I started practicing a few months ago and finally bought a quality mat that I don't slide on! Great grip and beautiful (thrive marble). Did have an odor when originally unpackaged but smell dissipated within hours.

I bought this mat in December for my cousin as a Christmas gift. When it arrived in the mail I was so jealous at the color and quality! I have a manduka super lite which is perfect for biking, however I think I'm going to upgrade! I've been waiting for a promo code in my inbox (; Oh, and my cousin loves it!

Great for my vinyasa practice! Provides comfort to my back, hips and wrists. I've read many reviews that stated this mat doesn't prevent slipping and it doesn't BUT it reduced it drastically for me. Plus, if you're slipping, that should be a reminder to engage your core because you're dropping out of it. This mat definitely improved my joint comfort l whichever has improved my practice over all.

It's perfect for hot yoga paired with the equa towel! I just wish it had a warranty like the pro line! But I still dont regret my purchase at all!
