These would be fine as a shoe worn for short periods of time. If you plan on doing any extended walking, keep looking. These are not the sneakers for you. The memory foam insole feels nice for the first half hour or so. After walking around in them for a while it becomes very evident that the shoe provides no support whatsoever for your feet. I made the tragic error of wearing these to Disney World for 6 days and my feet were killing me by mid day. Go with an Asics or New Balance sneaker. I switched from Asics because of their color selection and regret it. My son wore a brand new pair of New Balance sneakers and had no issue at all.

I used to buy Skechers exclusively, but then just found them to be getting too expensive for what they are which is a semi-athletic sneaker. I purchased these thinking that the memory foam would offer support and cushioning at the same time. This is not the case. The foam simply flattens when you step down. It cushions the blows but since there is nothing underneath it you immediately feel the hard inner of the sneaker. They're light and they look good. Given how many pairs I've had over the years, I expect that durability will not be an issue.

These sneakers aren't bad but they have no grip on hardwood floors or tile floors. It's almost like walking on an icy surface.

Starting off, everything was perfect. I work retail, so I need something that will keep me on me feet all day. They are super comfortable and have great breathability. After just over a week, the right sole started to separate from the bottom of the shoe. Maybe I overuse them, 12 hour days, but I'm not doing anything overly strenuous either.

Own 4 pair of Skechers. Pleased with all of them. This shoe however is much heavier than others I have worn. Not as comfortable just because of the weight. Had to return for a wider size. Will continue to buy Skechers as they are the most comfortable shoe I have worn.

I have used the Skechers afterburn for years and years and love them. The only one they had available in my size now was the memory foam type. I ordered this shoe thinking that it was not a memory foam shoe...it is a memory foam shoe and it does feel as if you're walking in sand. I'm giving it a fair chance but as of the moment the jury is out.

I love the sneaker but can't find the right fit yet. The 9 and the 9.5 came in exactly the same. But thanks to Zappos I can keep trying. It just takes longer and ties up my money. But luckily with Zappos I can return them for free, I do love Zappos right! I really need a wide sneaker so I need to keep trying.
