I LOVE these shoes! I previously wore running shoes for indoor cross fit, and felt myself slipping and sliding around during high impact activities. These shoes fixed the problem. I typically wear a size 7, but ordered a 7.5 and they fit great. These shoes have comfortable room in the toe box, but not so much that I slosh around and they hold my ankle securely using the ankle lock eyelets. They give me a solid grip on the gym floor, so no more slipping around during boot camp! I highly recommend.

I have the original crossfit shoes and want to replace the,. I felt my toes were hitting the end in these shoes. I am going to exchange and try a larger size.

I'm not a cross-fitter. I use these for weight training and cardio classes (like kick boxing etc), and they've felt really good right from the start. I ordered these because I have Capsulitis in my foot and needed something really close to zero-drop. These are great if you have any ball of the foot issues, as there is almost no rise in the heel. I like that the toe box gives ample room. I normally wear a 9.5 but I typically size up to a 10 for athletic shoes because I like the added room. These give nice stability in the ankle too, as they come up a tad bit higher than my other shoes. The pink is as bright as it looks in the picture, but not neon. I like them.

These are great shoes. I had an older version of these that I wore for way too long and finally upgraded to a new pair. These are a good Crossfit shoe and work well for all the lifting, jumping and running. They would be good for any cross training in my opinion.

Great cross training shoe! Not only for CrossFit but for all other cross training as well. Puts your foot in the ideal, natural position needed for weight lifting, interval training, functional fitness training, etc.

These felt pretty true to size and the arch support was okay. At first I thought I'd keep these, but the more I try them on around the house, the more I think they'll need to go back. I have a difficult time finding shoes I think are comfortable for me due to my flat feet. With these I still need a support in the right shoe. It feels weird to have one shoe with an extra support and the left without it. I ordered a 10, which is my normal size for running and cross-training shoes. I'm looking for comfortable shoes for bootcamp, crossfit, etc, but I have flat feet so I need some arch support. Having flat feet also means the widest part of my feet (across the ball of the foot) need slightly more room so I have to stay away from narrow shoes. This was the best pair for me out of the five different brands I ordered but I think I'll have to stick with my Nike Free TR Fit line...for now. See my reviews on the other five pairs I ordered from Zappos, if you have the same issues as me.

This is a great shoe, but it is definitely cut small. I normally have plenty of room in a size 10 but needed to go up to 10.5 in this shoe. I could have even gone for the 11 so order up a size.

Personally I feel "Crossfit" shoes are over-rated, sorry. After owning 2 pairs, I am giving up and switching to Adidias Adipure and Nike Metcon. Yes, if you weight-train, these position your foot in the correct poistion, but that's about it. After 5 seconds the tongue moves, goes over to the side, you are constantly adjusting. On the other 2 brands I mentioned, the tongue is PART of the sneaker, everything stays put. The material is also quite stiff, almost plastic-like. Believe me, there are other brands out there perfect for Crossfit style, bootcamp, and HIIT training. The best thing about these is that the toe box is very wide, so if you have wide feet or bunions, they fit well. Thse w/narrow feet will not like these.
