Perfect for running and walking. I run and walk 6 days a week for 1-1 1/2 hours each. These insoles have made the world of difference for my 64 year old feet

I stand on my feet for 12 hrs every night wearing steel toe shoes. I bought these inserts to see if they help. After having them for 2 nights I have almost no pain except only tired feet. I am amazed how these they have taken the pain away from my legs. Thank you NB for your great product.

These are wonderful. This the 3rd pair I've bought in the past 12 years or so. I have had plantar fasciitis and I have ongoing metatarsal pain. I had custom orthotics made, and they cost me around $300. I've stopped using them and ordered this new set of insoles because I've worn out the ones I bought previously - but they lasted a long time for the amount of wear I put on them. I will soon order a few more to have on hand in case they become unavailable.

The best and most comfortable insole I have ever worn. I put these in my boots, tennis shoes, and clogs, and no longer experience any pain from my killer plantar faciitis. These insoles last a long time and stand up to a lot of walking. When wearing them it's best to order shoes 1/2 size larger as the insoles will take up some room. New Balance, please make a narrower version without the heel cup for ladies' dress shoes--see Pedaq velvet (gel) insoles, which even fit in slingbacks.

The absolute best insoles I have ever owned! So comfortable! (Yes, you can trim them to fit.)

These say "wide" but they are actually labeled as 2E-6E on the bottom of the insole. I wear a 4E shoe (Brooks Beast 14) and these fit fine. These insoles have a lot of cushion especially compared to insoles that come with shoes (including New Balance shoes). I wish New Balance offered a wide insole in something other than Pressure Relief. I do not need the pressure relief bump in the middle of the insole. However, it has so much cushion in the ball of the foot and heel that I don't mind it. Once you break them in (few days), you won't notice the bump. I have tried a lot of other insoles and I can't find anything better than these IF you need wide support. There are other insoles (including New Balance ones) that look like they would provide even more cushion and comfort, but they don't come in extra wide. I'm hard on shoes and insoles (60+ miles a week). The cushioning in these is amazing compared to what my shoes come with. I buy a new pair with each pair of new shoes. I wouldn't reuse them because they do become compressed over time with heavy use.

I agree with all the other Foot Pain Reviewers here on Zappos. Overall a very well made Orthotic Insert. Having said that let me warn you that IF, like me, you buy these to insert into your New Sketcher Size 10 Memory Foam Athletic Shoes they will fit BUT your feet won't. Seriously. I either needed to send the Size 10 Sketchers back for a 10.5 or 11 Shoe or put these in my older pair of Nike Air Monarchs that I use to mow the yard with. Since I had Dr. Scholl's 3/4 Inserts (Walmart $49) with the hump pad for Metatarsalgia Pain like I have I did that. So, just know that these are THICK and that Sketchers do not have removable inserts. Also, NB clearly states that these are 10/10.5 Wide. Do they fit well in my Nike Air Monarch 10W/4E Shoes? Yes. Perfect. However, my daily walkers are the new Sketchers and I love everything about them. Unfortunately I can only wear the Dr. Scholl's 330s in my Sketchers.
I'd also recommend:
Dr. Scholl's per the Foot Machine's Instructions at Walmart

These were way too thick to fit in regular shoes. However, if you had room, they looked like they would be comfortable.

A friend who has plantar fasciitis recommended these to me as they cured his problem in a week. They are extremely comfortable when I first put them on, but as the day wears on the pain in my heel starts to increase. I have now tried them several different times with the same result. They might be fine for comfort, but not helping PF.

This item is good and bad. It seems very supportive, but the thickness is outrageous! I'm returning these for Spenco Total Support insoles.
