I really wanted to like these boots. They're very cool-looking in the photos and in person, but they look so weird when I wear them. Additionally, I took advice of reviewers and went a half-size up; The length was just right, but the toe box was too narrow/tight.

I was super happy when these arrived, they are very cute but they run narrow and small, I usually wear a 10-10.5 and I ordered a 10.5 and could barely get my foot in with a very light sock, snug and a lot of work to get on, the ankles are also very stiff and cut into my skin even with socks but this was not a huge deal breaker so I decided to keep them but then the first time I went to put them on to go outside I pulled the laces to tighten and the leather strap around the lace snapped off! No way to fix it as it's so small, they still tie but look weird and now that they're broken I can't return them and I'm disappointed.

I only had my feet in these shoes for 10 seconds and was already in pain. Something about how the top of the shoe hits my upper ankle/leg is just beyond painful. Every time I moved which is hard to avoid when you are walking, the upper part of the shoe dug into me. My first thought was oh, they will soften up and be 'ok'. But thats just crazy. No one should pay money for a shoe that causes them pain like that and wait for it to 'go away'. I found them true to size and cute other than the one issue. I decided to return and get a different pair of sorels instead.

Sadly these boots aren't for me. I ordered 3 different sizes and they have all gone back. the way the boot curves up near the toe box causes the strangest fit. I've been wearing the same pair of Sorels for 20 winters and was hoping to get a more stylish pair for slushy days. Disappointed these aren't the pair.

Ouch! Wanted to love these and they felt gret in the footbed after sizing up, but the back of the boot cut into my leg terribly just trying them on. Maybe they would break in but I'm not willing to sacrifice my legs to find out!

These are very cute but extremely uncomfortable. There is no arch support and the soles are very thin. If your pants aren't tucked down inside of them the leather rubs on your ankles. I have returned them. Disappointed as I love Sorel boots.

Uncomfortable

These boots are cute, but I will be returning them. They are too stiff and there is no lining, which makes it uncomfortable to walk. There is also no arch support, but adding orthotics helped a lot. I'm a 7.5 and purchased the 8. My toes still touched the tops of the boots. An 8.5 would have fit.

I absolutely LOVE the look of these boots and their functionality. HOWEVER- the place they hit on my ankle is more than I can bear. Even after days of wearing them around the house to see if they would break in. I am so sad about this!!So I think the SOREL fur lining around the top would keep the shoe's super awesomely cute style and eliminate this issue. Since they do not have that or a liner you can buy, I will be returning them. I usually wear a 7.5-8 and needed an 8.5.

I absolutely LOVE this boot! The only issue is that it runs at least a full size smaller. I typically wear a size 9 to 9.5. I ordered a 9.5 and would need at least a 10.5 to feel comfortable.

I bought these because they were cute and stylish, but also seemed to be rugged and able to stand up to walking the dog frequently in the woods. They're actually incredibly thin. I can feel all grooves and bumps while walking outdoors. Also, the black rubber portion scuffs easily and my boots look permanently dirty after one season of wearing them. I don't regret buying these, but wish they were of better quality for the price.

An llbean boot, this is not. Absolutely no support, and a half size to a full size shorter than labeled. Toe box very snug as well, making it hard to get on. The only thing going for these boots is their style; if you want comfort, look elsewhere...

Terrible fit--there's a curve to the toe that makes these very uncomfortable. I tried both a size down and a size up and neither one was at all comfortable.

These are okay looking, but they are so uncomfortable. I love Sorels and am super bummed about them. They rub your heel something awful.

This item arrived looking as if they'd been worn many times, suede was dirty. Returning NOW!

They look great in the picture...and that's where it ends. Unless you have duck feet forget getting your foot down the shaft (upper) without hurting your ankle. All new years resolutions to not cuss were thrown out when I tried to get these on. Additionally, there is zero wiggle room in the shoe body. The seams press into toe bones. No, I do not have wide feet. Once I had them on my feet I realized they were long and narrow with zero support. The unlined rubber shoe makes the inside of these boots terribly uncomfortable. Cold, stiff, and little traction. Worst $125 I've ever spent. BOO Sorel!

I have NEVER returned a pair of shoe that I have already worn until I wore these. I bought them in the grey color. These shoes are extremely uncomfortable. The laces run through 3 loops on each side. Under the middle loop is where the tongue of the shoe stops being attached and it is reinforced. This reinforcement results in a very bulky and large lump pushing on the top of your foot. Even if you leave them unlaced I found that they were still hurting my feet. For me, they were too painful to wear. Zappos was GREAT though, they let me return them NO HASSLES, I am a very good customer and this is one of the many reasons we LOVE ZAPPOS. I know Sorels are popular and have a great reputation, This shoes were a huge disappointment.

OUCH!! Absolutely unwearable. Stiff and inflexible, my only reaction was to immediately take this boot off after walking just a few steps in them. The "leather" top felt like stiff cardboard and would have rubbed holes in my leg if I had tried to wear them. Looked so cute and good quality in the photo, but what an unpleasant shock when I pulled them out of the box and tried them on. Sorel used to be top quality - not anymore!!

I don't really understand what happened here. When I opened the box I almost started laughing because they looked as small as my son's shoes! I ordered a size up, too. No exaggeration, I put the up to my heel, and the tip came to the base of my toes. Too bad because they look super cute! But yea, I've never had seen such a discrepancy in sizing.

Love Sorel's Caribou boots but had to return these. Very uncomfortable because the toe points up way too high. Not made for human feet.

This boot had a very strange fit. It was very narrow and also very shallow. I have wide feet so I knew I would have to size up but I could barely squeeze my foot into the boot 1 full size larger than what I usually fit into. Also the 'Elk' color option turns out to be more of a medium brown - lighter than I expected.
