I love these boots; they are comfortable despite the heel height of 3 inches because of the support. They are very elegant and feminine with the brown leather detail up the side making them a little different from the rest. I love them so much I bought them in chestnut as well.

Zappos does it again. Quick delivery. What a great boot. I wear an 8.5 so I ordered a 9 for sock room and boot felt snug but not uncomfortable so I'm listing it as 1/2 size smaller. Love the style. The heel height and the stability. The insole is sheep wool so uber comfortable. The seat seems to cradle my heel. So comfortable, I didn't want to take it off! This is a perfect boot. Made for walking with lots of support from the stalked heel. Stunning leather and a very high end, professional look. Ladies, this boot is a must have! My favorite of the season.

This boot runs a full size smaller. I generally wear size 7 in Ugg. In this one, I'd probably need an 8. This season, I was on a mission to find another care of comfortable Uggs, but no luck this year. Zappos is the very best for service and speedy delivery of products!

Gorgeous boots! The do fit narrow through the shaft on the calf, but this is exactly what I needed. There are many wide calf boot options out there, but not many for thin calves. The heel height is perfect, with a chunky, stable heel. Not too low; not too high. There is wool/fur at the toe/ball of foot section for extra warmth. I am a true size 8, but I need a size 8.5. So I would say they most definitely run 1/2 size small. As always, Zappos' customer service is second to none!

Love these boots. My last purchase was Frye, and they are still not "worn in" (comfortable). These were comfortable right away, I am a 6.5 and they are true to size. The heel gives the boot a classy look and I get compliments every time I where them. My girlfriend looked everywhere at Macys to see if she could find a cheaper match, but nothing compared to the extra detail stitching and the "rich" look and feel these ones have. I purchased the chestnut. I am 5'4 and they touch the bottom of my knees. Only thing to watch out for: Beware if you have a wide calf. They will not fit! Thanks for the great service Zappos.

Fantastic boot! Super stylish, goes with everything, from jeans to black dress. Runs slightly narrow, but, still normal size--just no thick socks, which you don't need because of the cozy lining.

Tried these on and cannot live without them in black! Have to say the construction is impeccable, the detailing exquisite and well worth the price. You will not be disappointed. Was going to purchase another pair of Penny1 by Sam Edelman because they are butter soft leather with no break in but these were very hard to resist. May be my go to boot for the upcoming cooler months.

Perfection! Let me just say theses are the best boots I have ever purchased. They are a perfect fit and no slide in the back, which I get from many boots (Frye). They are so well made it is shocking! The footbed is padded and there is wool cushion at the toe, fully lined leather and no break in needed. I know they will wear better with time. I am returning only because there is a bad scuff at front and will see which pair look best when the second ones arrive. The color is a little darker than what is in picture, but still gorgeous! I will be wearing them with no sock or very thin socks...probably more conformable without socks...they way I wear all my Ugg boots. You will love them.

Really cute boot. the stitching is interesting and sleek The foot bed was snug but comfortable, both because of the shape and fleecy padding but...shaft is moderately narrow. I have thick but not large calves and it was too tight to wear over anything. So, not for me.

Very nice, sexy boots. I like because they are fitted through entire leg, foot, & ankle. For me that is a hard find. Fit is same as all my Ugg structured leather boots. I agree with other review they do hit middle of my knee in front. But there are times you need a higher boot. I won't wear with short dress. Because my leg doesn't look good with half knee showing. I am petite, 5 1" tall. Wear size 5 shoe, largest part of my calf is 12", ankle measures 8". Comfortable boot. The sheep skin is only in footbed. But still very comfortable. To have slim line it is better to not have to much added padding. I got brown version. Which I found to be same as pictured.

Positives: Gorgeous looking, beautiful leather, perfect heel height, extremely comfortable. Negatives: The shaft in the front is higher than the back and for me, at 5' 4 1/2", it was pushing into my knee and was about an inch or two from being an over the knee boot. When I tried them on with a skirt or dress, there was no break between the boot and my clothes. My eye likes to see a peek of skin in between. If you're going to wear these with jeans, you may be in luck and the shaft height won't be an issue. Aside from that, they are true to size and fit well on my calves, which are athletic and in rare instances are a problem. I am reluctantly shipping them back. I also got them in black and if I were to keep them would probably return for brown. The black is fine but I think the brown is more of a neutral and shows the detail of the boot more.
