The look of these shoes is much sharper in the photograph. The texture of the wool looks nicer from a distance (up close it rather seems like fuzzy slippers) but the silhouette is what differs most dramatically. The shoes in the photograph have a curve to the toe that points up and the slope of the laces is much lower in reality too. The bottom of this shoe is pretty flat, and the yellow Vibrams logo in the photo isn't present either. Did they rebrand the sole or did I get a cheaper sole? Overall these shoes are insanely comfortable for an oxford, but they don't have the sharpness I expected. I will keep them, but I'll probably save them for cold days when the warmth is needed. Also the width and heel are a great fit but the toe is very long.

The coziest shoe ever. The picture makes the toe appear turned up a bit but it's not made that way. I was concerned the shoe might be a bit masculine, but it's actually very cute. I bought some adorable shoe laces to give them even more personality.

Bought my regular size and there is plenty of room for my custom orthotics and thick wool socks. They will be great for spring and fall when it's still cold outside, but no more snow!

My new favorite shoe for every day. As soon as I got them I put them on and wore them all day. So comfortable. I purchased my usual size. 9.5, and it is perfect. Received compliments from guys and gals alike. The soles have some traction, which is good for WI winters, but look like all dress from the top.

Oh my gosh, I love these shoes! They're so cute and go with all my menswear style outfits. But more importantly they are comfortable and WARM! I never thought about how warm a wool shoe would be. And the sole is great for walking. I live in NYC and regularly walk at least a mile every day. These were comfortable from day one -- without any "breaking in." And for me they felt true to size. I am usually a 7 1/2 or 8 so I ordered a 7 1/2 and they fit perfectly.

These shoes are comfortable and are a smart men's wear look with a feminine touch. Not clunky looking or too masculine. Good for wearing to office or with jeans. Haven't worn them in cold weather as yet, but suspect they will be warm with heavier socks. I found them true to size. I. Normally wear a 9, but ordered an 81/2 after reading the other reviews. I had to return as they were too small. The 9 fit well.

I love this shoe. Someone else had written that they're warm and it's true. I love the style of the rugged vibram tread and leather behind the heel. They do run big so try a half size down from your normal fit. I usually wear a 10 and the 9.5 fits great. I also love the wool. A nice change from leather. If you have arch issues, the insert comes out so you can add your own supportive insert. I need support but these haven't bothered me yet (haven't worn much or for long periods yet). But I can add my insert if need be.

I really like these shoes. They keep my feet warm, which is good in the winter, but it will probably mean that I won't be able to wear them once warmer weather comes. They're cute, and I have received a lot of compliments on them.

Really like these shoes. I'm normally a 7.5-8 so I ordered an 8, but they're about an inch bigger on me than any 8 I've had before so they do run a bit big. Currently returning them for a 7.5 in the hopes those'll fit better because they're really good shoes. Highly recommend, just order a bit smaller than you'd expect.

I love these shoes - they look as great in person as they do in the picture. I'm usually an 8 sometimes an 8.5, and the 8 fit well with thick socks. I haven't tested the waterproofing yet, but I'm very happy with the purchase.

Perfect for a Bay Area winter, I think, assuming they are as water-resistant as they claim. They look pretty much exactly like they do in the photo. A little pop of color in a smart grey shoe. Size-wise, I am an 8 with a slightly wide forefoot/narrow heel, and I ordered an 8, and they fit fairly well. Slightly tight in forefoot, slightly loose in heel, but not deal breakers. I usually wear ballet flats (not so good with rain) with almost no structure, so I have an odd perspective on normal shoes these days.

Nice looking shoes, very comfortable. My usual size is 8.5 and I ended up getting a 7.5. The width is fine (I have wide feet), but the length from toe to heel is long. Even with the full size smaller, my toes have more than enough room. Wish they were a bit shorter from toe to heel, but I'm glad I got the shoes.

Cute shoes. I ordered a half size down, because I think the wool will stretch out over time. Usually order a 9 for the width, but the 8.5 was wide enough. Not a lot of arch support, but I'm not on my feet a lot for work so these will be okay. The insole is removable, so I may buy an insert with more support.

Returning the 6.5 for 6 and hoping that it's small enough. Almost a full size too big-just under, more like 3/4 size. What's weird is that of all the oxfords I've tried in my regular size they are *all* too big. It's like the manufacturers decided that women wearing oxfords must have bigger feet. All that aside these are very stylish, esp. if you're going for that Japanese boy look. The wool is soft and looks like they won't chafe.

Too bad the heels are killers - the insides of the heels are extremely rigid - they hurt just to walk around in. The wool seemed like such a comfy idea for a shoe but they have to go back. I'm usually a 9.5 - 10m; the 9 fit perfectly otherwise, and was nice and narrow. Sorry they are not for me.
