I read some reviews on another site that Heelys run small. I was 2 weeks to Christmas and I feared that my daughter would get her gift from Santa and they would have been too small. I had ordered them in her size from another site. It had taken a long time to get them. Luckily I found the next size up on Zappos site. I ordered them about 2 weeks before Christmas and got them in time. Thank you Zappos for saving the day. As for Heelys, order a size bigger. Otherwise, it's a good shoe and works as they say. Watch YouTube to help your child learn to use them.

Bought two pair for granddaughters ages 5 and 7. These could not be better fun and attention getters for especially the 7 year old. We took her to a large event and she got so many cute remarks and comments! Great for a place where lots of walking is required. I told her I wanted a pair but she said I would need to be willing to fall a few times before I got the hang of it, and at 65 I can't afford that! Pre teen is perfect age for these and you will love them! Good support too.

My daughter is a 1 in most shoes, including another pair of Heelys, but we had to size up to a 2 in these. But they are so cute and she loves them!

Surprised my daughter with these. Look cute and colorful and she's getting complements from her classmates. She said they were hard to run in, but I figured they just needed breaking in.

I got them for my Grand daughters eighth birthday. She said the felt good and wear just right!

Great shoes, my little one is 5 year old and she loved the color and those double wheels. For me it's seems to be easy for her, the shoes seems to be really confortable. Let see next steps, hopefully she will get it soon. We're really excited.

I bought these for my 8 year old daughter. She absolutely loves them!!!! It took her a couple of days to learn how to use them and I made sure she wrote protective gear. One she got the hang of it, she won't take them off! She also loved that the wheels are 2 different colors. Would definitely buy again!

These are totally cute and my daughter loves them! I would definitely go up TWO sizes. My daughter is a size 1 and based on the reviews, I sized up to a 3 and they fit just right.

The Heely roller shoes are awesome! This is my daughter's second pair and they stand up to wear and tear. My daughter is 8 years old and normally wears a Size 3 but the Heely's run small. I'd recommend sizing up. I bought her a Size 5 so she has a bit of room to wear them for while. It's also easy to remove the wheels and wear as regular shoes.

I bought size 13 but didn't fit my daughter. She's size 13 in regular shoes. I'm buying size 1 big kid.

Purchased this in 07/17 and within a month the rubbers on the wheel came apart from the plastic wheels. Zappos replaced them immediately with no issue. The replacement held up for 3 months (2 hours a week, all indoors activity) and the same thing happened started to happen and now, 5 months after the purchased, the rubbers are off the plastic wheel completely. The very first pair we bought 3-4 years ago, didn't do this. My kid was able to wear for 2 years before it got too small for her (it's now being worn by another child, with no issues), not because the wheels were defective. I've contacted Zappos and the representative thinks that a child's shoes should last 2-3 months. I don't believe this to be true for a shoe where the wheels that come apart after only few months. I guess I need to find a different brand (only Heelys make these with two wheels at the heel). Be aware - according to Zappoes, the Heelys you purchase could only last 2-3 months!
