I got these boots last week and so far I love them. I didn't take the advice of other reviews to order a size up and I am glad I didn't. The shaft is going to be tight no matter what shoe size you order. And especially since most like to wear these without socks a size up would be huge and my heel would slip and slide. Instead I ordered my normal size and am very please as they fit my foot perfectly. Yes, the shaft is tight and making the curve to get your foot in is tight at first. I've been wearing them around my home to loosen them up and over the last week it has gotten easier each time to get my foot in. I'm glad the shaft is tight because it means they won't bunch at my ankles (which some pairs do and it looks hideous). These boots are leather so that means they will stretch out. And trust me I can already tell they are doing just that. A little about me...I'm 5ft6 and I always complain about the fact that I have athletic calves...it usually requires me to buy the larger calf boots. In addition to that I'm 7 months pregnant so those calves of mine are even larger (thanks swelling). I really like the boots and my mom and I both have a pair and we have both found them to stretch.

I love these boots and lived in them last winter in and out, walking the dog in the woods etc. I find them more attractive than the classic Ugg boots. They are warm and so comfortable. They are heavier than the classics. The sole offers better outdoor traction than the classic sole. I get lots of compliments on these boots and wear them with jeans tucked in, with leggings and skirts or dresses. My husband thinks they are ugly and huge but hey they are Uggs what do you expect?!

Just to put it out there I am over 200 lbs, my calves are bigger then smaller sized people but are probably small for my size- and they fit fine! I did order a size up! I was worried but they worked out great! I like how they are not suede but a nice soft leather and apparently water resistant!

Super cute, but they are going back. I can't get in them as they are not for gals that have a wide calf. If you have slimmer legs these are the boots for you!

These are super warm and very comfortaable.

Love these! I wear 7.5-8 in normal shoes and wear a size 7 in the Classic Tall UGGs. I wasn't sure what size I would be in the Sutter based on the reviews so I purchased both a size 7 and size 8. I couldn't even get my foot into the 7!! The Sutter is much stiffer than the classic UGGs. However, the 8 fits perfectly so I kept them. Awesome Sale Price. Would recommend if you want an edgy pair of UGGs.

I was so excited to get these boots -- especially on sale! But sadly they did not fit. I could not get my arch into the boot. If it had a zipper there would have been no problem. The size was correct, I wear the same size in all Ugg boots. It's just the style. Had to return. ??

I just got these boots. I'm 7.5 or 8, so I ordered 8, and it feels just about right. Yes, it is not that easy to put them on, but I decided to go with it, since they might stretch a little, and also I won't have a problem of a zip rubbing on my leg. Very nice leather, and nice tone of brown.

These boots are so freakin' cute! I went by what other people said and purchased a size up (I'm between a 9 and 9.5, take a 9 in the Bailey Button and Classic Short, but ordered a 10 in these). They fit good on my feet, but my huge calves got in the way. So disappointed. They are beautiful! Have to send them back.

My first Ugg. Bought a size 9 which is the same size as my sneakers. After speaking with a Zappos representative I was told to get my normal size. The boots are nice and unusual; the 2 straps are functionally adjustable - my circumference is 13 and after I made my adjustment it was perfect. I am 5' 6" tall, weighs 135lbs, narrow feet, and had no problem getting them in the boots. The inside is plush and nice. I also bought the spray to ensure that this investment is well cared for initially. I have not yet ventured outside with them but I don't foresee a problem. I will even wear them with socks.

I read lots of reviews, and many people said they could not easily pull the boot on and recommended ordering a size larger. I normally wear a 10 medium, and this is what I ordered. The fit perfectly! Love the chestnut color.

I love these boots! So cute! They are a little challenging to get on, they are snug around the ankle area but they loosened up a bit after a few times of wearing them.

I love the look of these boots but I couldn't get my foot in them - the shaft is narrow and so is the instep - I even ordered them big!

Got my Ugg Sutter boots in black. Never had Uggs before and reviewers said to order half size up. I did & they fit perfectly. Warm, very cool looking, comfortable but they are BLACK. I have 3 fluffy white dogs & didn't realize how badly the hair would stick to the suede & plastic sole. It kills me to return these. It took me forever to get the hair off them just to return them. My fault, not Zappos!

Love these boots. They are super cute. With the metal buckle details, they don't appear as bulky as some other styles of Ugg boots. I did not order a size up as I know from owning other Uggs that eventually the lining will flatten out and form to the shape of your foot. They are super comfortable and really warm. I would highly recommend. Thanks Zappos!

Great Ugg boots, great price! These have more personality than the basic Uggs. Very warm. Fit is perfect. Ordered my regular size.

I just purchased the black in a size 5.. I was skeptical about ordering the size 5 from reading some of the other reviews stating it was difficult - almost impossible to get your foot in the boot .. but mine fits just fine ... a little difficulty at first but once on .. the fit & comfort is great ! I love them .. great quality as usual with UGGS & stylish with the buckles I have always purchased a size 5 in UGG so this style is no different than the classic ugg style as far as fit

My favorite UGGs!! I wore the black ones all winter long last year. Decided I need them in brown. I'm a size 8 with a very narrow foot skinny ankle these boots fit me perfectly.
