SO comfortable, and that cannot usually be said about Converse. The new insoles are so much better than the "Classic" hard and zero supporting standard Converse. These shoes look so cool with jean, shorts even Khakis (if one MUST wear them, LOL). I highly recommend these shoes!

These are great skate shoes, especially for people with wide feet. The suede and Lunarlon liner are great updates over the old Chucks. It is really hard to find wide skate shoes, these are the widest I've found in years of searching. The set I got from Zappos had a problem with the sole separating from the outer. Unfortunately Zappos sent me to Converse for warranty coverage. Converse took care of me, but it was a hassle and soured me on Zappos customer service. The new pair I got from Converse has held up really well.

I really like these. Build quality and comfort is superior to typical All Stars, without compromising the style.

These have a thick padding which my daughter did not like. She thought it made her feet feel too warm. Additionally, these are not really high-tops, they are kind of low...

After only a couple of weeks of gentle wear, they are falling apart. The fabric frayed and holes formed. So disappointed.

I love converse and have worn them since I was little! They’re such a classic shoe and I got these because they’re supposed to be more durable. I waited for them to go on sale and then got them. I’m usually a women’s 7 and got a women’s 6.5 and they fit perfectly! I recommend going a half size down ladies!

These are so much better made than the originals. I usually buy John Varvatos Converse because of their build quality, but these feel pretty close. They are really comfortable and the footbed is really soft and supportive. I found the sizing to be exactly like regular Converse, meaning they run a 1/2 to a full size larger.

These shoes are great! Perfect skate shoes and so comfortable and durable. I've been skating them for a week and you can't event tell. I did have to exchange mine for a size up, though I usually wear a 9 in Chucks but I had to get these in 10.

Buy one full size smaller! I first went with a men’s 12 that was way too big. Returned them for a men’s size 11 and they fit perfectly. My feet need a little more room in the toe box but not enough to warrant a wide shoe size. But these fit perfectly in the toe box. They have support but not too much. They also have an extra layer inside the side of the shoe for comfort. I’m older and appreciate the support versus he original chuck. I haven’t had a chance to skate these yet but so far they feel like they’d make a good skate shoe.

I had a hard time deciding between going a half or full size down, but I saw more reviews suggesting a full size. I typically wear a 9.5 (9 in chucks) but the 8.5 in these is perfect. Not roomy but not too tight at all. I also have wide foot and they are still comfortable. I’d suggest the full size down in these ones. I bought two pairs and they both fit great.

These are great skate shoes! I alternate between Vans Skate Hi Pros, Nike Blazer Mids and these. The Converse CTAS Pro Hi is the most comfortable of the 3. On my second pair of Chuck's, favorite skate shoe!

I have been skating in Vans since 1988, with only a handful of deviations over the years. On a whim, and in frustration with the diminished build quality of Vans Pro series in the last few years, I bought these. What a difference from the Cons I wore so long ago! Comfort level is about the same, maybe a little better than the Vans pro series. Build seems good - time will tell. I may be a convert, though. Fit is what I expect, I am liking these a lot.

The shoe was about half a size large, so order at least half a size smaller when buying. Comfort as expected; not a ton of support, but adequate. Love the style.

Hands down these are one of my favorite skate shoes. The sole is grippy and the fit is fantastic. The best part is that they are comfortable enough to wear daily when not skating because the insole is incredibly comfy. Go to your local skateshop and pick them up!

These are awesome. Very comfortable. I wear a men’s 6.5 in vans and I bought a mens 5.0 in these converse and they fit great. True to fit for converse sizing for me. :-)

Fit was right on. My son put them on and has worn them everyday since he got them. We were actually surprised that they were leather. We were expecting canvas but the leather seems more durable and possibly warmed so we are happy with them.

I've always been a fan of Chucks - they're a classic. These are the best version yet. The construction is solid, fabric is more durable that the non-CTAS version, and the new Lunar insoles make them much more comfortable.

I am well satisfied with this shoe but terribly disappointed that it is not available with zippers. The last zipper pair I had was noticed by many people who inquired as to where they could purchase them. I think you are missing a good opportunity.

They're Chuck's...cool shoes! This style has a better insole than standard Chuck's & suede leather too, can't go wrong here.

I never received my package, but my notifications say it was delivered. No way to follow up on the website, no way to make a claim, NO accountability by Zappos. I am not very happy with my experience.
