These boots are so cute! I love them. They seemed stiff when I first put them on & I thought I was going to have to return them, but as I wore them around the house, they quickly softened up and became surprisingly comfortable. They don't feel as high as they are, and they look great with skinny jeans dressed up or down. The only slight negative I would give them is that the padding around the ankle area does make my ankles feel a bit tender if I walk a lot in them, but I have had surgery on both ankles and the seam seems to rub a bit over the incision scars. I doubt that would even be an issue for the majority. These do run a bit narrow. I ordered the wide width, and they honestly feel like a medium width. All-in-all, I definitely recommend these if you're looking for cute and comfy ankle boots!

I love these! Best of all, they work well for my narrow foot even though they are officially a medium width. I have a terrible time finding stylish shoes that are comfortable and narrow enough for me. Let's face it, a lot of the shoes that come in narrow are just plain stodgy. These Timberlands might not work for those with a wider foot, but they're great for me. Plus, they have a nice round toe with plenty of room in the toebox. So, while they are just a bit higher in the heel than I usually wear, I am think these will work out fine. It will be wonderful to have a cute shoe to wear with jeans. For size reference, I usually wear either a 7 1/2 or 8 Narrow. I am between sizes in these, but the 8 M fits well, gives me room to add an insole (there is no arch support otherwise), and I can add thicker socks if they stretch out a bit. Thanks, Zappos! Ordered 6 pairs of shoes and I'm keeping this one. That's actually a better batting average than usual for me.

I was hesitant to purchase these Timderland boots for several reasons: The sizing (based on other reviews & knowing brands just fit differently, obviously. :) Honestly I wasn't sure how 'stable' I'd be walking in them. I'm a self admitted klutz~ (I tend to try & think of every/any scenario especially with the kids & a wacky dog etc). I was afraid I'd feel like I'd have to constantly balance myself, afraid the boot would be too narrow but.... I am SO, SO happy I ordered them!! I ADORE them! I intend to buy another pair because they are comfortable & I don't feel like I have to balance. ;) Thank you to ALL the reviewers on here for the advice & tips (i.e. sizing, thick socks etc etc) I ordered my regular size 8 & they fit perfectly. I suppose if you wanted to wear thick socks, then maybe go -1 size up(?) but the size 8 works for me. They don't look like clown shoes, I don't feel like I'm towering over people- even though I'm 5' 7-ish- and the boots are not clunky at all yet they feel very well made (yes, I have many quirks) I generally do not write reviews, it's just one of those "I'll get to it, it's on my to-do list..." things but after trying these boots on, I made it a priority because I really, really wanted to love & enjoy these boots and so far I do! Timberland you are awesome for making those shoes. I barely make reviews on any products or services these shoes however are incredible. Here is the thing, I have an injured ankle and was hoping to make a nice outfit with those shoes even though I have a heel height limit to 2in. Those shoes are 2.5 in tall and I was skeptical on wearing them. Not only they fit perfectly, I barely felt the heel height. The leather is a very good quality and the overall look of these shoes is really on a high level. The pictures of the product do not reflect the actual look. The color and the feel of a shoe is really great. LOVE IT! too bad they don't come in more than 2 colors.

I'm in love with these boots already and I just received them today! I thought they would be too narrow but they are perfect and I have a bit of a wide foot. I normally wear a size 11, which is what I bought and they fit very well. Thank you Zappos for having my size!

Love these Tims! They are casual with the perfect amount of sass. They are so comfortable and have become my everyday wearing booties.

I have always loved Timberlands, as I have matured I have grown to prefer a more feminine look and boy did Timberland deliver! I love these boots, got them in black, planning to buy wheat really soon. I normally wear a 9 but I purchased a 9 1/2 to make sure I had room for thick socks, I would recommend 1/2 size up. Otherwise I absolutely love them!

This boot was exactly what I was looking for. Something to wear in the fall/winter with a heel to keep my pants from dragging in the slush. Super cute style! The toe box and length are true to size but I found the heel seemed very narrow and is uncomfortable. I'm hoping the leather will "wear in" and loosen over time. I feel that I went up a half size, the length wouldn't be right so I didn't return this pair.
