These boots were advertised as waterproof but they certainly didn't hold up to wet morning grass on the horse farm. I had to return them as they were too expensive to keep when my less expensive muck boots kept my feet dry. I was very disappointed as the boots were very nice to look at.

They're really nice looking boots; however, there is next to no lining, and I'm sure my feet would be freezing in these - no insulation at all. Also, the fact that there's no lining makes them uncomfortable. Sadly, these will have to go back.

I love these boots! I usually wear an 8-1/2 or a 9 but had to return the 9's for a size 9-1/2. Very stylish and cute! Bonus: Great for rain and snow.

I bought a pair of these boots in black and love them. I usually wear a size 9, but found the size 9 1/2 felt better with a pair of warm wool socks. I teach first grade and am on my feet all day long. These are so comfortable and kept my feet warm and dry during the coldest week of afternoon duty loading cars for 30 minutes on a wet, slushy street. They also look cute with tucked in pants or long skirts. I am saving my money for a pair in brown.

I have size 11 feet, slightly wider calves than "normal" and am completely in love with these boots. I wore them from 9am to 8pm straight the day after they arrived. They're roomy enough for thick socks but aren't clunky at all for me. Absolutely recommend them.

I live in Colorado where it is not super cold but wintery. These boots are great - warm, comfortable and dry. I would highly recommend them.

I really like this boot- form follows function. I wear a 9- 91/2 but ordered a 10 after reading reviews. Snug on my very wide calf but not tight, roomy but not loose in the foot and ankle. I bought them on sale ,so it was a great deal. Very happy with them. I have several pairs of Sorel boots and slippers,

It's extremely difficult to find boots that are both fashionable and functional. These boots fit the bill! I cant wait to finally have cute boots to wear during our brutal Wyoming winters. A lot of reviews said they run small. I whole heartedly disagree. Definitely true to size. If anything possibly a little big but perfect for thick socks!

These are great boots. They are functional, stylish and comfortable---the trifecta!!! I find myself reaching for these even more than my Frye Melissa button boots because they are more durable and I don't worry about getting caught in yucky winter weather. Great boots, don't hesitate, just get them!

I really love these boots. I ordered a pair and had to return them because they were two completely different colors. I had no problems with the return. The second pair I received were perfect. I normally wear an 8½ so that is what I ordered. It worked great. They look really nice. They already have a nice broken in feel to them. I would recommend these boots.

I love the boots! I got lots of compliments the first time that I wore them! They do run a little big but good with thick socks and they were comfortable the first day that I wore them. I am pleased!

Love these boots! The first weekend I had them we got hit with snow and ice. I wore these boots all weekend, even out to check on our farm animals. My feet stayed warm and dry. The only negative is the shaft size around your calf. I have muscular calves and I'm going to have to let the boots stretch out before I can wear them over skinny jeans. Other than that, they're great boots.

These run true to size! These boots are very comfortable and stylish, exactly what I was looking for. The foot is more sleek than the Joan of Arctic Knit boots that I have and taller as well. I have more athletic calves so they fit perfectly, I can see if someone had very thin calves they would be a little loose on the calf. As far as sizing, I have other pairs of Sorels and have always had to order two different sizes to try both. I tried the 8½ (due to some other reviews) and my toes were hitting the end of the boot and the 9 worked perfectly, I am pretty consistently a 9 in most shoes. I can wear them with thicker socks in the very cold North Dakota winter and my feet are still toasty warm. I love them!

These boots are fabulous. They are comfortable and fit perfectly. They look great with everything. I wear size 6 shoe but wanted a little room for thick socks. I have worn them a lot and had no problems.

These are absolutely the best boots ever. I was on the fence about sizing because reviews were all over the place, so I decided to go with my size not down or up half a size and they are absolutely perfect. They are a looker as well. Buy a pair, I know you are going to love them.

Love the look and feel of these boots. I am 6' tall with a size 12 shoe and these boots are great. They are long enough in the shaft. I am always looking for shoes /boots that don't make my big feet look like a am wearing clown shoes - these look wonderful. Can't wait for the nasty weather to come.

I've been looking for my first pair of tall boots for over a year. They had to be just right. The right mix of hip yet functional, dress up or dress down. Functional yet fashionable. These are the boots I've been searching for! I'm a size 8.5 and that's what I ordered and they're perfect, with light socks or thicker socks. The inside lining is comfortable, like a very thin fleece, but not super thick. I didn't want something that would make my legs hot while in doors. I have not worn these yet, but the footbed seems comfortable, some arch support, but I have high arches and might swap them out for my own (they are removable). My calves are 15" around, which is the circumference of the boot, so I fit in them comfortably with tights but I can't tuck jeans in.

I so love these boots! I wish I could wear them into the summer! They are more flexible than what I was expecting, which just adds to the comfort. I normally wear a size 9.5 but bought these boots in a 10 to make sure I could wear thick socks with them. I'm glad I did so. They are beautiful boots!

I live in Chicago and spend a lot of time in Colorado and have been searching for a stylish, yet functional, alternative to Bogs for a rain/snow "crossover" boot. I am so happy I splurged on these! They are super-cute and have a nice, deep tread on the bottom that will for sure work in snow & ice but since they're not lined I know they won't be too warm for practically year-round wear. They do seem to run a little on the big side - I'm a true 9 and ordered a 9 after much debating and reading conflicting reviews. The 9 is a bit roomy but not so much that my feet are sliding around - more like I can fully wiggle my toes and could definitely wear with a thick wool sock. And the best news of all for me - I have "athletic" calves and was sure I wouldn't be able to wear them with skinny jeans but I can! Can't wait to debut these.

Love the boots, they're just a bit too big. I ended up getting a half size down elsewhere since Zappos was sold out.

I got these boots about a week ago. I ordered them true to size (I'm a 10.5) and they fit perfectly! I wore them to the Patriots game Sunday night, in the POURING RAIN! My feet stayed as dry and as warm as they could be! I wore them with wool socks. I was initially looking at the slimpack boot and was afraid this boot wouldn't be as warm or comfortable, but it is just great. I think wellies are hideously ugly and these give the look of a riding boot with all the protection of a wellie or a Hunter boot. Very pleased.

These boots are beautiful! My friend wore them when I met her in the city last month and I ordered them when I got home. I was shocked when she told me that they were Sorel weather boots. They are very stylish and comfortable. Please note that these boots run extremely large. I ordered my usual size 7 and they were huge. I exchanged them (Love Zappos exchange policy - the best) for a size 6 1/2 and they are still a bit roomy but I opted to keep them thinking that I will wear them with thick socks.

First I ordered size 10 which is my normal shoe size - it was huge - so I immediately ordered a 9½ - it came today - too small in the calf and hard to get into. I love these boots but they would probably be too tight in the calf area with tights/leggings, let alone jeans. I love the look of this - I am disappointed.

Love this boot. Very nice distressed leather and hip look. Did run small, I would order 1 size large. Calf size is slightly small to average.

Very comfortable, yet very stylish! Would recommend them. Just watch sizing they run a little big.
