I've purchased this very pair of boots twice! It's difficult to find a boot silhouette in which the toe isn't pointed, but round as I'd prefer it to be. This is immaculate shoe construction, great leather finish, and all-around comfort.

These were super comfortable right out of the box and keep getting better. They are now my go-to boots.

After three years, these boots are just getting broken in. They look better all the time. And they keep getting more comfortable. They're incredibly well made. I expect they'll outlast me. They look great with jeans or chinos. I sometimes take out the laces for an authentic "prison look." Around August I start getting antsy for cool, damp "boot weather," just so I can bust out the Prison Boots.

I purchased these boots on sale (waited almost 2 years), and I love them. I have replaced my Dr Martens with Frye Prison Boots and there is no going back. Prison Boots fit great and look amazing whether I'm dressy, casual or riding around on my Harley.

I ordered these on a whim and was plesently surprised when I got them. The fit is spot on and comfy out of the box. The finish is great too. The wax laces are a nice touch. I really have no complaints. These may very well displace my 1000 mile boots.

I picked this up at the Dallas store. Was looking for no lace boots but loved the look of this suede boot....definitely different from anything else I have. Looks great with cuffed jeans and a Patagonia vest. Feels comfy right out of the box but will take several wearing to break in.

The boot fit perfectly. The leather is supple and required no break-in. I can wear the boots all day and they are as comfortable at the end of the day as they were when I put them on. And, they take a great shine. The sole has very positive traction and grips in any condition.

I needed a high quality leather boot that would accommodate my orthodic insoles and wide foot size. I ordered my normal size of 9.5 and the feetfit pperfectly with the orthodics inserted over the Frye leather insoles. I am exceptionally pleased.

The boot looks tough but stylish and soft at the same time. Bit pricy but I love it!!!

Bought this boot based on its looks. I prefer good toe box with room. One that sits up high and not just wide. I also like a boot (dress or casual) to have a certain amount of thickness of sole. This boot has both. Have been wearing it at least twice a week since purchase. They are very comfortable and show no measurable wear. Since then I have purchased another pair of boots from Frye. Also very pleased with those.

Soft leather, solid construction... the very best!
