I love these shoes, and when I can afford to do it, I'll order at least one more pair (in black, I think). I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, and the disease has recently affected my feet. A podiatrist recommended custom-made orthotics, which I thought meant good-bye to fun shoes because I have to buy shoes that have roundish toes and removable footbeds. The thoughts of clodhoppers plagued me before I really started looking for the right kind of shoes. When I saw these, I was so hopeful that they would fit and they did! I teach at a university, and several students and faculty members commented on how cute the shoes are. I recommended the style to another faculty member with similar foot issues. I'll come back to Dansko again and again to find good quality, stylish shoes that won't hurt my feet. Why don't more brands have removable footbeds? Thank you, Dansko!

These shoes are awesome! They look much better and less clunky in person. The ankle strap is quite supple and comfortable, and I literally walked for miles and miles in them while on vacation in Europe. They are versatile, too - they go with skirts, pants, dress up or down. I highly recommend them!

These shoes are comfortable and cute. I was concerned about the ankle strap but it was not irritating. I received a comment on the shoes that they were kid-like. But by the end of the day the person wanted to know where I got them bc they looked so comfortable and these shoes are. I proudly said Zappos!

Comfortable! Cute! I could actually walk all over NYC in them! I have them in red too! Right out of the box I knew that these were going to be a winner! Cute with skinny jeans, adorable with skirts - just a fun new Dansko style!

I was looking for a stylish shoe to wear around Paris and London for walking all day. I took a chance on these and so glad I did! Very comfortable the the strap adds support to the ankles. I also work retail and always wear these shoes, even over my running shoes!

Great, but I had to size up one size. I wear 36 in every other dansko shoe, including sandals and clogs, but not this one. Other than getting a larger size, they're great.

Really amazing! My sister had them because she has planters facituous and said they were great, and they are. I am a solid size 10 so I had a hard time because I didn't want 9.5 or 11. I ended up getting the 41 because I figured better a little big than small. They are a tiny bit big but extremely comfortable.

After reading previous reviews I decided to try these out. I needed a dressier shoe for my arthritic feet. I am only 4 months out from big toe joint replacement and I wore these shoes without discomfort. What a nice surprise. Pricey but worth it to me.

Love these shoes. Beautiful color, and lots of compliments. I bought a size bigger than normal and they fit perfect. Can wear a trouser sock under them or sheer knee hi's.I always wear the Dansko open back clogs but take a smaller size in those. It is about time that Dansko finally made sexy shoes for us sexy women who have problem feet! I also bought them in black suede. And the customer service at Zappos is the best ever!

I'm a size 9, high arch, high instep, wide forefoot. I tried the 39 (too narrow through the forefoot and the edge where the toe opens on top hit my big toe in a place that wasn't comfy), and tried the 40 (almost wide enough through the forefoot, but too long).

Very cute and comfortable. They look wonderful with skirts, cropped jeans, with tights or bare legs. I can wear these year round in Michigan.

I simply LOVE these shoes. Bought them in 'khaki' and have to say the color is much nicer than the pictures led on. It has a nice grey-ish, almost olive tone to it that I find much more attractive than just 'khaki'. The in-sole is so comfortable, it's like walking on clouds. The more rounded toe area gives enough room without looking clunky; not even my one bunion bothered me. I wore them right out of the box for an entire day at work, with no problems at all. The style is super cute and can be dressed up or down as needed. Already received plenty compliments and think I may have to get them in black as well. Too bad the red isn't available anymore.

I bought these shoes for my daughter because she stands all day and needed comfortable shoes for work. These are comfortable and very cute. She loves them!!! They fit true to size.

Amazingly comfortable. I love the softer insole as compared to my Dansko clogs without sacrificing arch support. Ankle strap is not constricting and is comfortable with lots of walking.

I have had a double bunionectomy and suffer from plantar fasciitis- I am a nurse and I wanted a dress shoe that I could wear comfortably all day long! These are awesome- I had to wear them in a little- but that's because my right foot is not quite right after surgery- they are so wonderful- def a must try- oh and I'm 26- these are not 'grandma' shoes! They are sexy!

Love these! Feel slightly smaller than my other Danskos, but not quite worth sending back for another size. Stylish and comfortable, looks great with tights or just bare feet.

These are extremely cute and beyond impressive for overall foot support--I mean beyond impressive--I have had to run for a few buses wearing these and didn't trip, stumble, nothing! My feet are so comfortable in these. The only drawback is for some reason, they squeak when I walk in them, but that's a small cost for when they're so cute and sturdy.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have, and I have a lot of shoes! 'Bought Lulu in black last year and now ordered an identical pair in taupe. I find them much more comfortable than my Dansko clogs, and I get many compliments on the Lulus because they are so stylish with the ankle strap that I find very comfortable and helpful in keeping the shoes on due to my narrow ankle. I highly recommend Lulus to others!

Dansko has never been one of my favorite brands. I always like the styles, but for some reason I can never seem to find the right size - ie. there IS no right size for my foot (I usually have the same problem with Naot). But sometimes I like the style so much that I take a chance, and it paid off with the Lulu. I love this shoe! It looks great with skirts or pants of any length. The sole, which can sometimes look so clunky, just doesn't here. The leather is supple, and the ankle strap is perfectly placed and designed (it's easily adjusted and doesn't tug, as I thought it might).

If I could these 6 stars I would. Great style, crazy comfortable. Probably the most comfy shoes I have ever owned. Bought the black, thinking of buying other colors too.

I had been on a mission to find comfortable and attractive shoes. I had ordered two pairs a week ago and neither worked. This time I ordered these Dansko ones and a pair of similar looking Clark's. Both were wonderful! I was about to send these back simply because the Clark's were half the price. But a good friend was over, she spotted them and loved them. So now we both have new attractive and comfortable shoes! Thanks Zappos. By the way I would argue that these are size 8 or 8 1/2 not nine!

Ran a little small so I had to go up a size. Was able to wear them all day long without having to break them in. Love them!

I bought these Danskos (my third pair--love the brand!) for work. They are cute with tights in a contrasting color, which sets off the ankle strap. They are a bit wider than I'd prefer, but the ankle strap keeps them on my foot. They are super comfortable, as are my other two pairs of Danskos.

Great shoe! Very comfortable and stylish. I bought the same size as what I usually buy when I get their clogs.

Everyone stops me to ask where I got these shoes because they are so cute. When I tell them they are Danskos they can't believe it. These shoes are soft, supportive, perfect for walking around the streets of New York in the fall. They look great with trousers and with skirts, perfect for people who are on their feet most of the day. Get them while you still can!
