I've been a loyal Orthaheel customer for several years now and loved their products (in the past) since I own about 15 pair of them. This shoe however is the first under the Vionic brand that I have ordered, and I don't like it very much. Something is wrong with the way it lines my foot up. The others have been no problem this way whether they were a thong or slip-in style. This shoe seems to force my forefoot outward, and I can't keep it in alignment. The first I ordered was way too big (9-my usual is 8.5 and they say size up). So I returned and got the 8. Still not very pleased with the way it feels, and I don't like the plastic footbed much anymore since they have come out with the suede like insoles. But will see if I can break it in to be better. If I order another pair, and they are this way, then that's it for dealing with them. In the past I have noticed that they also have some styles that are marked as Dr Weil for Orthaheel. Those shoes do not fit the same as the regular ones. Seems to have a narrower last they are styled on, so I couldn't wear them at all (plus they were much more expensive).

My heels do not hurt when I wear these Vionic shoes. They have a strong arch support. The price is reasonable for such quality shoes.

I like the overall shoe. What I did not like was that the inner velcro scratched to top of my foot causing discomfort and irritation. This is the reason I am returning them . Otherwise I would have kept them.

I can only wear these and the tides with my posterior tendon tear. These are so comfortable like bedroom slippers. I am in my 40s and wish these were a little more youthful looking. I could walk for miles in these. Purchased them in every color. I wear a size 7 got the size 6... my feet tend to be narrow. These are totally adjustable!

If I never had to put my feet in any other shoes, my feet would be in heaven. I have a couple other Vionic sandal styles that I hoped would feel the same, and my feet are happy, but not blissfully. I see they are currently these are currently unavailable, and I am disappointed because I hoped to get another pair to keep under my desk at school this winter to put on during the day at school.

I do not want to put my feet in any other shoes I own at the moment. I have long, narrow feet with high arches, and it is really hard to find shoes that fit. These sandals can be adjusted to my narrow feet with the velcro straps and I can walk miles in them! With my arthritis, back and leg pain, these are the most comfortable shoes I have worn. I just need to find shoes for the cold weather that feel like these!

This is the Vionic sandal that is exactly like the slipper...I can wear the slipper all day, every day without my feet hurting. The contour and arch is there. I tried the other Vionic sandals , as well as other brands but was unable to find a slip on sandal that felt like the slipper. In sizing, I tried my usual 8 and also a 7. I am keeping the 7; returning the 8. I could wear the length in either shoe but the 8 didn't fit my foot in all the right places and was wider than I wanted. The 7 is perfect in fit, plus the arch felt more supportive because of the better fit. My advice is to buy the 8 if you have a wider foot...the 7 for a medium wide foot. I'm waiting for the Bronze to be back in stock. I'll buy that color also. The style is fine and the top strap hits below the ankle, so it's not a problem if your feet or ankles swell. Would suggest you try regular size and one size smaller.

I love these shoes. I wear this style also as slippers, and all day. Thank you for this product. I can walk again. I also have 4 other styles. Keep the styles coming. I need a coupon.

As usual, Vionic sandals with adjustable straps work out well for me. My usual size fit perfectly and are very comfortable. It hardly took any time to break these sandals in.

I am a 68 years young women who has a rod in both knees and my back is fused and have neck problems. And was thrown off a golf cart which has given me more problems. While on vacation my best friends hubby bought his wife and I each a pair of Vionic slippers, and Dr.Weils sneakers and a pair of casual dress shoes. We both tried our shoes on and now we don't want to take them off. That's made a world of difference with our feet. It has lined our leg and has made a world of difference in our lives. So thank you Vionic and please bring more styles in. Don't get your Vionic from Sears they are not the real Vionic with Orthaheel. Thank you.

I have owned numerous pairs of shoes and Vionic's are always my favorite go to shoes. I have had foot surgery and suffer from a bad back. I own the black and Bronze and find them very comfortable to stand and walk in all day long.

These sandals are very pretty (I ordered the pewter) and incredibly comfortable with excellent arch support. I have so many foot problems (tailors bunions, capsulitis, plantar fasciitis, etc.), and these feel amazing. I don't need to wear my custom orthotics in them because of the built-in arch support! The straps have velcro and can be adjusted for a perfect fit. These shoes run a little big, so if you're in between sizes, I recommend ordering a 1/2 size lower.

These shoes were comfortable from the first wearing. They are a quality product, i.e., well-made, no scratchy stitching, attractive, and do the job of supporting my arches. The Velcro adjustable straps are a nice feature. I love mine!

I really liked these sandals! They were helpful for my arthritic foot. The only problem is that when my niece came to visit, her shoe had broken. I let her wear my sandals for the weekend and she loved them, so I let her keep them!

Love, love, love, the Vionic shoes! I have nine pairs including this style...some that I wear around the house, outside and out and about or for work. I wear this pair around the house. I will never go back to a flat based flip-flop or sandal again. I have invested a lot of money over the years on shoes and have tried all the big brands. I have my husband trying a pair of the men's as well. We both struggle with heal spurs and various foot problems. The only downside to these shoes is they need to carry more styles in a wide. I do not normally wear a wide shoe, but their brand seems to run narrow. My husband does wear a wide shoe and is hoping more styles in the men's are in the works.

These fit my foot great; that is rare. Having adjustable straps helped with my slightly wider foot and extremely high arches. I had no issue getting used to them, they were comfortable right out of the box. This is the first shoe I could wear without prescription orthotics in a very long time so I'm happy. I typically wear a 9.5-10 but needed an 8 for the arch and length to feel right in this brand of sandals.

I pronate - and it's giving me grief all up and down my legs to my back. This is my first time trying a Orthaheel shoe for my pronation - and it's helped my back a lot. I call them my "granny shoes" - but hey, it's helping me feel good when I walk and my back and ankle don't hurt anymore. I tried the sandal 8261149 and it was really attractive, but it didn't help with my pronation even though it was an Orthaheel shoe. I still pronated strongly with that one. It also had a slight (attractive!) heel.

I have never in my life been able to wear sandals for any length of time. I have been in and out of boots for the last two years, had shock wave therapy, and every other treatment know to man for A2LV5432PV1S39, tendonitis, arthritis, etc. These shoes are amazing. You do need to break them in, but they are amazing! I bought a pair of shoes, sandals and inserts. I just ordered the dress insoles.

I wear 8½AA. I ordered 8 based on other reviews. I have bilateral plantar fasciitis that were injected two weeks ago. These shoes have excellent arch support! The width and length worked for me. I ordered this style of shoe because of the Velcro since I have narrow feet. They are not too wide. They are very comfortable for my flat feet that over pronate. They look stylish, not like orthotic shoes. I am looking forward see how my feet feel long term. I bought Tide II and Gemma. All in black. I will consider buying Tide II in blue. Zappos provided super quick shipping!

Love the color and style. The fit is very different from any other shoe I have purchased. I think they will be great.

I really wanted to like this sandal for my wide foot. Initially, it felt wonderful on although I was very aware of the arch support. I tried to wear them several days for a few hours at a time but found my foot moved around too much and the arch support was very uncomfortable. It did not seem like I would be able to adjust to this and had to return them.

Cons first: the toe area is rather broad - makes the shoe a little clunky looking. Pros: more comfortable than going barefoot; both straps are velcro so very adjustable. And the best: the strap at arch level is actually above the arch thus providing a very secure fit. My heel doesn't even lift off the shoe. So it has the ease of a backless slip on and off sandal, but with the secure, snug fit of a sling back. And: I always order a size down for a sandal so the fit looks better.

I have these in M width, but really need a wide. Please make some sandals in a wide width! And some hiking shoes in a wide width! Love the ones that I did buy even if a little too narrow.

This shoe runs large and I could have ordered a size smaller. Also, I do not like the way my foot shifts to the side while wearing them which is not attractive and unusual for this brand. They look like bedroom slippers. Other than that, I have been very happy with Vionic shoes.

These sandals look pretty good and feel comfortable, it took me no time to get use to them. My only issue is they are hot!! My feet are naturally warm,these sandals make them even more warm; if I'm in a mildly warm situation, my feet perspire so much it feels as though I've stepped into a puddle. If I hadn't worn them I would return them.
