I have two pairs of Vionic sandals and have been quite pleased with them. This slipper, however, simply does not work for me. I developed lower back pain after wearing them around my house for about a week. I think the issue is that there is nothing to stabilize my foot in the slipper without a heel strap; consequently, it wobbles quite a bit when I walk. The slipper footbed is not as deep as it is in the two pairs of Vionic sandals I wore throughout the summer.

My third pair of Vionic/Orthoheel Gemma Mule slippers. Must have for plantar fasciitis! They run big so order one size down and they stretch a bit as well. Once I got used to them my feet go " Ahhhh" once I've got them on.

The fit was not quite right for my foot. The front of the toe box was too snug, but the top of the slipper was too roomy. Even with the adjustable velcro, they would not stay on my feet.

I ordered 3 slippers (Haflinger, Spenco and Orthaheel Gemma)looking for the best arch support as I suffer from plantar fascitis. I wear Orthaheel flip flops all the time but cold weather sent me looking for something to keep my feet warm. I will also note that even in Orthaheel I need the shoes with "aggressive" arch support. The Tide flip flop is great. Even the standard Orthaheel inserts aren't enough support to keep my foot super happy. The Haflingers and the Spencos were fine if a moderate arch is all you need. Before my foot problems I bought the Ugg moccasin slipper which I LOVED. All these slippers provided more support than the Ugg. Style wise I would have picked these but the Orthaheel won out. The fluffiness inside masks some of the hardness I usually find on my flip flops but from side view of these slippers I can see the arch is excellent. Style....like all Orthaheel I find they will not win any high fashion awards. I have an average width foot...maybe a little narrow if anything and they felt secure. That said the top part of the Gemma is big in appearance. I normally wear 7 1/2-8. I ordered the 8's in Haflinger and the Spencos and 7 as my normal size in Orthaheel. All fit fine.

I love these slippers. They are extremely comfortable and well cushioned. I wear a size 9 1/2 but ordered a 9.

These are comfortable and warm slippers. The have very good arch support which is rare for slippers and why I bought them. They run a little big, I think.

This is my second pair of these slippers. My podiatrist recommended these when I got plantar fasciitis and needed more support walking around at home. They are very comfortable while being supportive at the same time. I would highly recommend these if you have any issues with your feet or ankles.

I have my own pair and love them, but bought another pair for my 83 year old Mom. She loves them too! She's a 7 1/2 wide, and the size 7 fits her perfectly. My 48 year old sister tried them on, and now she wants a pair.

This is my second pair of Gemma slipper and love them. I wear them all the time when inside & I have received lots of compliments on these cute slippers. I purchased my normal size and used the velcro strap to tighten up as I do have a narrow foot. Highly recommend.

Love these slippers. They fit and are warm and comfortable. And I need the arch support. And I love Zappos for sending them so quickly!

I love them! I already have a pair of open toe ones in terry for the summer and needed a new pair of warmer winter slippers. Love the color, they are warm and comfy and my feet and heel feel good in them. They also have adjustable velcro which is perfect for my one problem foot. I bought mine in an 8-1/2 wide.

I'm happy to say that this slipper has great arch support which was the reason for my purchase. They aren't the most petite looking slipper but regardless they are pretty snazzy looking with their leopard print and the bit of added bling on the side. For those that complained that they had ankle rolling or felt like they were going to hurt themselves when wearing them, what were you trying to do in them calisthenics? If you plan on doing jumping jacks or jogging around corners in the house then you may be subject to a rollover. As for use as a slipper they are great. Cozy warm indeed and again, great arch support. Bought another pair in the open toe style for summer months.

A game-changer! I have badly pronated feet and chronic back problems and walking around the house in my cozy Uggs was making things worse. I can wear these all day without any discomfort and my back pain has receded. The arch support is especially comfortable. I will be back for more. Oh! And they're cute too.

Comfortable and supportive slipper. I wear a size 9 shoe and ordered these on a size 8. They fit perfectly!

I purchased a pair of open toed Vionic slippers and immediately ordered a second pair of closed toe slippers, a pair of inserts for other shoes and a pair of flip flops. The arch support is fantastic!

This is my second pair of Vionic slippers. I love them! If you have any issues with your feet, like planters fasciitis, these shoes help! Your feet feel wonderful! Highly recommend the brand.

These are the best slippers if you have foot problems. I was having problems with plantar fasciitis and it made me feel like I was 90 years old. I read that these were good for that, and I liked the way they looked. I have been wearing them constantly since fall and my feet rarely bother me now. I work from home so I wear them all day and they are holding up great. I can go out on my deck even if there is ice or a little snow. These are well worth the money! It does take a little getting used to the feel of them, and you may have to adjust them so they fit your feet, but that is easy with the Velcro strap.

The slipper is exactly what I expected - terrific in every way. The sizing was just right. The Zappos performance and service was the very best! I had difficulty finding the correct size before trying Zappos -- then I had the slippers in two days with free shipping! Zappos will be our first choice provider in the future.

I wear a size 35 or size 5; these are a size 5 - 36. Therefore, they run large if you go by the European size. I also believe they are made for people who are of a heavy weight.

I love these slippers. They are very comfortable and are helping my foot problems. I just ordered a pair for my daughter. I did order a size smaller than I normally wear and they fit perfectly.

I am replacing a pair of Ugg slippers which had a flimsy flat sole with zero support. Ordered these in a size 10 for my usually 9.5-10 size feet. The Vionic slippers which arrived were very good quality, fabric is nice, and the support is excellent, but they are significantly too big. I'm returning for a size 9 and expect to be delighted with this purchase. Definitely recommend!

I ordered these for my wife. She has plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. Her doctor recommended she wear shoes as soon as she got up and pretty much all the time. She loves these slippers and have they been very helpful.

I love these slippers. The arch support is excellent. They are easy to quickly slip on and off when I am relaxing around the house. They are very warm (on warmer Fall/Winter days a bit too warm for me when I have socks on too, so if you often have cold feet - you will LOVE them). The sole is sturdy enough to wear outside, but I am trying to maintain them as "inside" shoes, so I haven't been. It is nice they have a little Velcro (where you see the jewel) so you could tighten them if desired.

Love these slippers. Nice high arch. My plantar Fasciatis doesn't hurt. Adjustable toe bed. Better than expected.

I love these and I wear them everywhere! Even to the store. They are so comfy. I have a very high arch, and so do these slippers. I only wish they came in a narrow, because they could stand to be a little tighter. They are probably true to width, but I have very narrow feet - so I can't say for sure. I think they run a little big. I usually wear about a 7 in most of my shoes. In these I take a 6. These are my 5th pair. They hold up very well, but because I wear them practically every waking moment, I really wear them out. I highly recommend them!
