The Salty Dog by The North Face is very stylish. It fits my head very snug. I normally wear a 7/18. The hat is very comfortable. It looks great and keeps my head warm. The temperature here in Illinois is well below zero. Very happy. Certainly worth the price.

My favorite beanie. -15°F today...my face is frozen but my noggin is warm! A tad tight right out of the box but that's only because I 'ave a huge head...like an orange on a toothpeck. The inner fabric lining is a nice touch.

I’m a big fan of this hat. It’s warmer than its appearance implies. I wore it in a 0 degree Michigan morning today and it kept me warm. I saw some review were say that the hat was tight at first. I would say I have a normal size head and I did not experience it feeling too tight. And I have that problem a lot because I wear glasses and if a hat is too tight it presses the glasses into my head. But this hat was perfectly comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

Like a warm sweater for your head, without any itchy or sweaty. Stays true to size even after washing. Yarns don't pill. Resists drizzle rain (important in Portland). Can be worn in a few different ways. Great color choices. Great job North Face.

I have purchased many beanies over the years, but this is by far the best. This beanie is well made and unlike others, this beanie has a liner and keeps my head fron itching. The color is fantastic and I have washed it several times and looks just as good as new. I would definitely recommend this beanie to anyone whose in the market to purchase one!
