Shoes are consistent with Cole Haan. Classy, simple, elegant lines. Zappos, as always, is great with prompt one day delivery and an easy return policy.

The perfect nude shoe... so perfect in fact that I think I will have to get another pair. The fit was ideal. The toe box was beautifully shaped, not too square, not too pointy. Color was great and leather looked fantastic. Dare I say it -- superb.

Perfect for business attire. The slightly rounded toe is conservative enough for the office, but not unstylish. The heel is high enough to make you feel assertive and in control, but you don't feel like you're walking around on your tip-toes. Wide enough through the toes and supportive enough in the arch to wear all day.

These are beautiful shoes. Excellent qualify and a beautiful finish. Slightly rounded toe doesn't squish my toes. Comfortable heal height that is great for work and evening. A great all around black pump. Excellent shoe closet staple.

First time ever ordering from Zappos. Everything went perfectly. Shoes are just as expected; soft leather, beautiful heel and arrived timely.

Loved the color and heel height of this shoe. Perfectly classic! It was smaller than my other Cole Haan shoes and I had to order a half size larger. I am normally a size 7.

I didn't find this shoe to be very comfortable although it does look stylish. It pinched my pinky toes and I couldn't imagine wearing it all day and I have normal width feet. For the higher price tag and comfort alone, these are going back.

I am always an 8½ but I had to go down to a 7½ in these shoes so they did not fall off of my feet. The full size smaller did fit when I tried them on at the store.

Beautiful shoes but too tight. It's odd because I have a pair of peep toe Cole Haans and they run large in an 8. These were tight in toe box. Returned.
