Birkenstocks are one of my "go to" brands, consistent in sizing and comfort. I am wearing these without socks and they were instantly comfortable, even the first day when I wore them for 12+ hours most of which were spent on my feet.

I love these shoes. They fit great and are comfy. I even wear them in the snow with socks on. The super grip works well too.

I am a server at a restaurant and have been searching for a shoe that i love, this is it. I have tried so many different brands and styles but this is by far my favorite. I wore them 10 hours first day and didn't need to take them off. I highly reccomend

My foot is narrow enough that I wear light hiking socks. These look nicer than the Milanos I replaced and are available in narrow. I wear them for walking or standing and when my feet hurt.

I've been buying birk's for 20 years now. They are always true to size and give me the support I need for 14 hr days. I've gotten them at Zappos the last three times and have enjoyed the easy ordering and quick delivery! :)

Wonderful pair of shoes for anyone in the health profession. Light but supportive and well made. They do run wide, so if your foot is average width or narrower, save yourself some time and order the narrow width.

I wanted to love these so bad, but for the cost I am returning these for these reasons: *Leather is very stiff and the "tongue" kind of cuts into the top of my foot *Others have mentioned delamination and the pair I got I can see where there is less waterproof treatment on the cork in places. I'm betting that might lead to delamination with this pair *The fit is not quite right. I do have a wider foot and some bunion issue. The length is about right. I believe Birks are considered unisex, but something feels off about this pair for me. I have had Birki's Bostons in the past that I loved, and I live in Chaco sandals in the summer when I can. Looking further for a closed toe supportive option to rotate with my Danskos at work. The hunt is on!

I'm a big fan of Birkenstock shoes and the way they fit. They are so comfortable and supportive on my foot. The leather on the Tokyo Super Grip is is very stiff. That's great for durability. But the strap around the back is also very thick and stiff. There are little grommets where the strap attaches to the clog. The grommets dug into my foot under my ankle bones. The strap also dug into the upper back of my heal. I'm returning this shoe and ordering a pair of Boston clogs.

Really stylish kitchen shoe. Takes a few days for your feet to break into the shoe like any birki but once it breaks your foot in you can stand comfortably for 10-12 hours and feel good at the end of the shift.

I'm a surgery resident and put 80+ hours on my shoes weekly, many of which are on my feet. I've tried all sorts of "work shoes" and very few hold up to the abuse while keeping my feet and back happy. These are absolute 5 star shoes for comfort. This comes in a week or two of wear as they form to your foot. The back strap is excellent for running up/down stairs and the one piece leather toe makes cleaning simple. There are two small issues keeping this shoe from a true five star overall rating. First, after a month or two the grip rubber began to delaminate from the footbed requiring shoe goo. Secondly, while the one piece leather cleans well I can't get the blood stains off the foam sole. As stated, these are the best comfort I've found yet and hope to wear these shoes for years. I'd recommend them to anyone putting lots of hours on their feet.

These were a disappointment. I love Birkenstocks but this redesign where everyone supposedly can wear the “narrow” width is not accurate. There is a significant difference between these and my standard Arizona clogs that I purchased a couple years ago. These are a true narrow and if you don’t normally wear a narrow shoe Birkenstock now has nothing for you. So sad!

Even in narrow, this is a men’s shoe, and women’s feet are just different. Didn’t work for me at all!

I ordered these shoes because I needed something wide due to a bunion. My dear Dansko xp's could no longer be worn. I have a pair of Birkenstock sandals that I love so I thought these would be great. They are awful. The most uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn. I thought it may just be a long break in period but I have had them for several weeks now and wear them 5 days a week for 8 hour shifts. I'm really bummed that I spent the amount of money I did on these. They are not worth it at all.

I wore size 7 1/2 until I developed a bone spur on my instep. I ordered the 8 - 8 1/2 Tokyo super grip and the fit is just about perfect. I need to put another hole in the strap to tighten the strap but is fine with heavy socks. Very comfortable and would highly recommend.

I have shopped this brand before, the thing is I didn't realize how durable it was until I had treated it bad gardening. I love these shoes. I look forward to purchasing it in WHITE.

Have been looking for closed toe shoes. These got me through many hours of walking in airports on the way to a cruise. The leather is stiff but feel fine with socks. I wear 7 shoe and got 37

I am using these at work and they are perfect. The non-slip sole is particularly useful. Same size and fit as the Boston style that I use for leisure.

Had to go one EU size down (normally take a 43, in this I take a 42), width good. Quality materials and construction. Solid, supportive, light and spacious feel. Nice style! Excellent work and travel shoes.

I am an RN and have tried all sorts of "comfort" shoes and they always ended up hurting my feet. So I go back to Birks everytime. Love these!!!! My feet NEVER hurt with these. They do take a little bit to break in though. I wish they made them in other colors though.

Wish these fit my feet. We’re a touch narrow towards the heel of my foot. And I have very wide feet. And normally birkes fit my feet no problem.

Love Birkenstock's quality workmanship and the incredibly comfortable cork footbeds but wish it were easier to obtain a narrow women's size in this model. I've owned the Boston twice in many years and put them to a worthy test in restaurant kitchens but always wished I could put my hands on a women's model that would have a narrower fit and a back strap like the Tokio. I also like the oiled leather and sole grip of the professional models.
