I was looking to find comfortable (and cute) shoes for my upcoming trip to Italy. After trying several pair, I settled on these. I've worn them once all day around town and love them. I have bunions and bad feet issues. Tennis shoes seem to be the only thing that work on my feet. I wear a 9 so the 39's were a little small and I thought the 40's would be too big but they were just fine. I love the sort of retro look these shoes have and I forgot I had them on. My ankles and legs felt great by the end of the day. I know these will work well for my trip. Thanks Zappos for your easy shopping and returns!

These are the best casual walking shoes ever!! I have a Morton's Neuroma and for years I have been searching for shoes to wear when I'm traveling and just around town that were cute but didn't make my foot go numb. Seems all I ever found were shoes that looked like old lady shoes or they were tennis shoes (not what I wanted). These are just perfect -- they're cute and not only that, they are so comfortable right from the start. I liked them so much I immediately ordered a second pair in another color. Cute, cute, cute.

I stand on my feet for a 6 hour shift and have had lots of pain. After wearing these shoes for 2 weeks, there was a noticeable difference...much less pain. I would highly recommend these shoes and intend on buying more!

First of all, I was fitted at a shoe store for these. I fell in love with the spruce but as they only had the black in my size, I purchased them. I wore them for probably ten miles of walking before taking them to Europe. I had three pairs of shoes with me and these are the ones I would forget I was wearing. After walking 10-12 hours my feet felt wonderful - and I am carrying extra pounds on my body! I have a narrow heel and medium width foot, so used the runners lace-up. The most amazing test was the 10-hour flight home: these can be laced loosely and I never even bothered to slip them off on the plane. I do agree with the reviewer who said they don't have as much arch-support as the clogs. I have a very low arch, so it is fine with my feet.

Super cute and just what I was looking for. Very comfortable, BUT (!) the sole is made of some weird hard plastic-y material making them very slippery! I love them, but they have to go back as I'm afraid I'll slip and fall if I'm not on pavement!

These are cute shoes for walking/hiking. They come with two shoelaces; one gray and one purple. I always wear 38 in Dansko and Sanita, so ordered 38. I left their liner in, and added my orthodic, and they are still large. I walk right out of them! Dansko, made overseas now, has a problem with sizing. The biggest problem for me, and the reason I am not reordering in a smaller size is the poor arch support. I need solid, excellent arch support and these don't have it. Sorry I have to return these shoes.

I usually wear a 9N. Ordered a 39, but need a 40. I wouldn't say it runs short, just that Dansko is a new brand for me and I had to figure out how its European sizing works. I ordered it in brown with burgundy trim and like the color, its wide heel base which offers stability and its good arch support.

I bought these to travel in Germany and compared them with Clark wave walk. These were wider and more comfortable and arch supportive for my wide feet with the bunions. Best of all, very attractive and comfortable. My feet feel very stable and supported. They are the same size I wear in Dansko clogs.

I loved these shoes the moment that I tried it on! This is the most comfortable pair that I have ever tired! And they are cute, too! I have flat feet and the support is very comfortable. I truly love it! It is as if this pair was custom made for me. I am a size 36 for both Dansko and Sanita and these just fit perfectly. I am getting another pair now!

I originally purchased the red, loved it so much I purchased a second pair in gray/black. Great casual shoe, bit roomy, but I tried the next size down and it was too small. I recommend that you stick to your standard Dansko size.

I tried these on and immediately yelled out "These are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn!" After two podiatrist visits in my early 40s, I figured that it was time to start taking care of my feet. These shoes feel wonderful for my plantar fasciitis and are not too clunky. They are great for walking, running around town, or chasing after the kids. My normal Dansko 38 fit fine.

These were perfect right out of the box. I was looking for wider firm shoes that can handle a lot of walking and my orthotics. These are the perfect shoes.

I love love love these shoes. I have terrible feet and many problems with shoes. I find these comfy and stylish for rugged wear with jeans. Warm and waterproof. There is just one tiny thing about the skid proof soles... near where we live is a funky plastic decking walkway in the park. I find it is slippery! but have never seen this odd decking anywhere else so am not worried.

The arch support felt a little too extreme when I first put these shoes on. But after a day of breaking in, it felt great. I wore these shoes all around the French Quarter in New Orleans, including a day of soaking rain - though not entirely waterproof they kept my feet pretty cozy and the shoes dried out overnight. A good, supportive, all weather walking shoe. I almost always wear a 38 in Danskos and the 38 was just right with these.

Love these! Look good, feel great. Full arch support, nice wide toe box. Wore them right out of the box, no breaking in needed. Only (non) issue, I feel the tongue could be a bit longer.

The shoes are just this side of chunky, but as soon as I put them on, I didn't care. They are comfortable, great color (a little darker gray than I thought, but in a good way), perfect arch support for me, and a wider toe bed, which is great for long days on my feet. I bought the 40 for my size 9 feet.

I found these extremely comfortable. My orthotic fits perfectly. The leather is just right, not too soft or hard. Perfect walking shoe.

I love these shoes. They are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever worn. The arch support is excellent. I wear a 9 1/2 and was concerned that size 40 would be too large, but they fit perfectly. I like the fact that they come with an alternate pair of shoelaces, which would add more color if I wanted.

Dansko has replaced my shoe of choice for comfort. I wear a size 12. I have narrow feet, bunions, flat feet, plantar fasciitis, you name it. The arch support is so good on these shoes that I do not wear my prescription orthotics with them. These shoes have required very little breaking in. The laces give the shoe adjustability as far as width. The toe box is nice and roomy. I have them in brown with red trim. The colors are nice--muted with a touch of colorful accent.

Terrific shoe for anyone with wide feet or needs a little extra room through the toes. Shoes lace up to the toe area, making it possible to adjust to your specific needs. Very attractive style. So happy that I can walk my active dogs without pain while wearing these shoes. Can't say enough good about them. Excellent arch support, too!

Absolutely love these! Perfect fit (I am a size 7, ordered 37). I need cushy foot bed AND arch support - these have both. Wore them 10 hours the first day without any breaking in needed. I am ordering another color today!

The Dansko Sabrina is very comfortable right out of the box. And they are cute and flattering to a bigger foot with the way the lacing starts closer to the toes. I got the black with the little bit of purple piping and they look great with jeans or yoga type pants. I wear a 10-10.5 and got the 41 for a perfect fit.
