Absolutely LOVE these sandals. Had to return due to size and customer service was excellent.

I normally wear 36 but reviews intimidated me, letting me think that this would be too tight. It wasn't. The shoe looked sloppy on and even though is listed as narrow I didn't feel hugged in the shoe.

I absolutely love these! I try to get a pair each year, if one catches my eye & these surely did! Comfortable from the moment I put on! Love!

These are my go to sandals this summer. Lightweight, comfortable, and cute. My first - but not last - Birkenstocks. Also love that they come in narrow.

I received my shoes today. I ordered a narrow and received a medium. Based on other reviews, this seems to be the norm with Zappos currently. The shoes are too wide for my feet, thus I will return them. I used to shop a lot at Zappos, then stopped because of quality control. I tried again and they are still lacking in quality control. I will shop elsewhere.

Love the look of this Birk but the middle strap needs to be adjustable. It is way too tight and I'm having to break them in slowly. I have a somewhat wide foot and my Taboras fit great but the Piza leaves a dent in my instep. I'm thinking of taking them to a shoe repair store to be stretched.

Love these shoes, however they took a bit of "breaking in" My right foot was comfortable from the start but my left foot had issues with the arch rubbing and creating a blister to begin with. Once I had worn them for a few weeks (on and off - not non stop) then I noticed that the irritation subsided. I"m not sure if it was my foot or the shoe. But I really like these shoes and would recommend them.

Cute sandal but the fit wasn't right for me since they only came in narrow & I need the medium width. The leather strap on the right sandal felt very uncomfortable most likely because the width was not right for me.

I ordered these bcs it says they are narrow, but I received the medium width... they seem well made, but the label on this posting is a bit deceiving. They are Papillio slippers with a license by Birkenstock...
