Love these shoes. Love Scarpa because I have a narrow heel and it's the only brand that fits securely. They are solid shoes and better than regular trainers, good for walks aswell as running around town which makes for an ideal all-round travel shoe and keeps you feeling sure-footed. To the customer who had problems with the tongue slipping down, you can lace through the tongue, not something I have done or needed to do.
I am in the UK and came across this store because I was looking for this shoe as a second pair and wanted them in red, I already own them in purple.

I usually wear an 8.5 which in euro sizes should be a 39. Like other reviewers I also tried the 40. I ended up keeping the 40 so go up one. Comfortable shoe for doing lots of walking on trips this summer. I use orthotics and these fit well inside the shoe. There is no type of arch support in the shoe as is.

I have a wide foot. I bought these because the laces enable you to loosen or tighten the fit for a variety of widths and focus on getting the length right. (I tried a bigger size but found they rubbed at the inside ankle when I flexed my foot ). Also you can adjust the tightness similarly depending on the heaviness of a sock. I wear these with a light weight cotton ped to a medium weight smart wool hiking sock. The latter I wore on a hike in the Grand Canyon. I love these! The soles are not spongey like a running shoe, but I like a firmer sole. They grip great on trails.

I love this shoe! It is so comfortable and stylish! The lagoon color is beautiful and the inside of the shoe feels like it was tailored to my feet exactly. I am a reliable US size 6 and I bought the EU 36 and find it’s a perfect fit. In my opinion the size conversion chart listed by SCARPA is inaccurate but having bought numerous euro sized shoes my experience has been that the size 36 consistently works well for me.
The shoe is very well made and the styling does have a distinctive bent to it. If you like Keen shoes but are looking for a more sleek, streamlined fit and style you may like this one a lot. The only bummer is that the color selection available in the US is limited. I bought two more pairs out of Germany when Zappos nor the American distributor located in Boulder, CO both said that they couldn’t get the colors I wanted. They have so many vibrant, fun colors but I suppose it would be a lot of skews to carry if you had their whole rainbow in every size in inventory.
These shoes render a stable gait and are quite sturdy. Eventually I plan to buy several more colors beyond the three that I have. The suede is so pretty...definitely a dry day shoe!

Great looking shoe! The Vibram sole is fantastic...will stick to anything. I bought these mainly for daily wear and the occasional hike. - I have another pair of hiking boots I prefer for the trails. The only gripe I have about this shoe is that pesky tongue; it simply won't stay in place, centered as it should. It keeps dropping to the left and right respectively. Additionally, the light color suede gets dirty in a nano second. After the first week, the tongue was filthy just from daily walking. If the tongue were a different material than the body, perhaps that would help. I've worn a 10.5 all my life and found the Mojito 10.5 simply too small. Maybe it's just my feet, but the shoe fits super narrow at the toes. I'll definitely buy Scarpa again, but maybe in a larger size and darker tongue color if available.

I am thrilled with these shoes! Even tho they have no arch support, I am used to that since I wear a moccasin type shoe all summer. The closer to barefoot , the better for me. But I need a good shoe for summer hiking. They are true to size for sure. And, of course, I love the look! I tried to replace my GoLite sneakers but it seams they are not made anymore. These are perfect!

I've been trying to find a cool looking shoe to travel to Europe as well as to be able to do hiking and lots of walking that looks good. I wouldn't wear with dresses, but I love the look of these shoes for most types of casual clothes and the color is surprising fun and versatile. It has a European look. The laces go down to the toe so I'm able to adjust the fit to accommodate a bunion. The only part I am still uncertain about and need to wear a few more times to be sure is that there isn't an issue with the back, that is high at the heel. This has caused me problems with other shoes and I'm hopeful won't be for these- cause they are so darn cute.

Like all well-made Italian shoes, Scarpa continues to shine! I used to hike and boulder and climb, but Lyme Disease took that away. So, I bought these shoes for walking on the dirt roads where I live. At first, like most leather/suede shoes with firm support, they needed some break-in. They are breaking in nicely and conforming to my foot like a custom shoe. The more I wear and walk in them, the more comfortable they become. I love the Scarpa Mojito shoe and will likely buy it in another color, too! As an approach shoe, you won't be disappointed, I'm sure. Scarpa has long made climbing and approach shoes and they have this nailed. So, if you want this shoe for what it's intended for, buy it, and if you just want it for its great looks, great color choices and walking around town, you'll be happy with them, too! Best for low-volume feet, not for high-arched feet. Lacing down to the toe provides the ability to really get a custom-like fit. Roomy toe box...remember that your feet will swell as the day progresses, so allow for that. Little arch support built into the shoe, so I recommend adding a good orthotic. Super high-quality shoe regardless!

I found these shoes to be very attractive, fit my foot like a nice glove, but the arch was a little high for my moderately high arch and was very hard and would have been punishing to walk on concrete all day long so, sadly I returned them.

I love the bowling shoe look, the fact that it's also incredibly comfortable with great support is a huge bonus! I purchased my normal size and it fits fine.

These shoes look good and feel good...when you first put them on. However, I must agree with the other reviewer who noticed that the long tongue with laces close to the toes becomes an issue. The tongue slips and makes a roll right at the nail bed of my toes, which become uncomfortable quickly. If you're in a position to readjust the tongue and laces frequently, you will enjoy these shoes and the complements they bring, but beware.

Ordered a half-size up so I could wear with thick socks. Love the style. Definitely re-lace to use the mid-tongue stay so the shoe tongue doesn't move around. The narrower heel and wider front works well with my duck feet :-). The front of the shoe, where one pushes off the toes, feels stiff/thin against hard surfaces, so if you need softness in that area, another shoe may be better.

These fit like a glove immediately. I have a wider toe box and narrow heels. These look just a cute as the pictures. I love the idea of the laces all the way down. I did not have a problem with the tongue slipping around. It has stayed in place for me. I also tried two Merrells and about 4 Keen styles and they were all slippy in the heel. These are my goldilocks shoes. I typically wear an 8.5 or 39 in Euro but went to 40 on these.

I love the look of this hiking shoe. Something a little different than the typical hiker or tennis shoe. I had to order these 3 tomes before I got the right size. I always wear a 9 1/2 in running shoes but I got an 8 1/2 in these which is what I wear in sandals. So I wouldn't order a size larger as some of the reviews indicate.

These are gorgeous, well-made shoes! I looked for quite a while on the site for a shoe that I could wear for medium hiking this summer for an upcoming trip. I wanted a shoe that could do the active and transition to casual wear also which I believe I found in the Scarpa Mojito. I purchased a size 8 and it's a great fit for my normal size 8 foot. I'm flat-footed so I also needed room for my orthotic insole, which this shoe has room for. **The insole that came in the shoe feels much like a Converse insole for comparison. The exterior of the shoe in the deep burgundy/brown color is beautiful! Feel that itl'll go well with shorts, sporty skirts/skorts, and jeans/leggings. In addition, the shoe is lightweight, no clunky feeling which is a plus for packing & flying.

This shoe is actually very comfortable, and I also thought it was stylish looking. I wanted to keep it, but what I really needed was a more solid hiking shoe for heavy walking in an upcoming Europe trip. This shoe was more of a sneaker. Sturdy, but more of a sneaker, and I already have too many sneakers.

I'm not a sneaker guy and I've seen the product before so I thought I would give them a try. The Scarpa is really a great casual shoe/sneaker. They are comfortable and the sizing is right on, you can adjust the fit with the shoe laces. I've received numerous compliments on these shoes and best of all they are completely different then what everyone else is wearing. I have two pairs now and bought my wife a pair and she loves them.

These are really cute and different. However, I think I might have to return these shoes because when I went walking on a trail, the little rocks got into the shoes because of laces so far down shoe (I think). I really love the look of these shoes, kinda resemble bowling shoes. They are very comfortable. I went up half a size than my normal size on these. 9½ instead of a 9 because of other reviews I read said they run small.

My third pair! I love the full toe and comfortable interior of this shoe. I am a standard width foot but hike on trails daily with my dogs and this shoe laces to conform to my own foot and has decent traction on rocks. Ready to wear out of the box no need for me to break them in. Yippeee!

I have had two pair of these which are now six years old. So glad I have finally found a web site that I can order more of these great shoes from. The first two pair I ordered from the Herrington catalog but they no longer carry this brand. They give a great fit partly due to the fact that the shoes laces almost from the toe up so you are certain to get a fit that is correct for your foot. I have the shoe in black and brown but want to get it in all colors. I might even order the red women's shoe just so I can have it in red since I have a very small foot. I always receive positive comments from people when I wear these. It is nice to have a brand that you don't see everyone wearing.

These are a really good looking shoe, and they're not too heavy. But they're lacking in arch support and feel too big in the toe. The way the tongue and lace seam comes across my toes hits right across the nail bed. I have an Egyptian-shaped foot (vs Roman, etc), so someone with another foot shape may have better luck. It's annoying around the house, so I know it would end up being painful on the trail.

Too long. I normally wear between an 8.5 and a 9. I purchased a 40.5 based on the size conversion chart. I am returning and trying a 40. Like other reviewers, I did like how the deep laces allowed me to tighten the whole length of the shoe on my medium to narrow foot.

Loved the look but soooo narrow and the toe box is very low! My feet hurt every time I where them but I can't give them up. They sit in my closet and I pull them put every month or so to try again. I predict I'll be selling them on eBay. If you foot is narrow, I think you'll love them!
