As a mother who was used to buying one pair of Ugg boots every year, I am extremely pleased with this new version: it is well made, more resistant to water and doesn't "slouch" with wear or have holes as the regular classic did. Plus, it looks better and more like a real boot, so you can wear it out of the house. My 18 year old says they feel sturdy, comfy and true to size. No more soaked, stained, misshapen boots with holes on the big toe area - this is going to last many seasons!

Love the boots & Zappos. They do run large; however, the ankle area is tighter. I have several Uggs & these definitely fit different. I first ordered my usual shoe size & they slipped on very easy even the ankle but the shoe length was just too big so exchanged for a size smaller & shoe length is a fit but like I said, ankle area is a bit difficult to pull on. I also like they are taller than shirt classic but shorter than regular classic & leather so I can wear in rain.

The boots are almost exactly what you would expect. They are the classic Ugg in an oiled leather; same style, same look. However, this iteration runs about one size small. I am a solid 7 in the classic short (I have bought several throughout the years) and need an 8 in this leather version. Within five minutes of wearing in my kitchen, my feet were in pain (toes!) which is something I do not associate with Uggs. I just exchanged for one size up. As a side note I love the lack of arch support, so that is a huge plus for me.

Got these as Xmas present, needed to exchange for larger size. Customer Service was fantastic. Love these Uggs, so warm. Don't buy if you have trouble with your arches, no support.

I normally wear an 8-1/2 in most boots. I ordered the 8 in these Uggs after reading various reviews that indicated that I needed to order a size down. Way too tight across the top of my foot. Loved the Peacoat color (dark dark Navy blue) but sadly, had to return. May try in a size 9...but not wanting to have my feet flopping loosely about in them. Dilemma, eh?

I have been an UGG wearer for probably 15 years and order a new pair about every 4 years and cycle the older pair into my around the house pair. I live in them all winter long. This is a new style for me as I usually order the classic tall, but I went with my gut and ordered my usual size 6. I wear a size 7 1/2 shoe in everything else but I wear my UGG's without socks and I like them to fit snug since they will stretch out over time. They fit a little snug but still perfect as I know they are leather and will stretch out over time as all UGG's do. Love them. The leather, shorter style is a little less casual than the classic tall suede and great for when I still want to be comfy and warm but maybe a little more chic and streamlined looking with leggings tucked in.

I love Uggs! I have been looking for these boots everywhere and decided to give Zappos a chance. I ordered them Sunday evening and received them on Tuesday the fastest shipping ever. I love the leather boots better than the suede they do not stretch as easy. The boots are a good look for jeans or leggings. I recommend buying the brownstone, they will go with any comfortable outfit.

Love these Uggs, they are comfortable, look good and most importantly for me is that they are waterproof! The only negative aspect of them being waterproof is that they are not breathable like your typically Ugg so be prepared for them to smell a bit funky even if you have never had funky foot odor in your life...just don't wear them all day and go to someone's home where you must remove your shoes...you've been warned.

I am a UGG collector if you love UGGS this is a must buy I wear a 8 and returned for a 7 due to the space that was in the boot, With Leather UGGS I find that they get loose fast so my last pair felt like a 9 after a while so with the 7 they still fit perfectly with space! They Ox blood color is just what I was looking for that goes with my dark wine and burgundy fall look they are so beautiful all my friends love them! Worth evert penny get you a pair from Zappos receive next day!

I have other ugg boots in size 8 but these were too narrow in the bottom of the shaft. I have a high instep and it was really hard to push my feet down into the boot. Once my feet were in they fit fine but I don't want to fight with the boots every time I put them on. Pretty color though.

Great boots. Super comfortable and stylish. I love the leather, it's an upgrade from the classic suede. The leather feels a little thicker than the classic, and as thick as the UGG Sumner. (I have several pairs of Sumner) So if you are looking for a thicker alternative to Classic UGG, than look no further. The shaft height is perfect for easy on and off and pairs well with boyfriend jeans, if you tuck them in, or cuff. Easily fits over leggings. I normally where a 5.5, so I purchased a 6, which is not too tight. I can wear the boots with socks or with nothing at all. I would also recommend spraying with UGG leather treatment or any other type of silicone spray for protect against the elements. Overall would highly recommend.

I got these last year., The only problem I have with these boots is they are very hard to get on and off, but other than I love these boots.

Great waterproof boot. Would definitely order a size up if you're in between sizes as they don't give much slack. The boot is a little difficult to get on at first try, but has stretched out a little since wearing around the house. Would definitely recommend for purchase. And you cannot beat the price!

I wear a 7 in the classic Uggs and ordered my normal 7 in these. They fit great and are very comfortable just walking around the house - I'm sure they will feel the same outside. I wear my Uggs barefoot as Ugg intended so perhaps that is why they feel true to size for me. Thank you Zappos for sending a fresh pair of unworn (never tried on in perfect condition) boots! Buying shoes online is hit or miss because you never know how many times they have been through the buy-return cycle. And using my rewards was a bonus - I never knew I had them until a sweet customer service rep alerted me to the savings! Brand new Uggs for $55. Who can say no to that?!

Love these boots! Was going to buy a second pair with a heel but now see no need. HOWEVER, CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME IF I SHOULD WEATHERIZE THEM WITH SOME SPRAY OR NOT? No instructions about care included on a very expensive boot! Not everyone is familiar with UGGS.

Very nice boots great color and comfortable

I Bought these for my 13 year old daughter. I wanted to have something that would be durable and last in the rain and the snow beyond one winter. The leather Uggs are perfect.

I'm so happy with my Uggs. They came really fast. Zappos is really good. And the communication is awesome.

My Uggs arrived last Tuesday, via next day, and I have been wearing them for the last 11 days and they are super, super warm and comfortable! The reason that I have had to wear them every day, which I forgot to mention, is because I live in the the "Frozen Tundra" called New England! Temperature for last week ranged from 30's - 40's. This week from 0 - 7 with wind chill of minus 10-30. In a few more days, we will be basking in the 40's once again. I have been receiving so many compliments on my boots: "I've never seen Uggs in leather before," "I'm going to order a pair in that color to match my Coach bag," "Your boots look great, I want a pair." These boots are so warm and comfortable and very easy to keep clean! With so much salt mixed in with the snow, I simply rinse them off and they're ready for the next day. My next pair will be pink suede to match my scarf to wear on cold, dry days. If you are debating as to purchasing a pair, then debate no more! My regular size is an 8, so I chose a 9 and they are perfect! Go for it!
